Abstract
本发明属于连接器技术领域,公开了一种具有定位罩结构的插头连接器结构,其包含一外壳件、配置在外壳件的内部的一插置舌片、以及一嵌合间距,嵌合间距形成于外壳件的内壁面与插置舌片的周侧表面之间。该插头连接器插入一插座连接器,则该插座连接器的周侧壁部嵌入该嵌合间距内,由此使得该插座连接器与该插座连接器形成稳固的结合状态。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于连接器技术领域,具体涉及一种应用于USB连接器或类似产品的具有定位罩结构的插头连接器。
背景技术
近年来,可携式电子产品对于电力的需求量持续上升,而为了满足大电流供应需求及避免杂讯干扰问题,市场上已出现多款主打宽pin的USB连接器。该连接器将导电端子中接地端子及电源端子的宽度或厚度加大到特定大小,进而满足大电流的需求及避免杂讯干扰的情况。特别是,插头连接器与主机板插槽皆采用20pin规格。
台湾M555576号专利公开了一种电连接器,其内容公开一插头连接器,包含一外壳件结合一插置舌片(具有电接点),且该插置舌片的一部分凸出该外壳件的一端。使用时,该插置舌片插设在一插座连接器的一插槽内,该外壳件凸出在该位插座连接器的外部。因此,该插头连接器与该插座连接器没有任何辅助定位的机构或装置,所以该插头连接器产生晃动后,容易脱离该插座连接器。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明目的在于提供一种具有定位罩结构的插头连接器,其能够使插头连接器的外壳件包覆插座连接器,致使该插头连接器不易从该插座连接器松脱。
本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种具有定位罩结构的插头连接器结构,用于插设配置在一电路基板的一插座连接器上,包含有:
一外壳件;
一插置舌片,配置在所述外壳件的内部;
一嵌合间距,形成于所述外壳件的内壁面与所述插置舌片的周侧表面之间;
其中,所述插头连接器插入所述插座连接器,所述插座连接器的周侧壁部嵌入所述嵌合间距内。
作为优选方式,所述外壳件与所述插置舌片模制结合。
作为优选方式,所述外壳件轴向内部具有一容置空间,所述插置舌片配置在所述容置空间内,所述嵌合间距形成于所述容置空间的壁面与所述插置舌片的周侧表面之间。
作为优选方式,所述外壳件包含一第一壳件及一第二壳件,所述插置舌片与所述第一壳件连接,所述第二壳件连接在所述第一壳件的一端,且所述嵌合间距形成于所述第二壳件的内壁周面与所述插置舌片的周侧表面之间。
作为优选方式,还包含一结合机构,所述结合机构位于所述第一壳件与所述第二壳件间,且所述第一壳件与所述第二壳件通过所述结合机构相互连接。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的插头连接器包含一外壳件、配置在外壳件的内部的一插置舌片、以及一嵌合间距,嵌合间距形成于外壳件的内壁面与插置舌片的周侧表面之间。该插头连接器插入一插座连接器,则该插座连接器的周侧壁部嵌入该嵌合间距内,由此使得该插座连接器与该插座连接器形成稳固的结合状态。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步阐述。
实施例1
如图1和图2所示,本实施例提供了一种具有定位罩结构的插头连接器结构,插头(公头)连接器10具有一外壳件12,以及一插置舌片20配置在该外壳件12的内部。上述的外壳件12可以是塑胶材料或金属材料制成。该插置舌片20表面具有复数电性导体。进一步,该插头(公头)连接器10可以符合USB20PIN的产品规格。
值得注意的是,该外壳件12的内壁面14与该插置舌片20的周侧表面22相离,即该插置舌片20的周侧表面22不与该外壳件12的内壁面14接触,致使一嵌合间距30形成在该外壳件12的内壁面14与该插置舌片20的周侧表面22之间。
如图3和图4所示,本实施例所提供的插头(公头)连接器10用于插设配置在一电路基板40的一插座连接器42上。进一步,该插座连接器42具有一嵌槽44,且该嵌槽44的周边为一周侧壁部46。该插置舌片20用以嵌入该嵌槽44内,该插座连接器42的该周侧壁部46嵌入该嵌合间距30内。如此一来,该外壳件12如同一罩盖结构套置在该插座连接器42的外围,进而使得该插头(公头)连接器10与该插座连接器42形成稳固的结合,不容易产生相对晃动及松脱的情形。
由于该外壳件12可以是塑胶材料制成,所以该外壳件12与该插置舌片20可由适当的模制(molding)方式互相结合成一体,特别是在该外壳件12的内壁面14与该插置舌片20的周侧表面22之间形成该嵌合间距30。另外,该插置舌片20的端部位于该外壳件12的内部。
实施例2
如图5所示,与实施例1不同之处在于外壳件12的结构,在本实施例中,该外壳件12包含一第一壳件120及一第二壳件122,所述插置舌片20与所述第一壳件120连接,所述第二壳件122连接在所述第一壳件120的一端,且所述嵌合间距30形成于所述第二壳件122的内壁周面124与所述插置舌片20的周侧表面22之间。
为使该第二壳件122安装在该第一壳件120的端部,一结合机构50可被设置在该第一壳件120与该第二壳件122间。图5中所示的弹性勾件与扣孔的组合,仅是可行的结构形式之一,并不以此为限。
实施例3
如图6所示,在实施例1基础上,所述外壳件12轴向内部具有一容置空间60,所述插置舌片20配置在所述容置空间60内,所述嵌合间距30(图6中未显示)形成于所述容置空间60的壁面62与所述插置舌片20的周侧表面22之间。

Claims (5)
1.一种具有定位罩结构的插头连接器结构,用于插设配置在一电路基板的一插座连接器上,其特征在于,包含有:
一外壳件;
一插置舌片,配置在所述外壳件的内部;
一嵌合间距,形成于所述外壳件的内壁面与所述插置舌片的周侧表面之间;
其中,所述插头连接器插入所述插座连接器,所述插座连接器的周侧壁部嵌入所述嵌合间距内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有定位罩结构的插头连接器结构,其特征在于,所述外壳件与所述插置舌片模制结合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有定位罩结构的插头连接器结构,其特征在于,所述外壳件轴向内部具有一容置空间,所述插置舌片配置在所述容置空间内,所述嵌合间距形成于所述容置空间的壁面与所述插置舌片的周侧表面之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有定位罩结构的插头连接器结构,其特征在于,所述外壳件包含一第一壳件及一第二壳件,所述插置舌片与所述第一壳件连接,所述第二壳件连接在所述第一壳件的一端,且所述嵌合间距形成于所述第二壳件的内壁周面与所述插置舌片的周侧表面之间。
5.根据权利要求4所述的具有定位罩结构的插头连接器结构,其特征在于,还包含一结合机构,所述结合机构位于所述第一壳件与所述第二壳件间,且所述第一壳件与所述第二壳件通过所述结合机构相互连接。
