Abstract
本发明提供一种增强免疫力中药组合物,该增强免疫力中药组合物有效成分的原料药为黑枸杞、红枣、桑葚子、山药粉、蜂蜜、杏仁粉、黄精、西洋参、藕粉,本发明的另一目的是提供该增强免疫力中药组合物的制备方法,该制备方法包括以下步骤(1)原料预处理;(2)西洋参提取液制备;(3)黄精提取液制备;(4)粉料混合制备;(5)配制;(6)灭菌包装,本发明的组合物中,所选用的原料药均为食药同源的山药、桑葚、藕粉中药,无毒副作用,使用更为安全,本发明以红枣、黑枸杞原料具有制造成本低廉,生产工艺简单,易批量生产,安全无毒副作用,适用于免疫力低下人群长期食用。

技术领域
本发明属于保健品技术领域,尤其涉及一种增强免疫力中药组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
免疫力是人体自身的防御机制,是人体识别和消灭外来侵入的任何异物(病 毒、细菌等);处理衰老、损伤、死亡、变性的自身细胞以及识别和处理体内突 变细胞和病毒感染细胞的能力。虽然人体对不同的病原体会产生相应的抗体,以抵御再次感染,但抗体具有专一性和时限性,比如链球菌抗体只能在较短时期内 保护机体不受链球菌的再次侵犯,也并不能抵御其他病毒的感染。免疫力低下的人根本无法抵御感冒病毒的侵袭,这才是频繁感冒的真正原因。
目前,由于快节拍的生活节奏、缺少健康的体育运动、工作劳累等各种原因导致的多数人群身体整体素质下滑,使得人体的免疫力下降,长期处于免疫力低下的人,通常这种状态下,很容易受到细菌病毒的感染,患病几率增大。
如专利公开号为CN102526477A,专利名称为一种增强免疫力的药物组合物及其制备方法和应用 ,其配方为(按重量百分比)刺五加79.2-118.8份、黄芪79.2-118.8份、枸杞65.6-98.4份、黄精65.6-98.4 份、蛹虫草子实体26.4-39.6份,如专利号为CN1762236,专利名称为 一种能增强人体免疫力的保健食品及其制备方法,原料香菇多糖10-100重量份、灵芝多糖10-100重量份、猴头菇多糖10-100重量份、虫草多糖10-100重量份、黄芪多糖10-100重量份、枸杞多糖10-100重量份,这些保健食品或者药物有提高免疫力的作用,但生产成本高,长期服药成本高,且制备工艺复杂,有一些组合药物含有对肝脏有害成分,不适合长期服用。
因此,发明一种增强免疫力中药组合物及其制备方法显得非常必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种增强免疫力中药组合物,由9味“食药同源”的中药作为原料制备而成,该食药同源中药组合物具有具有补肝益肾、生津润肠、乌发明目,强健机体,滋肾益精的作用,可适合老人或体质弱的人长期服用。
一种增强免疫力中药组合物,其特征在于,所述增强免疫力中药组合物包括下述重量份的中药材:
黑枸杞 10-20份 红枣 10-15份 桑葚子 10-20份
山药粉 20-30份 蜂蜜 1-3份 杏仁粉 2- 5份
黄精 2- 5份 西洋参 10-20份 藕粉 10-15份。
本发明的另一目的是提供该组合物的制备方法,该制备方法可以实现工业化生产。上述食药同源中药组合物可直接将各原料粉碎,混合均匀后使用;或加水煎煮使用。
一种增强免疫力中药组合物的制备方法,所述制备方法如下:
(1)原料预处理:
将黑枸杞、红枣、桑葚子、西洋参混合分别洗净备用;
(2)西洋参提取液制备:
将西洋参干燥后粉碎,过100目筛,辐照灭菌,细粉加十倍重量的纯净水,煮沸10-20min,液渣分离,将药渣加入10倍重量的纯净水,按照上述条件再次煮沸,液渣分离,将两次煎煮得到的滤液合并得到西洋参提取液;
(3)黄精提取液制备:
将黄精干燥后粉碎,过100目筛,辐照灭菌,细粉加十倍重量的纯净水,煮沸10-20min,液渣分离,将药渣加入10倍重量的纯净水,按照上述条件再次煮沸,液渣分离,将两次煎煮得到的滤液合并得到黄精提取液;
(4)粉料混合制备:
红枣去核,按照配比与桑葚子、黑枸杞混合后烘干后粉碎,粉碎后加入杏仁粉、山药粉、藕粉混合均匀,辐照灭菌,过100目筛,将制得的粉料干燥保存备用;
(5)配制:
将西洋参提取液、黄精提取液、蜂蜜液体混合均匀后加入0.5-1倍份的纯净水稀释,将步骤(4)中制得的混合粉料加入稀释后的液体组合物中,混合均匀后,16目筛制粒,食品烘干机干燥,得成品;
(6)灭菌包装:
经均质、巴氏灭菌消毒法灭菌后利用灌装机灌装,得到产品。
