Abstract
本发明涉及一种F型同轴连接器,包括有螺帽和中空外壳,所述外壳由头管和尾管一体成型;头管相邻端部设有环形槽,所述螺帽通过端部冲压成型的内钩与头管镶嵌活动连接;所述头管内紧密安装有哑铃状绝缘子,所述哑铃状绝缘子中心贯穿有金针,金针尾部延伸至螺帽中,金针头部延伸至哑铃状绝缘子端部;所述外壳内设有内接管,所述内接管头部与外壳过盈配合连接,内接管的端部设有台阶,安装与电缆发泡层外径大小一致的隔离绝缘子,电缆的内导体贯穿隔离绝缘子延伸至金针内孔;所述内接管尾部与尾管之间形成电缆外护套容纳腔。本发明头管内紧密安装的哑铃状绝缘子,中间部分壁厚较小,金针插入时可减少对金针的应力挤压,减少组装作业难度。
Description
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种F型同轴连接器。
(二)背景技术
根据日本客户及市场发展需要,开发了应用于卫星电视机顶盒与室外卫星天线连接用的连接器。通过BS私营6公司的调查显示,选择 BS数字的用户多达3800万,普及率达到约7成。目前,如果用户需要享受4K视听效果,必须购买专用的接收机及同轴连接线,随着4K逐渐推广,市场容量将进一步扩大。
日本客户JIS C 3501标准中定义了2C同轴电缆的绝缘外径为2mm。由于该电缆屏蔽铝箔的外径几乎与金针尾端的外径相等,故常规的F 连接器在组装时若不做隔离措施,100%的几率金针与电缆的外导体铝箔搭接而短路。并且常规的F连接器在使用中不易组装,且连接器的特性阻抗普遍低于75欧姆,影响连接线的信号衰减及信号反射。从而影响4K电视的清晰度。螺纹式F头在组装时螺帽容易受对插件反向推力而断裂或跟主体外壳分离而导致性能失效。
(三)发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服上述问题,提供了一种方便组装、低信号损失的F型同轴连接器。
为此,本发明采取以下技术方案:
一种F型同轴连接器,包括有螺帽和中空外壳,所述外壳由头管和尾管一体成型;头管相邻端部设有环形槽,所述螺帽通过端部冲压成型的内钩与头管镶嵌活动连接;所述头管内紧密安装有哑铃状绝缘子,所述哑铃状绝缘子中心贯穿有金针,金针尾部延伸至螺帽中,金针头部延伸至哑铃状绝缘子端部;所述外壳内设有内接管,所述内接管头部与外壳过盈配合连接,内接管的端部设有台阶,安装与电缆发泡层外径大小一致的隔离绝缘子,电缆的内导体贯穿隔离绝缘子延伸至金针内孔;所述内接管尾部与尾管之间形成电缆外护套容纳腔。
所述金针头部设有倒刺结构。
所述内接管外壁设有递进式凸起。
所述外壳外壁对应隔离绝缘子位置设有凹槽。
所述螺帽内部采用加强筋,螺纹加工到了螺帽底部。
所述金针采用高导电金属材质,金针表面采用镀金结构。
本发明具有以下优点:1、头管内紧密安装的哑铃状绝缘子,中间部分壁厚较小,金针插入时可减少对金针的应力挤压,减少组装作业难度;2、与电缆发泡层外径大小一致的隔离绝缘子,使同轴电缆屏蔽铝箔不跟金针搭接同时保证特性阻抗一致性,避免了本发明公开的F 型连接器与同轴电缆的特性阻抗不匹配及易短路的风险;3、内接管外壁设有递进式凸起,当电缆外导体及护套插入后增加与电缆保持力,同时避免尾管铆压时挤压到电缆绝缘介质而导致阻抗不连续,导致信号损失;4、金属外壳前端有跟螺帽镶嵌的环形槽结构,头管与尾管一体成型用于收容电缆护套及外导体,该结构使连接器组装时只需预装哑铃状绝缘子和内接管在外壳内,连接器垂直放置后只需一次冲压即可完成连接器的组装。