Abstract

本发明公开了一种锂电池大片贴绝缘胶纸的方法,通过在制片机上制成极片后,直接在制成的大片极片的正面、反面进行贴绝缘胶纸,保证绝缘胶纸尺寸完全覆盖大片极片对应面,然后再将贴好绝缘胶纸的大片分切成规定规格的小片。相比小片贴绝缘胶纸的方式,本发明可有效节省绝缘胶纸用量,而且绝缘胶纸与极片贴合紧密、平整、持久,提高了产品的安全性能。

一种锂电池大片贴绝缘胶纸的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种锂电池制备中锂电池大片贴绝缘胶纸的方法,属于锂电池制备技术领域。
背景技术
锂电池具备体积小、能量高、高工资电压、无环境污染、循环寿命长、工作温度范围广等,广泛用于电子产品中。锂电池的制备过程一般是用正极、负极和隔膜制成电芯,然后将电芯放置在电池壳内,往电池壳内注入非水电解液。
在锂电芯生产过程中,为保证锂电芯的安全性能,需要制作电芯的极片上贴上一层绝缘胶纸。目前是在将大卷极片分切成小片后进行单独的贴绝缘胶纸。因分切后极片的尺寸问题,在小片上贴绝缘纸,很容易产生绝缘胶纸要么长于小片电芯长度而造成浪费、要么短于小片电芯长度而产生安全性问题。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种锂电池大片贴绝缘胶纸的方法,以减少绝缘胶纸的浪费、并保证安全性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:锂电池大片贴绝缘胶纸的方法,其特征在于,通过在制片机上制成极片后,直接在制成的大片极片的正面、反面进行贴绝缘胶纸,保证绝缘胶纸尺寸完全覆盖大片极片对应面,然后再将贴好绝缘胶纸的大片分切成规定规格的小片。
优选地,上述贴绝缘胶纸的具体过程为:S1:从制片机中出来的大片极片先采用压缩惰性气体进行表面吹扫;S2:送入贴绝缘胶纸区域,绝缘胶纸的行走方向与大片极片的行走方向相对且绝缘胶纸位于大片极片上面,在绝缘胶纸与大片极片的贴合过程中有按压块按压在绝缘纸上且按压块跟随着绝缘胶纸移动,在按压块的作用下,将粘附在极片上的绝缘纸整平、压紧,直至完成一面的贴绝缘胶纸工作;S3:翻转大片极片,同样地,保证绝缘胶纸的行走方向与大片极片的行走方向相对,在绝缘胶纸与大片极片的贴合过程中有按压块按压在绝缘纸上且按压块跟随着绝缘胶纸移动,在按压块的作用下,将粘附在极片上的绝缘纸整平、压紧,完成另一面的贴绝缘胶纸工作。
优选地,上述大片分切成小片的具体过程为:完成正反两面贴绝缘胶纸工作的大片,送至分切区,用与小片规格相适应的模切刀由大片正上方垂直进刀进行模切,模切的顺序依照从左往右、从前往后,在通过模切得到的小片送至热压区在30-40℃下热压整形。
优选地,绝缘胶纸四周尺寸大大片极片四周尺寸1-3cm。
与现有技术相比,本发明具备的有益效果是:通过本发明的方法,相比小片贴绝缘胶纸的方式,可有效节省绝缘胶纸用量(约5-8%),而且绝缘胶纸与极片贴合紧密、平整、持久,提高了产品的安全性能。
具体实施方式
现在结合具体实施例,来对本发明作进一步的阐述。
实施例一
本实施例的锂电池大片贴绝缘胶纸的方法,通过如下步骤实现:
S1:从制片机中出来的大片极片先采用压缩惰性气体进行表面吹扫,其中吹扫时气体流速45m/s、压力0.8Mpa;
S2:送入贴绝缘胶纸区域,绝缘胶纸的行走方向与大片极片的行走方向相对且绝缘胶纸位于大片极片上面,在绝缘胶纸与大片极片的贴合过程中有按压块按压在绝缘纸上且按压块跟随着绝缘胶纸移动,在按压块的作用下,将粘附在极片上的绝缘纸整平、压紧,直至完成一面的贴绝缘胶纸工作;此步骤要保证绝缘胶纸尺寸完全覆盖大片极片对应面,最好是绝缘胶纸四周尺寸要大于大片极片四周尺寸3cm;
S3:翻转大片极片,同样地,保证绝缘胶纸的行走方向与大片极片的行走方向相对,在绝缘胶纸与大片极片的贴合过程中有按压块按压在绝缘纸上且按压块跟随着绝缘胶纸移动,在按压块的作用下,将粘附在极片上的绝缘纸整平、压紧,完成另一面的贴绝缘胶纸工作;此步骤同样要保证绝缘胶纸尺寸完全覆盖大片极片对应面, 最好是绝缘胶纸四周尺寸要大于大片极片四周尺寸3cm;
S4:完成正反两面贴绝缘胶纸工作的大片,送至分切区,用与小片规格相适应的模切刀由大片正上方垂直进刀进行模切,模切的顺序依照从左往右、从前往后;
S5:在通过模切得到的小片送至热压区在35℃下热压整形。
实施例二
本实施例的锂电池大片贴绝缘胶纸的方法,通过如下步骤实现:
S1:从制片机中出来的大片极片先采用压缩惰性气体进行表面吹扫,其中吹扫时气体流速35m/s、压力0.9Mpa;
S2:送入贴绝缘胶纸区域,绝缘胶纸的行走方向与大片极片的行走方向相对且绝缘胶纸位于大片极片上面,在绝缘胶纸与大片极片的贴合过程中有按压块按压在绝缘纸上且按压块跟随着绝缘胶纸移动,在按压块的作用下,将粘附在极片上的绝缘纸整平、压紧,直至完成一面的贴绝缘胶纸工作;此步骤要保证绝缘胶纸尺寸完全覆盖大片极片对应面, 最好是绝缘胶纸四周尺寸要大于大片极片四周尺寸1.5cm;
S3:翻转大片极片,同样地,保证绝缘胶纸的行走方向与大片极片的行走方向相对,在绝缘胶纸与大片极片的贴合过程中有按压块按压在绝缘纸上且按压块跟随着绝缘胶纸移动,在按压块的作用下,将粘附在极片上的绝缘纸整平、压紧,完成另一面的贴绝缘胶纸工作;此步骤同样要保证绝缘胶纸尺寸完全覆盖大片极片对应面, 最好是绝缘胶纸四周尺寸要大于大片极片四周尺寸1.5cm;
S4:完成正反两面贴绝缘胶纸工作的大片,送至分切区,用与小片规格相适应的模切刀由大片正上方垂直进刀进行模切,模切的顺序依照从左往右、从前往后;
S5:在通过模切得到的小片送至热压区在40℃下热压整形。