优选地,所述食品烘干机干燥烘干温度70°C,并浓缩至在50℃下相对密度1.2-1.3的提纯浸膏。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明的组合物中,所选用的原料药均为食药同源的山药、桑葚、藕粉中药,无毒副作用,使用更为安全;
2、本发明以红枣、黑枸杞等原料具有制造成本低廉,生产工艺简单,易批量生产,安全无毒副作用,适用于免疫力低下人群长期食用;
3、本发明以桑葚子、黑枸杞、山药药食同源原料为主料,具有口感好,食用方便,原材料成本低廉易获取的特点。
山药,味甘,性平,归脾、肺、肾经,具有补脾养胃,生津益肺,补肾涩 精的功效。含有多糖、皂苷等多种有效成分。实验表明,山药既具有非特异性免疫功能又具有提高特异性细胞免疫和体液免疫的功能,对全面改善机体的免疫功能具有重要的意义。
藕粉,中医认为藕能补五脏,和脾胃,益血补气。生藕性味甘凉,加工成藕粉后其性也由凉变温,既易于消化又有生津清热、养胃滋阴、健脾益气、养血止血之功效。《纲目拾遗》:“调中开胃,补髓益血,通气分,清表热,常食安神生智慧,解暑生津,消食止泻。”味甘、性平、生熟均可食用,主治热渴,散淤血,生肌,性温味甘,有益胃健脾、养血补益、止泻功能,主治肺热咳嗽、烦躁口渴、脾虚泄泻、食欲不振及各种血症,藕粉的营养价值很高,富含铁、钙等微量元素,植物蛋白质、维生素以及淀粉含量也很丰富,有明显的补益气血,增强人体免疫力作用。故中医称其:“主补中养神,益气力”。
黑果枸杞所含维生素和脂肪远高于红果枸杞。与红果枸杞相比,黑枸杞中的铁、钙、镁、锌、铜的含量远高于其平均含量,钾、锰的含量远低于其平均值,钠含量与其基本相当,黑果枸杞含有多种人体必需的氨基酸,其中以天门冬氨基酸、谷氨酸、丙氨酸和脯氨酸的含量较高,而且多数呈游离状态。黑枸杞富含枸杞多糖,枸杞多糖是一种水溶性多糖,由阿拉伯糖、葡萄糖、半乳糖、甘露糖、木糖、鼠李糖这6种单糖成分组成,具有生理活性,能够增强非特异性免疫功能,提高抗病能力。
西洋参中的皂甙可以有效增强中枢神经,达到静心凝神、消除疲劳、增强记忆力等作用,可适用于失眠、烦躁、记忆力衰退及老年痴呆等症状,西洋参作为补气保健首选药材,可以促进血清蛋白合成、骨髓蛋白合成、器官蛋白合成等,提高机体免疫力,抑制癌细胞生长,有效抵抗癌症,长服西洋参可以降低血液凝固性、抑制血小板凝聚、抗动脉粥样硬化并促进红血球生长, 增加血色素。
为证明本发明增强免疫力中药组合物的有效性,特开展以下试验:
1、实验目的
通过小鼠游泳试验运动耐力测试,验证本发明增强免疫力中药组合物的提高免疫力作用。
2、实验材料与设备
2.1试剂:
肝/肌糖原测试盒,购自上海沪震生物科技有限公司;浓硫酸(AR),夏县运力化工有限公司;生理盐水,山东鸿达药业有限公司。
2.2.实验动物
清洁级昆明种小鼠,雄性,40只,体重18-22A,购于济南朋悦实验动物繁育有限公司,合格证号:37009200002901,实验期间小鼠自由饮食。
3.实验仪器
游泳箱(60X60X60cm),铅丝,ATR16-2型低温高速离心机,北京时代北利离心机有限公司;数显恒温循环水浴锅,常州国华电器有限公司;精密电子称上海星量光学仪器有限公 司。
4.实验分组
4.1剂量分组及受试样品给予时间随机将小鼠分为8组,每组8只,第1组至第7组分别给A1~A7的药物,第8组为空白对照组,给予等体积的双蒸水,每组每日均灌胃1次,灌胃体积为0.2ml/10g,连续给予受试样品30天。
4.2样品配制第1组至第7组:称取2.25g药物样品,用蒸馏水配至150ml;空白对照组:双蒸水150ml。
5.实验方法
5.1负重游泳实验末次给药30min小时后,置小鼠于游泳箱中(水深40cm, 水温25℃±1℃),根部负荷5%体重的铅皮,记录小鼠自游泳开始至死亡的时间。
5.2肝糖原的测定
末次给药30min后,在温度为25±1℃的水中不负重游泳90min,颈椎脱臼处死小鼠,用生理盐水洗净,并用滤纸吸干水分后,准确称取肝脏100mg,肝糖原检测试剂盒检测小鼠肝糖原含量。
5.3血乳酸的测定
末次给药30min后采血,然后不负重在温度为30℃的水中游泳10min后停止。乳酸仪测定方法:分别在游泳前、游泳后、游泳后休息20min后各采血20μL加入40μL破膜液中,立即充分振荡破碎细胞用乳酸仪测定。(血乳酸曲线下面积=5×(游泳前血乳酸值+3×游泳后0min的血乳酸值+2×游泳后20min的血乳酸值)。

