本发明提供一种含有氟酮磺草胺和丙草胺的除草组合物,氟酮磺草胺和丙草胺的重量比为1:30‑30:1;可用于防治农作物杂草,特别是用于水稻田杂草的防治。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,具体涉及一种含有氟酮磺草胺和丙草胺的除草组合物。
背景技术
氟酮磺草胺是由拜耳公司开发的磺酰苯胺类新型除草剂,为乙酰乳酸合成酶抑制剂,通过阻止缬氨酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸的生物合成,抑制细胞分裂和植物生长。以根系和幼芽吸收为主,兼具茎叶吸收除草活性。用药量为25~50g/hm2,芽前或芽后早期使用,用于防除水稻田禾本科杂草、莎草和阔叶杂草。
丙草胺是细胞分裂抑制剂,通过中下胚轴和胚芽鞘吸收药剂,干扰蛋白质合成,对杂草的光合作用和呼吸作用也有间接影响。可用于防除水稻田稗草、鸭叶草、异型莎草、母草、牛毛毡、慈藻、萤蔺等杂草,对多年生杂草防效较差。
在农药研究中,将不同品种的活性成分进行复配,是防治抗性杂草的很常见的办法。复配增效很好的配方,由于明显提高了实际防治效果,降低了农药的使用量,从而大大的延缓了抗药性的产生,是综合防治的重要手段。现有技术中没有氟酮磺草胺和丙草胺的复配报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种含有氟酮磺草胺和丙草胺的除草组合物,该除草组合物可用于作物杂草的防治,可以有效降低活性成分的施用剂量,减少环境污染,同时减缓抗药性的产生。
本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种含有氟酮磺草胺和丙草胺的除草组合物,含有氟酮磺草胺和丙草胺,氟酮磺草胺和丙草胺的重量比为1:30-30:1。
本发明所述的除草组合物,氟酮磺草胺和丙草胺的重量比为1:15-1:5、10:1;特别优选氟酮磺草胺和丙草胺的重量比为1:15。
本发明所述的除草组合物可与辅料组合制备成农药上接受的制剂,氟酮磺草胺和丙草胺在制剂中的总重量占整个制剂质量的1%-85%;优选氟酮磺草胺和丙草胺在制剂中的总重量占整个制剂质量的15%-65%。
本发明所述除草组合物的剂型为乳油、微乳剂、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂等等。
所述的辅料选自乳化剂、分散剂、湿润剂、粘结剂、抗冻剂、消泡剂、增稠剂、填料、溶剂等中的一种或多种。
本发明所述的除草组合物用于防治水稻作物杂草的用途。特别优选用于稗草、鸭舌草等杂草的防治,
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)与单剂相比,该组合物具有明显协同增效作用,克服和延缓了杂草抗药性,扩大除草谱,除草速度快,明显提高了防治效果;(2)减少防治用工、用药成本。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
实验一:氟酮磺草胺和丙草胺复配对稗草的室内毒力测定
试验方法:播种稗草种子30-40粒/盆,温室培养,待稗草长到1cm(针叶期)时,将过高或过矮的稗草去除,留取高度一致的稗草备用。根据预处理试验,每个处理设置6个倍比浓度梯度药剂,茎叶喷雾处理,以等量清水作为空白对照,每个处理重复4次。药后7天调查药效,以施药前后正常苗数变化比较计算杂草死亡率。然后求出各药剂的回归方程式和EC50。最后按孙云沛法计算共毒系数(CTC)。当CTC≤80,则组合物表现为拮抗作用,当80<CTC<120,则组合物表现为相加作用,当CTC≥120,则组合物表现为增效作用。
实测毒力指数(ATI)=(标准药剂EC50/供试药剂EC50)×100;理论毒力指数(TTI)=A药剂毒力指数×混剂中A的百分含量+B药剂毒力指数×混剂中B的百分含量;共毒系数(CTC)=[混剂实测毒力指数(ATI)/混剂理论毒力指数(TTI)]×100。

由上表可知,氟酮磺草胺和丙草胺复配对稗草具有很好的防治效果,氟酮磺草胺和丙草胺复配在1:30、1:1-5:1、15:1-30:1的范围内对稗草表现加和作用。当氟酮磺草胺和丙草胺复配在1:15-1:5、10:1的范围内CTC值大于130,表现为显著增效作用;特别优选氟酮磺草胺和丙草胺的配比为1:15。
实施例1:32%氟酮磺草胺·丙草胺可湿性粉剂
氟酮磺草胺2g,丙草胺30g,木质素磺酸钠3g,十二烷基苯磺酸钠5g,聚羧酸盐10g,膨润土黑加至100g。
实施例2:22%氟酮磺草胺·丙草胺水悬浮剂
氟酮磺草胺2g,丙草胺20g,聚羧酸盐10g,基酚甲醛树酯聚氧乙烯醚5g,丙三醇3g,有机硅1g,羧甲基纤维素2g,白炭黑4g,水加至100g。
实施例3:60%氟酮磺草胺·丙草胺水分散粒剂
氟酮磺草胺10g,丙草胺50g,木质素磺酸钠8g,十二烷基苯磺酸钠6g,尿素2g,黄原胶3g,膨润土6g,高岭土加至100g。
试验二:氟酮磺草胺和丙草胺复配对水稻田杂草的田间防效
试验方法:试验田为水稻田,土壤肥力较好,有机质含量为2.9%。施药时水稻秧苗5-6叶期,杂草已萌发,施用方法为拌细土撒施,具体用量参见表2。药后30天进行田间调查,每小区调查4点,每点0.1m2,并称量杂草鲜重,计算杂草鲜重防效。

由上表可知,与单独使用相比,氟酮磺草胺和丙草胺复配可以显著提高其对水稻田杂草的防治效果,具有显著的增效作用。可减缓抗性的产生,对作物安全性好,符合农药制剂的安全性要求。
上面结合实施例对本发明做了进一步的叙述,但本发明并不限于上述实施方式,在本领域的普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下做出各种变化。

1.一种含有氟酮磺草胺和丙草胺的除草组合物,其特征在于:氟酮磺草胺和丙草胺的重量比为1:30-30:1。
2.根据权利1要求所述的除草组合物,其特征在于氟酮磺草胺和丙草胺的重量比为1:15-1:5、10:1。
3.根据权利1要求所述的除草组合物,其特征在于,氟酮磺草胺和丙草胺的重量比为1:15。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的除草组合物,其特征在于:可制备成农药上接受的制剂,氟酮磺草胺和丙草胺在制剂中的总重量占整个制剂质量的1%-85%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的除草组合物,其特征在于:氟酮磺草胺和丙草胺在制剂中的总重量占整个制剂质量的15%-65%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的除草组合物,其特征在于:该除草组合物的剂型为乳油、微乳剂、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂等。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的除草组合物用于防治农作物杂草的用途。
8.根据权利要求7所述的用途,其特征在于:所述的农作物杂草优选为水稻田杂草。
