Abstract
本发明涉及饲料添加剂技术领域,尤其是一种饲料用促生长抗氧化复合添加剂及其制备方法和应用,由下列物质按所附重量份制备而成:胍基乙酸100份、抗氧化剂10‑90份、乳化剂5‑20份、增效剂5‑30份、防结块剂15‑70份。其制备方法是:(1)将较粗的固体物料粉粹成细度超过60目的粉末状物料备用;(2)将液体或膏状的物料与防结块剂混合成易流动的粉状中间产品;(3)将各种物料充分混合均匀后过筛包装成产品。本发明通过胍基乙酸与各种抗氧化剂合理的配伍,在促生长和抗氧化作用上起到协同增效功能,乳化剂和增效剂的使用能增加扩散和渗透,将协同增效作用进一步提升,继而提高了饲料的报酬,对动物促生产、抗氧化、清除自由基和保健等方面起到明显作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及饲料添加剂领域,具体领域为一种饲料用促生长抗氧化添加剂。
背景技术
盐酸克伦特罗等十余种瘦肉精是我国严禁使用的饲料添加药物品种,使用后能明显提 高饲料的报酬和增加瘦肉率。该产品原系肾上腺素类神经兴奋剂,是治疗人类哮喘的药物, 约二十年前曾滥用于饲料,造成了较大的危害。近十余年来畜牧科技工作者经过努力,终 于将胍基乙酸以合法身份代替了非法的克伦特罗等药物,为畜牧业做出了重大贡献,使得 低蛋白日粮饲料的报酬也能大大提高,降低了动物粪便中的氮排放。
胍基乙酸是促生长剂,与甜菜碱或氯化胆碱联合使用有协同增效作用,通常配制成浓 缩饲料使用。但胍基乙酸早期与各种抗氧化剂联合使用,能提升各自的促生长和抗氧化功 能未见报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种饲料用促生长抗氧化复合添加剂及其制备方法和应用,以 解决现有技术中胍基乙酸等各添加剂的添加浓度高、添加成本高、适口性不佳、使用不便、 饲料报酬低等问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种饲料用促生长抗氧化复合添加剂,由下列物质按所附重量份制备而成:胍基乙酸 100份,抗氧化剂10-90份;乳化剂5-20份;增效剂5-30份;防结块剂15-70份。
本发明所述的饲料用促生长抗氧化复合添加剂,其中,所述胍基乙酸为饲料级胍基乙 酸,主要功能是促生长。
本发明所述的饲料用促生长抗氧化复合添加剂,其中,所述的抗氧化剂为下述几组物 质中的一种或多种:
a、迷迭香提取物,包括鼠尾草酸、鼠尾草酚、迷迭香酸、迷迭香酚和熊果酸;
b、竹叶黄酮,指竹叶提取物,主要成分含有黄酮类、内酯类、酚酸类等复杂混合物总称;
c、姜黄,指姜料植物姜黄的根茎,内含2%-6%的姜黄素;
d、葡萄籽,指食用葡萄的籽干燥物,其中含有的抗氧化物组分原花青素,简称OPC,还有其他少量的天然有机酸组成的抗氧化家族;
e、茶多酚,指绿茶提取物多酚混合物总称,多酚含量为30%以上;
f、叔丁基对苯二酚TBHQ,为化学合成的食品或饲料级产品;
g、叔丁基羟基茴香醚BHA,为化学合成的食品或饲料级产品;
h、二叔丁基羟基甲苯BHT,为化学合成的食品或饲料级产品;
i、没食子酸丙酯PG,为化学合成的食品或饲料级产品;
j、乙氧基喹啉EQ,为化学合成的食品或饲料级产品;
本发明所述的饲料用促生长抗氧化复合添加剂,其中,所述的乳化剂为下述品种中的 一种或多种:
a.吐温系列:包括吐温20、吐温40、吐温60、吐温80,均为化学合成的食品或饲料级产品;
b.脂肪酸甘油酯:包括单硬脂酸甘油酯或单双硬脂酸甘油酯,均为化学合成的食品或 饲料级产品。
本发明所述的饲料用促生长抗氧化复合添加剂,其中,所述增效剂为下述一种或二种:
a.柠檬酸,为一水柠檬酸或无水柠檬酸,食品或饲料级产品;
b.丙二醇,为1,3-丙二醇或1,2-丙二醇,食品或饲料级产品。
本发明所述的饲料用促生长抗氧化复合添加剂,其中,所述防结块剂为饲料级二氧化 硅。
