Abstract
本发明涉及一种抗氧化树脂塑料,由以下重量份数的组分组成:对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯,100份;环氧硬脂酸辛酯,100份;光稳定剂,8‑15份;填充剂,8‑15份;润滑剂,10‑20份;引发剂,5‑10份;明胶,5‑15份;防老剂ODA,8‑10份;高耐磨碳黑,5‑10份;抗氧剂,6‑10份。本发明塑料加入了2,6‑三级丁基‑4‑甲基苯酚作为抗氧剂,提高了塑料的抗氧化性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料,具体涉及一种抗氧化树脂塑料。
背景技术
树脂塑料是用树脂塑料通过挤出机高温挤出,经过相应的模具口挤出得到不同厚度的板材,是一种高熔点、高结晶性的热塑性工程塑料,因树脂塑料板所具有的良好特性,非常适合在自动车床上机加工,特别适合用来制造精密零件。
然而由于树脂塑料本身存在耐热、耐老化、耐大气老化性较差,使得用其制得的树脂塑料板的使用寿命非常短,从而降低了其使用范围。
有鉴于上述的缺陷,本设计人,积极加以研究创新,以期创设一种新型结构的树脂塑料,使其更具有产业上的利用价值。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种抗氧化树脂塑料。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种抗氧化树脂塑料,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的组分组成:

本发明塑料加入了2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚作为抗氧剂,提高了塑料的抗氧化性。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
一种抗氧化树脂塑料的制备方法,包括以下原料对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、环氧硬脂酸辛酯、光稳定剂、填充剂、润滑剂、引发剂、明胶、防老剂ODA、高耐磨碳黑、抗氧剂。将上述原料混合后,加入到挤塑机中,在120℃下混合均匀,再采用螺杆机挤出,得到树脂塑料。
制备的具体组分如下。

本发明塑料加入了2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚作为抗氧剂,提高了塑料的抗氧化性。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗氧化树脂塑料,其特征在于:所述引发剂为过氧化苯甲酰。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗氧化树脂塑料,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚。
