本发明公开了组装式竹塑托盘及其制造方法,主要是在四周边角处设置有U形边扣的托盘面板下方,组装有各式托盘脚而构成,所述的U形边扣,由直扣与角扣组成,在两条平行的折角处,分别设置有贯穿内外的长孔,在至少一片展翼的端头上,设置有向内弯曲的扣爪,所述的托盘面板,板面上设置有多个内沉的长槽、扁孔、圆孔和锥台形方孔,在部分长槽与扁孔中,嵌装或穿插有多条侧卧的竹片束或竹木片束,由粘接剂或射枪钉固定。该竹塑托盘组装容易、刚性较强、自重轻巧、承载力大、为升级为物流箱提供了安装接口。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及物流包装器材制造技术领域,其中尤其涉及到一种组装式竹塑托盘的制造方法及其具体结构。
背景技术
周所周知,塑料托盘作为一种物流包装器具,目前已被广泛应用于物流作业全过程,其优点是整体性强、外观漂亮、防腐易洁、适于量产,缺点是承载刚性较差、随温度变形敏感、破损维修困难,近年来虽有内置钢管工艺出现,但对塑料托盘的刚性改善不大反而自重增加明显,得不偿失。特别是塑料托盘多属平托盘,参与物流作业时,需要耗费大量人工和包装物在码盘与捆扎货物上,加重了物流成本和环境污染,因此,我们很有必要基于塑料托盘开展扬长避短的改进设计,创制出一种结构简单、操作简便、刚性增强、维修方便、低碳环保、可多次循环使用的组装式竹塑托盘。
发明内容
本发明的目的,是克服传统塑料托盘的不足之处,提供出一种组装式竹塑托盘的制造方法,其主要特征是在塑料托盘面板之中,镶嵌或穿插有多条竹片束或竹木片束,以增强塑料托盘的刚性;在托盘面板四周边角处,增设有U形边扣,既对塑料托盘边角提供防撞保护,又为塑料托盘升级成为单元化物流箱提供了快捷的安装接口。
本发明的另一个目的,是为实施上述发明方法,提供出结构简单、刚性增强、方便维修、可多次循环使用的组装式竹塑托盘的具体结构。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,组装式竹塑托盘的制造方法,其发明创新的主要特征和实现步骤在于:
一是制备宽度为10MM至40MM的竹片束或竹木片束。对竹片或木片实施等宽加工、表面碳化处理、防潮防霉处理后,由多片重叠成束。
二是制备U形边扣。U形边扣由直扣与角扣组成,分别卡装在托盘面板的边部或角部,其横截面呈U形,两条平行的折角处,分别设置有贯穿内外的长孔,在至少一片展翼的端头上,设置有向内弯曲的扣爪。
三是组装竹塑托盘面板。竹塑托盘面板外观呈矩形板块状,其主体采用模具经吹塑或注塑工艺加工成型,板面上设置有多个内沉的长槽、扁孔、圆孔和锥台形方孔,在部分长槽与扁孔中,侧卧嵌装或穿插有多条竹片束或竹木片束,由粘接剂或射枪钉固定;在托盘面板四周组装有多个U形边扣。
四是组装各式竹塑托盘。在托盘面板的下方组装上各式托盘脚或托盘面板,即构成为各式竹塑托盘。
五是组装基于竹塑托盘的集装单元化物流箱。在各式竹塑托盘的上方设置有可拆装的箱侧板和箱盖板,即构成为可多次循环使用的集装单元化物流箱。
为实施上述发明方法,提供的组装式竹塑托盘的具体结构,主要是在托盘面板的四周边角处设置有U形边扣,在其下方组装有各式托盘脚或托盘面板而构成为各式竹塑托盘。所述的U形边扣,其横截面呈U形,由直扣与角扣组成,在两条平行的折角处,分别设置有贯穿内外的长孔,在至少一片展翼的端头上,设置有向内弯曲的扣爪。所述的托盘面板,外观呈矩形板块状,板面上设置有多个内沉的长槽、扁孔、圆孔和锥台形方孔,在部分长槽与扁孔中,嵌装或穿插有多条侧卧的竹片束或竹木片束,由粘接剂或射枪钉固定。