本发明任一所述的饲料用促生长抗氧化复合添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a.颗粒大的原料均按要求在氮气保护下常温粉碎或细度达到60目以上使用;
b.液体原料均与防结块剂二氧化硅2.5:1重量比预制成粉末状半成品分别放置待用;
c.膏状原料稍加温至45℃-55℃,用b方法预制成半成品放置待用;
d.重量比小于1%的原料可与二氧化硅预混稀释至10%-50%浓度后使用,以免混合搅 拌不均;
e.将各种物料充分混合均匀后过筛,包装成产品;
其中,所有设备在生产时,内部均处于工业氮气的惰性保护中,减少与空气接触。
本发明任一所述的饲料用促生长抗氧化复合添加剂的应用,饲料中每吨添加300-1000 克。
本发明提升了胍基乙酸和各种抗氧化剂在乳化剂和增效剂的多重作用下,大大提高了 协同增效的作用,降低了胍基乙酸和抗氧化剂在饲料中的单独使用时的添加量。胍基乙酸 适量添加有促生产和抗氧化作用,添加量太大时反而有促氧化的副作用,多种抗氧化剂同 样有此弊病,添加量过大,氧化后的产物同样有促氧化的副作用。本发明同时提供了饲料 用促生长抗氧化复合添加剂的科学合理的制备方法。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)胍基乙酸原系氨基酸类的衍生物,非瘦肉精。添加后能使机体产生大量的磷酸基因转移物质(磷酸肌酸),从而为肌肉、大脑、性腺等组织高效工作提供动力,促进能 量源源不断地向肌肉组织中分配,起到促生长作用。并有报道甜菜碱和氧化胆碱起到增效 作用。胍基乙酸添加量较大时有抗氧化和促氧化的双重正负作用会呈现出来。本发明中的 胍基乙酸在饲料中促生长的添加量仅需正常用量的一半左右即可达到预期效果,杜绝促氧化的副作用。
(2)本发明使用10组抗氧化剂均为安全有效的品种,使用时除互相有协同增效外,对胍基乙酸也有明显的增效作用。同时,胍基乙酸的抗氧作用易得到发挥,而胍基乙酸的促氧化副作用予以克服。
(3)本发明使用的乳化剂和增效剂,在制作过程中该两类助剂也起到积极作用,它能使物料之间早期能互相扩散、渗透、融合。实验证明,在饲料生产时再添加本发明中的 各类组份,其效果远不如本发明产品的效果。
(4)本发明制备的添加剂,对饲料的抗氧效果明显加强,使用效果证明,某些极易氧化的饲料品种采用大量添加抗氧化剂的方法来处理,使用本发明产品后能合理的添加予以解决,绝不违规超量添加,即能解决饲料氧化的难题。
(5)本发明能有效地解决动物体内氧化应激和消除自由基的功能,在改善饲料色香 味和提升饲料报酬的基础上,增强动物免疫力,改善和提高肉、蛋和奶的质量,减少各种药物的使用。
本发明产品在早期使用比后期分别使用各组分的功能能够明显提升。本产品的添加浓 度低、功能强、适口性好、安全性高,添加成本低、使用方便,饲料报酬高。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例 仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通 技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范 围。
饲料用促生长抗氧化复合添加剂,由下列物质按所附重量份制备而成:胍基乙酸100 份,抗氧化剂10-90份;乳化剂5-20份;增效剂5-30份;防结块剂15-70份。
其中,所述胍基乙酸为饲料级胍基乙酸。
其中,所述的抗氧化剂为下述几组物质中的一种或多种:a、迷迭香提取物,包括鼠尾 草酸、鼠尾草酚、迷迭香酸、迷迭香酚和熊果酸;b、竹叶黄酮,指竹叶提取物;c、姜黄, 指姜料植物姜黄的根茎,内含2%-6%的姜黄素;d、葡萄籽,指食用葡萄的籽干燥物,其 中含有的抗氧化物组分原花青素;e、茶多酚,指绿茶提取物多酚混合物总称,多酚含量为 30%以上;f、叔丁基对苯二酚TBHQ,为化学合成的食品或饲料级产品;g、叔丁基羟基 茴香醚BHA,为化学合成的食品或饲料级产品;h、二叔丁基羟基甲苯BHT,为化学合成 的食品或饲料级产品;i、没食子酸丙酯PG,为化学合成的食品或饲料级产品;j、乙氧基 喹啉EQ,为化学合成的食品或饲料级产品;