减少组装工序,降低人工成本;5、外壳外壁对应隔离绝缘子位置设置的凹槽结构增加了注塑外模与连接器的保持力;6、螺帽的螺纹加工到了螺帽底部,增加了与母端的接触干涉面积,从而增加了母端与连接器的保持力,有效保证本发明公开的F型连接器不受电缆自重以及瞬间拉力导致脱落或电性能降级,保证连接的可靠性;螺帽内部采用加强筋,使连接器扭力大于5N/M,有效避免了操作人员组装时用力过度而损坏连接器,同时该加强筋不与外壳组装干涉,从而保证了螺母旋转时的顺畅及在组装过程中不发出异响;7、金针头部设有倒刺结构,防止同轴电缆因自重导致内导体受应力拉扯金针,使金针回缩后导致接触不良;金针采用高导电金属材质及镀金降低接触阻抗减少信号反射;8、隔离绝缘子采用铁氟龙材质并与电缆发泡层外径大小一致,安装在金针与电缆之间防止电缆铝箔与金针搭接短路;9、外壳内的内接管防止外壳在铆压过程中受力挤压同轴电缆发泡层,以致特性阻抗不连续从而增加信号损失。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式,进一步阐明本发明,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。需要说明的是,下面描述中使用的词语“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“上”和“下”指的是附图中的方向,词语“内”和“外”分别指的是朝向或远离特定部件几何中心的方向。
参照附图1-5,一种F型同轴连接器,包括有螺帽1和中空外壳 22,所述外壳由头管2和尾管33一体成型;头管相邻端部设有环形槽 44,所述螺帽通过端部冲压成型的内钩55与头管镶嵌活动连接;所述头管内紧密安装有哑铃状绝缘子5,所述哑铃状绝缘子中心贯穿有金针 3,金针尾部延伸至螺帽中,金针头部31延伸至哑铃状绝缘子端部;所述外壳内设有内接管6,所述内接管头部与外壳过盈配合连接,内接管的端部设有台阶62,安装与电缆发泡层外径大小一致的隔离绝缘子 4,电缆的内导体77贯穿隔离绝缘子延伸至金针内孔;所述内接管尾部与尾管之间形成电缆外护套87的容纳腔88。所述金针头部设有倒刺结构32。所述内接管外壁设有递进式凸起63。所述外壳外壁对应隔离绝缘子位置设有凹槽99。所述螺帽内部采用加强筋11,螺纹加工到了螺帽底部。所述金针采用高导电金属材质,金针表面采用镀金结构。
本发明所公开的技术手段不仅限于上述技术手段所公开的技术手段,还包括由以上技术特征任意组合所组成的技术方案。以上所述是本发明的具体实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种F型同轴连接器,包括有螺帽和中空外壳,其特征在于:所述外壳由头管和尾管一体成型;头管相邻端部设有环形槽,所述螺帽通过端部冲压成型内钩与头管镶嵌活动连接;所述头管内紧密安装有哑铃状绝缘子,所述哑铃状绝缘子中心贯穿有金针,金针尾部延伸至螺帽中,金针头部延伸至哑铃状绝缘子端部;所述外壳内设有内接管,所述内接管头部与外壳过盈配合连接,内接管的端部设有台阶,安装与电缆发泡层外径大小一致的隔离绝缘子;所述内接管尾部与尾管之间形成电缆外护套容纳腔。
2.如权利要求书1所述的F型同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述金针头部设有倒刺结构。
3.如权利要求书2所述的F型同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述内接管外壁设有递进式凸起。
4.如权利要求书3所述的F型同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述外壳外壁对应隔离绝缘子位置设有凹槽。
5.如权利要求书4所述的F型同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述螺帽内部采用加强筋,螺纹加工到了螺帽底部。
6.如权利要求书5所述的F型同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述金针采用高导电金属材质,金针表面采用镀金结构。