8.实验数据及分析
8.1本发明提高免疫力的蜂花粉对小鼠体重的影响
各组小鼠在给予A1~A9药物后,前、中,后期体重分别测量三次取平均值,体重数据见
表1,各组小鼠的初始体重和增重体重与对照组比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05) ,表
明A1~A9药物均无明显的毒性。

8.2本发明增强免疫力中药组合物对小鼠负重游泳时间的影响
经口给予小鼠A1~A7药物后,A1~A2药物与空白对照组比较,可以明显延长小鼠负重游泳时间,具有显著性差异(P<0.05),本发明提高增强免疫力中药组合物A3~A7药物与空白对照组比较,可以显著延长小鼠负重游泳时间,具有极显著性差异(P<0.01),且明显优于A1~A2药物,实验数据如表2所示。

8.3本发明增强免疫力中药组合物对小鼠运动前后血乳酸的影响
经口给予小鼠本发明的提高免疫力的蜂花粉后,本发明提高免疫力的蜂花粉A3~A7药物对小鼠运动后血乳酸曲线下面积与对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),A1~A2药物组小鼠血乳酸曲线下面积与对照组比较虽有所降低,但并无统计学差异(P>0.05),实验数据如表3所示。

8.3本发明增强免疫力中药组合物对小鼠肝糖原的影响
经口给予小鼠A1~A7药物后,A1~A2药物与空白对照组比较,小鼠肝糖原含量均有明显的升高,具有显著性差异(P<0.05),本发明提高免疫力的蜂花粉A3~A7药物与与空白对照组比较,小鼠肝糖原含量均有明显的升高,具有极显著性差异(P<0.01),且明显优于A1~A2药物,结果详见表3。

9.实验结论
本实验主要通过小鼠负重游泳实验,同时检测小鼠肝糖原的储备来观察本发明提增强免疫力中药组合物提高免疫力的效果。初步研究结果显示如下:
1、本发明A3~A7增强免疫力中药组合物均能延长小鼠负重游泳时间(P<0.01),且效果明显优于其它A1~A2的增强免疫力中药组合物。
2、生化检测方面显示,本发明A3~A7增强免疫力中药组合物各剂量组均能减少运动后小鼠血清中葡萄糖无氧酵解所产生的乳酸含量,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),而其它A1~A2的增强免疫力中药组合物虽然也能减少运动后小鼠血清中葡萄糖无氧酵解所产生的乳酸含量,但与对照组比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);
3、本发明A3~A7增强免疫力中药组合物均能显著提高小鼠肝脏中糖原的储备(P<0.01),且效果明显优于其它A1~A2的增强免疫力中药组合物;
10.结论
上述实验证明本发明增强免疫力中药组合物能显著提高机体免疫力,提高小鼠的体力和耐力,降低小鼠运动后血清中乳酸的含量,且能显著提高小鼠肝脏中糖原的储备,有助于缓解运动负荷引起的疲劳提高免疫力。