其中,所述的乳化剂为下述品种中的一种或多种:a.吐温系列:包括吐温20、吐温40、 吐温60、吐温80,均为化学合成的食品或饲料级产品;b.脂肪酸甘油酯:包括单硬脂酸甘 油酯或单双硬脂酸甘油酯,均为化学合成的食品或饲料级产品。
其中,所述增效剂为下述一种或二种:a.柠檬酸,为一水柠檬酸或无水柠檬酸,食品 或饲料级产品;b.丙二醇,为1,3-丙二醇或1,2-丙二醇,食品或饲料级产品。
其中,防结块剂为饲料级二氧化硅。
实施例1
一种饲料用促生长抗氧化复合添加剂,其原材料配比:
饲料级胍基乙酸,100千克;
天然迷迭香提取物(内含迷迭香酸5%,鼠尾草酸5%,熊果酸25%等),1千克;
竹叶黄酮(竹叶提取物),1千克;
天然姜黄份(姜黄素含量5%),5千克;
葡萄籽(水分含量<8%),20千克;
茶多酚(茶多酚含量40%),20千克;
食品级吐温20,5千克;
食品级单硬脂甘油酯,10千克;
食品级柠檬酸,10千克;
食品级丙二醇,8千克;
饲料级二氧化硅,20千克。
制备方法:
①物料颗粒大于60目时,均须粉碎后备用。为了保持物料的稳定性,可采用氮气保护的状态下粉粹,60目过筛后备用。需粉碎的原料有:片状的胍基乙酸、姜黄、葡萄籽、 单硬脂酸甘油酯、柠檬酸等。
②混合步骤:混合搅拌机中投入20千克二氧化硅,搅拌开启,然后投入液态的吐温20 5千克和丙二醇8千克,再先后投入茶多酚20千克,迷迭香1千克,竹叶黄酮1千克, 姜黄粉5千克,葡萄籽20千克,单硬脂酸甘油酯10千克和柠檬酸10千克,最后投入胍 基乙酸100千克,搅拌5-10分钟,60目过筛即成产品200千克。
本产品在配合饲料中每吨添加300-500克,即可达到纯胍基乙酸300-500克的效果, 即胍基乙酸的促生长效果成倍增加。配合饲料中最高添加量不宜超过1000克/吨,超量添 加其效果不能同步增加。本品抗氧效果亦极好。产品安全性高,适口性好。在浓缩饲料中添加量可酌情增加。
实施例2
一种饲料用促生长抗氧化复合添加剂,其原材料配比:
饲料级胍基乙酸,100千克;
食品或饲料级叔丁基对苯二酚,5千克;
食品或饲料级二叔丁基羟基茴香醚,3千克;
食品或饲料级叔丁基羟基甲苯,30千克;
食品级吐温80,5千克;
食品级单双硬脂酸甘油酯,10千克;
食品级柠檬酸,15千克;
食品级丙二醇,12千克;
饲料级二氧化硅,15千克。
制备方法:
①按实施例1的制备方法①将原料胍基乙酸、叔丁基对苯二酚、叔丁基羟基茴香醚、 二叔丁基羟基甲苯、单双硬脂酸甘油酯、柠檬酸等粉碎过筛60目后备用。
②混合步骤:混合搅拌机中先投入15千克二氧化硅,搅拌启动后加入吐温80(如冬天呈膏状时,预先加热至40℃-50℃,粘度可明显降低,呈液体状)5千克,丙二醇12千 克,再先后加入单双硬脂酸甘油酯10千克、叔丁基对苯二酚5千克、叔丁基羟基茴香醚3 千克、二叔丁基羟基甲苯30千克和柠檬酸15千克,最后加入胍基乙酸100千克,搅拌5-10 分钟,60目过筛即成产品200千克。
本产品在配合饲料中每吨添加300-500克,即可达到纯胍基乙酸300-500克的效果, 即胍基乙酸效果成倍增加。配合饲料中最高添加量不宜超过750克/吨。
欲达到较理想的抗氧效果,本品在配合饲料中添加(500-600)克/吨。在浓缩饲料中 可酌情增加添加量。
实施例3
一种饲料用促生长抗氧化复合添加剂,其原材料配比:
饲料级胍基乙酸,100千克;
食品或饲料级没食子酸丙酯,5千克;
食品或饲料级乙氧基喹啉,15千克;
食品级吐温80,3千克;
食品级柠檬酸,3千克;
食品级丙二醇,5千克;
饲料级二氧化硅,70千克。
制备方法:
①按实施例1的制备方法①将物料胍基乙酸、没食子酸丙酯、柠檬酸、玉米芯粉等粉 碎过60目筛后备用。