Claims (4)

1.一种锂电池大片贴绝缘胶纸的方法,其特征在于,通过在制片机上制成极片后,直接在制成的大片极片的正面、反面进行贴绝缘胶纸,保证绝缘胶纸尺寸完全覆盖大片极片对应面,然后再将贴好绝缘胶纸的大片分切成规定规格的小片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锂电池大片贴绝缘胶纸的方法,其特征在于,上述贴绝缘胶纸的具体过程为:S1:从制片机中出来的大片极片先采用压缩惰性气体进行表面吹扫;S2:送入贴绝缘胶纸区域,绝缘胶纸的行走方向与大片极片的行走方向相对且绝缘胶纸位于大片极片上面,在绝缘胶纸与大片极片的贴合过程中有按压块按压在绝缘纸上且按压块跟随着绝缘胶纸移动,在按压块的作用下,将粘附在极片上的绝缘纸整平、压紧,直至完成一面的贴绝缘胶纸工作;S3:翻转大片极片,同样地,保证绝缘胶纸的行走方向与大片极片的行走方向相对,在绝缘胶纸与大片极片的贴合过程中有按压块按压在绝缘纸上且按压块跟随着绝缘胶纸移动,在按压块的作用下,将粘附在极片上的绝缘纸整平、压紧,完成另一面的贴绝缘胶纸工作。
3.根据权利要求1所述的锂电池大片贴绝缘胶纸的方法,其特征在于,上述大片分切成小片的具体过程为:完成正反两面贴绝缘胶纸工作的大片,送至分切区,用与小片规格相适应的模切刀由大片正上方垂直进刀进行模切,模切的顺序依照从左往右、从前往后,在通过模切得到的小片送至热压区在30-40℃下热压整形。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的锂电池大片贴绝缘胶纸的方法,其特征在于,绝缘胶纸四周尺寸大大片极片四周尺寸1-3cm。
