The orthopedic guide assembly comprises a fixed needle 20, at least two guide frames 10, a plurality of guide pipes 30 and a plurality of positioning needles, wherein the guide frames 10 are semicircular, and the diameters of the guide frames 10 are different from each other. In this embodiment, the number of the guide frames 10 is three, and the diameters of the guide frames are 100mm, 150mm and 200mm, so that the guide frames can be suitable for limbs with different positions and different thicknesses.
