Claims (10)
1. A punching machine for punching a workpiece having a bending face, comprising:
the punching device comprises a plurality of punching mechanisms positioned above the workpiece, the plurality of punching mechanisms are arranged in an angle along the outline of the workpiece, and each punching mechanism comprises a punch; and the rack is used for mounting each punching mechanism, wherein the punching position of at least one punching head on the workpiece can be adjusted by changing the mounting position of the punching mechanism on the rack and/or adjusting the inclination angle of the punching mechanism relative to the horizontal direction.
2. The punching machine according to claim 1,
the rack is provided with a plurality of mounting stations, the number of the mounting stations is greater than that of the punching mechanisms, and the mounting stations are sequentially arranged along the profile direction of the workpiece;
each of the punching mechanisms is optionally mounted to the mounting station.
3. The punching machine according to claim 1,
the rack is provided with an installation groove for installing the punching mechanism, and the extension direction of the installation groove is at least consistent with the outline trend of partial area of the workpiece;
the installation position of the punching mechanism at the installation groove is adjustable.
4. The punching machine according to claim 3,
the mounting groove comprises an upper mounting groove and a lower mounting groove, and the extending directions of the upper mounting groove and the lower mounting groove are parallel;
the punching mechanism comprises an upper mounting part and a lower mounting part, the upper mounting part can be followed by the upper mounting groove, and the lower mounting part can be followed by the lower mounting groove.
5. The punching machine according to any one of claims 1 to 3,

the punching machine further comprises a control unit, a punch position detection unit for detecting the position of the punch, and a workpiece position detection unit for detecting the position of the workpiece, wherein the punch position detection unit and the workpiece position detection unit transmit detected position information to the control unit, and the control unit controls the installation position of the punching mechanism and the inclination angle of the punching mechanism with respect to the horizontal direction.
7. The punching machine according to any one of claims 1 to 4,
the punching machine further comprises a supporting device, and the supporting device is supported on the lower surface of the workpiece;
the supporting device comprises a plurality of supporting columns which simultaneously provide supporting force for two end regions, a middle region and regions between the two ends and the middle of the workpiece,
at least part of the supporting columns are arranged on the punching mechanism, and the supporting columns arranged on the punching mechanism are over against the position to be punched on the workpiece.
8. The punching machine according to any one of claims 1 to 4,
the punching machine further comprises a limiting device, the limiting device comprises a support and at least two clamping jaws mounted on the support, the clamping jaws are matched with each other to clamp and position the workpiece, and the mounting positions of the clamping jaws on the support are adjustable.
9. The punching machine according to any one of claims 1 to 4,
the punching machine further comprises a plurality of leveling assemblies uniformly distributed at the bottom end of the rack, and each leveling assembly comprises a cushion block and an adjusting screw rod;
the punching mechanism further comprises a guide rail, and the punch can slide along the guide rail.
10. The punching machine according to any one of claims 1 to 4,
the punching mechanism further comprises a first driving part for driving the punch to act, and the punch and the first driving part are detachably connected;
the punching mechanism further comprises a top pressure plate and a second driving part for driving the top pressure plate to act, and the top pressure plate is detachably connected with the second driving part;
the top pressure plate is provided with a through hole for the punch to pass through.