以下对本发明做进一步描述:
实施例:
本发明提供一种增强免疫力中药组合物,其特征在于,该增强免疫力中药组合物有效成分的原料药按重量份计为:
黑枸杞 10-20份 红枣 10-15份 桑葚子 10-20份
山药粉 20-30份 蜂蜜 1-3份 杏仁粉 2- 5份
黄精 2- 5份 西洋参 10-20份 藕粉 10-15份。
一种增强免疫力中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于该方法为:
(1)原料预处理:
将黑枸杞、红枣、桑葚子、西洋参混合分别洗净备用;
(2)西洋参提取液制备:
将西洋参干燥后粉碎,过100目筛,辐照灭菌,细粉加十倍重量的纯净水,煮沸10-20min,液渣分离,将药渣加入10倍重量的纯净水,按照上述条件再次煮沸,液渣分离,将两次煎煮得到的滤液合并得到西洋参提取液;
(3)黄精提取液制备:
将黄精干燥后粉碎,过100目筛,辐照灭菌,细粉加十倍重量的纯净水,煮沸10-20min,液渣分离,将药渣加入10倍重量的纯净水,按照上述条件再次煮沸,液渣分离,将两次煎煮得到的滤液合并得到黄精提取液;
(4)粉料混合制备:
红枣去核,按照配比与桑葚子、黑枸杞混合后烘干后粉碎,粉碎后加入杏仁粉、山药粉、藕粉混合均匀,辐照灭菌,过100目筛,将制得的粉料干燥保存备用;
(5)配制:
将西洋参提取液、黄精提取液、蜂蜜液体混合均匀后加入0.5-1倍份的纯净水稀释,将步骤(4)中制得的混合粉料加入稀释后的液体组合物中,混合均匀后,16目筛制粒,食品烘干机干燥,得成品;
(6)灭菌包装:
经均质、巴氏灭菌消毒法灭菌后利用灌装机灌装,得到产品。
进一步地,所述食品烘干机干燥烘干温度70°C,并浓缩至在50℃下相对密度1.2-1.3的提纯浸膏。
利用本发明所述的技术方案,或本领域的技术人员在本发明技术方案的启发下,设计出类似的技术方案,而达到上述技术效果的,均是落入本发明的保护范围。
Claims (3)
1.一种增强免疫力中药组合物,其特征在于,该增强免疫力中药组合物有效成分的原料药按重量份计为:
黑枸杞 10-20份 红枣 10-15份 桑葚子 10-20份
山药粉 20-30份 蜂蜜 1-3份 杏仁粉 2- 5份
黄精 2- 5份 西洋参 10-20份 藕粉 10-15份。
2.如权利要求1所述的增强免疫力中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于该方法为:
(1)原料预处理:
将黑枸杞、红枣、桑葚子、西洋参混合分别洗净备用;
西洋参提取液制备:
将西洋参干燥后粉碎,过100目筛,辐照灭菌,细粉加十倍重量的纯净水,煮沸10-20min,液渣分离,将药渣加入10倍重量的纯净水,按照上述条件再次煮沸,液渣分离,将两次煎煮得到的滤液合并得到西洋参提取液;
黄精提取液制备:
将黄精干燥后粉碎,过100目筛,辐照灭菌,细粉加十倍重量的纯净水,煮沸10-20min,液渣分离,将药渣加入10倍重量的纯净水,按照上述条件再次煮沸,液渣分离,将两次煎煮得到的滤液合并得到黄精提取液;
粉料混合制备:
红枣去核,按照配比与桑葚子、黑枸杞混合后烘干后粉碎,粉碎后加入杏仁粉、山药粉、藕粉混合均匀,辐照灭菌,过100目筛,将制得的粉料干燥保存备用;
(5)配制:
将西洋参提取液、黄精提取液、蜂蜜液体混合均匀后加入0.5-1倍份的纯净水稀释,将步骤(4)中制得的混合粉料加入稀释后的液体组合物中,混合均匀后,16目筛制粒,食品烘干机干燥,得成品;
(6)灭菌包装:
经均质、巴氏灭菌消毒法灭菌后利用灌装机灌装,得到产品。
3.如权利要求2所述的增强免疫力中药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述食品烘干机干燥烘干温度70°C,并浓缩至在50℃下相对密度1.2-1.3的提纯浸膏。