②混合步骤:混合搅拌机中先投入70千克二氧化硅,搅拌启动后加入吐温80 3千克 和乙氧基喹啉15千克(二种物料在气温较低的冬天呈膏状,可预先加热至40℃-50℃,粘度可明显降低,呈液体状)以及丙二醇5千克,然后先后加入没食子酸丙酯5千克,柠檬 酸3千克、玉米芯粉57千克,最后加入胍基乙酸100千克搅拌5-10分钟,60目过筛即成 产品200千克。
本产品在配合饲料中每吨添加300-500克,即可达到纯胍基乙酸300-500克的效果, 即胍基乙酸效果成倍增加,配合饲料中最高添加量不宜超过1200克/吨。
胍基乙酸和抗氧化剂均不宜超量添加,超量添加其促生长和抗氧化效果有可能反而降 低,其适口性和安全性亦可能随之降低。浓缩饲料因加工成配合饲料时需用玉米、豆粕等 稀释,故可酌情增加添加量。
实施例4
一种饲料用促生长抗氧化复合添加剂,其原材料配比:
饲料级胍基乙酸,100千克;
饲料级茶多酚(茶多酚含量30%),30千克;
食品级或饲料级二叔丁基羟基甲苯,30千克;
食品级单双硬脂酸甘油酯,10千克;
食品级柠檬酸,15千克;
食品级丙二醇,15千克;
饲料级二氧化硅,25千克。
制备方法:
①按实施例1的制备方法①将物料胍基乙酸、二叔丁基羟基甲苯、柠檬酸、单双硬脂 酸甘油酯等粉碎过60目备用。
②混合步骤:混合搅拌机中先投入25千克二氧化硅,搅拌启动后加入丙二醇15千克 和单双硬脂酸甘油酯10千克,然后先后加入茶多酚30千克、二叔丁基羟基甲苯30千克,柠檬酸15千克,最后加入胍基乙酸100千克,搅拌5-10分钟,60目过筛即成225千克产 品。
本产品在配合饲料中每吨添加300-500克,即可接近达到纯胍基乙酸300-500克的效 果,即胍基乙酸效果成倍增加,配合饲料中最高添加量不宜超过1000克/吨。经有关饲喂和饲料抗氧效果实验证明,本品在配合饲料中最佳添加量为500克/吨,配合饲料中添加量增加至(500-1000)克/吨之间,其促生长和抗氧效果有增加,添加量达2000克/吨时,甚 至会出现某些负面作用。在浓缩饲料中的添加量,可酌情增加,按其稀释至配合饲料中浓 度为500克/吨为最佳。
为了将实施例4的产品进行促生长抗氧化的效果比较,进行了肉鸡饲喂实验,现将多 方面的数据进行汇总。
肉鸡品种:AA白羽肉鸡,已饲养18日龄,平均体重已达500克/羽左右,均选自同一批次、同一养殖场、同样养殖条件的AA鸡,该批养殖数约1200羽,故在其中随机选择每 组200羽,分A、B、C、D、E五组,每组公母比例基本相同。
养殖的棚舍条件:每棚舍的面积、采光、通风、保温、照明、栖架、垫铺、槽料等均 相同,且棚舍的消毒、杀菌、防疫均相同。
饲喂饲料:第19日开始,5个实验组基本饲料条件相同,另行加工的配合饲料中应添 加的药物和营养物质全部一致,饲喂次数和饲喂量也全部一致。需说明的是饲料中未另行 添加甜菜碱或氯化胆碱,仅在促生长抗氧化复合添加剂添加量上有区别。
实验时间:2017年9月1日至9月20日
AA鸡饲料结果比较表
注:①每试验组配合饲料使用量全部为500kg,按日量递增量预先计算后饲喂,根据 观察,基本无浪费现象。
②由于实验场地的掉换而产生的捕捉、搬迁和称重等应激影响,第二天发现A、B、C、 三组各有2羽鸡呆滞,D和E各发现1羽死亡和1羽呆滞,均从原养殖群中选择体重较接 近的给予调换,确保每组均为200羽。直至9月20日,在精心管理和饲养的条件下,未 发生疾病和死亡。
结论:①饲喂实验中,除对照组外,其余四组均取得较明显的促生产效果。②效果以 C和D两组最佳。其原因是D组添加量高达1000mg/kg;C组添加量仅为500mg/kg,效果 虽低于D组,但添加成本降低一半,故性价比提高;E组的结果是添加量太大,起了负面 作用。B组由于未按本发明的要求操作,添加成本略高,效果也不显著。综合评判,C组 最理想。
另外,本实施例还进行了饲料的抗氧化比较试验:
饲料是根据AA鸡的营养需求定制的,添加了3%的大豆油,再加上玉米豆粕中的粗脂肪,油脂量应远在5%以上,试验时值夏末季节,故能较清楚地观察饲料的氧化情况。 试验用的饲料与2017年8月24日25日生产,每组生产600kg,选用实施例4的产品分别 在C、D、E饲料组生产时添加,与A和B组日后进行抗氧化效果比较。虽然饲料中油脂 的酸价和过氧化值只能萃取后粗略测定,但量化的数据可供参考,但又增加了人工对于饲 料油臭和哈喇味的嗅闻感观辨别,一个月后对五个组饲料氧化程度的等级评判,可确定是 正确的。9月25日测定的数据和观察的饲料产品,全部选自五个饲料组中剩余的未开封原 包装中取得样本。

结论:人工辨别结合测定的参考数据,经过31天的贮存,A组饲料有明显的氧化;B组有少许氧化;C、D和E组较良好,无明显区别,抗氧化效果较佳。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解 在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变 型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (8)
1.一种饲料用促生长抗氧化复合添加剂,其特征在于,由下列物质按所附重量份制备而成:胍基乙酸100份,抗氧化剂10-90份;乳化剂5-20份;增效剂5-30份;防结块剂15-70份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的饲料用促生长抗氧化复合添加剂,其特征在于:所述胍基乙酸为饲料级胍基乙酸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的饲料用促生长抗氧化复合添加剂,其特征在于:所述的抗氧化剂为下述几组物质中的一种或多种:
a、迷迭香提取物,包括鼠尾草酸、鼠尾草酚、迷迭香酸、迷迭香酚和熊果酸;
b、竹叶黄酮,指竹叶提取物;
c、姜黄,指姜料植物姜黄的根茎,内含2%-6%的姜黄素;
d、葡萄籽,指食用葡萄的籽干燥物,其中含有的抗氧化物组分原花青素;
e、茶多酚,指绿茶提取物多酚混合物总称,多酚含量为30%以上;
f、叔丁基对苯二酚TBHQ,为化学合成的食品或饲料级产品;
g、叔丁基羟基茴香醚BHA,为化学合成的食品或饲料级产品;
h、二叔丁基羟基甲苯BHT,为化学合成的食品或饲料级产品;
i、没食子酸丙酯PG,为化学合成的食品或饲料级产品;
j、乙氧基喹啉EQ,为化学合成的食品或饲料级产品。
4.根据权利要求1所述的饲料用促生长抗氧化复合添加剂,其特征在于:所述的乳化剂为下述品种中的一种或多种:
a.吐温系列:包括吐温20、吐温40、吐温60、吐温80,均为化学合成的食品或饲料级产品;
b.脂肪酸甘油酯:包括单硬脂酸甘油酯或单双硬脂酸甘油酯,均为化学合成的食品或饲料级产品。
5.根据权利要求1所述的饲料用促生长抗氧化复合添加剂,其特征在于:所述增效剂为下述一种或二种:
a.柠檬酸,为一水柠檬酸或无水柠檬酸,食品或饲料级产品;
b.丙二醇,为1,3-丙二醇或1,2-丙二醇,食品或饲料级产品。
6.根据权利要求1所述的饲料用促生长抗氧化复合添加剂,其特征在于:所述防结块剂为饲料级二氧化硅。
7.权利要求1-6任一所述的饲料用促生长抗氧化复合添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a.颗粒大的原料均按要求在氮气保护下常温粉碎或细度达到60目以上使用;
b.液体原料均与防结块剂二氧化硅2.5:1重量比预制成粉末状半成品分别放置待用;
c.膏状原料稍加温至45℃-55℃,用b方法预制成半成品放置待用;
d.重量比小于1%的原料可与二氧化硅预混稀释至10%-50%浓度后使用,以免混合搅拌不均;
e.将各种物料充分混合均匀后过筛,包装成产品;
其中,所有设备在生产时,内部均处于工业氮气的惰性保护中,减少与空气接触。
8.权利要求1-6任一所述的饲料用促生长抗氧化复合添加剂的应用,其特征在于:饲料中每吨添加300-1000克。