本发明与背景技术相比较具有下述三个方面的明显进步,一是在塑料托盘面板中,直接镶嵌有高强度的侧卧竹片束或竹木片束,增强了刚性、提高了承载力。二是在托盘面板边角处设置有多个U形边扣,既对托盘边角提供防撞保护,又为其箱化升级提供了安装接口。三是应用组装式结构,既实现了竹塑托盘的结构多元化,又方便了托盘维修和多次回收循环使用。

行内工程技术人员都知道,托盘是物流载具,自重轻、承载重是其基本述求,利用侧卧竹片材的力学优势造托盘,正好满足了托盘的这种需要,但竹片材也存在有粗纤维扎手和易破裂的缺陷,所以用塑料型材包裹竹片材制做承重型物流包装器材,是扬长避短的最佳组合。据此可制造出款式众多的竹塑托盘及物流箱,请恕不在此细述。
至此,对本发明进行了详细的阐述,组装式竹塑托盘及其制造方法,将为塑料托盘制造行业,提供一种结构简单、拆装容易、功能多样、适于集装单元化物流作业的、能够多次循环使用的竹塑托盘制造方案。
Claims (7)
1.组装式竹塑托盘的制造方法,其发明创新的主要特征和实现步骤在于:一是制备宽度为10MM至40MM的竹片束或竹木片束,二是制备U形边扣,三是组装竹塑托盘面板,四是组装各式竹塑托盘,五是组装基于竹塑托盘的集装单元化物流箱。
2.为实施上述发明方法,提供的组装式竹塑托盘的具体结构,主要是在托盘面板的四周边角处设置有U形边扣,在其下方组装有各式托盘脚或托盘面板而构成为各式竹塑托盘,所述的U形边扣,其横截面呈U形,由直扣与角扣组成,在两条平行的折角处,分别设置有贯穿内外的长孔,在至少一片展翼的端头上,设置有向内弯曲的扣爪,所述的托盘面板,外观呈矩形板块状,板面上设置有多个内沉的长槽、扁孔、圆孔和锥台形方孔,在部分长槽与扁孔中,嵌装或穿插有多条侧卧的竹片束或竹木片束,由粘接剂或射枪钉固定。
3.依据权利要求2所述的组装式竹塑托盘的具体结构,其特征在于所述的双面竹塑托盘,外观呈矩形框架状,是在托盘面板的结构基础上,加深锥台形方孔至下平面以下,构成多只等高空心锥台外露于下平面以下的托盘面板,由两块托盘面板的空心锥台底面镜像安装连接,或由空心锥台定位,在两下平面之间套装有管段式托盘脚。
4.依据权利要求2所述的组装式竹塑托盘的具体结构,其特征在于所述的九脚竹塑托盘,外观呈矩形梳齿状,是在托盘面板的下方,配置有托架式托盘脚而构成,所述的托架式托盘脚,外观呈矩形梳齿状,在其上平面设置有均布的、向下延伸的九只锥台形凸起和多个圆形安装孔,四周边部设置有向上翘曲的安装止口,托盘面板与托架式托盘脚的上平面之间,由粘接剂或紧固件连接。
5.依据权利要求2所述的组装式竹塑托盘的具体结构,其特征在于所述的欧式竹塑托盘,外观呈矩形框架状,是在九脚竹塑托盘托架式托盘脚的下方,增设有外观呈“川”字或“日”字或“田”字形的、与锥台形凸起相连接的薄板状脚垫板。
6.依据权利要求2所述的组装式竹塑托盘的具体结构,其特征在于所述的托盘面板,在其上方应用挂钩件和扣挂组件,对四块箱侧板和一块箱盖板实施组装连接,即构成基于竹塑托盘的集装单元化物流箱,所述的箱侧板和箱盖板,外观呈矩形板块状,由轻质网孔板或夹层空心板制成,所述的挂钩件,外观呈“7”字形薄片状,由金属薄片制成,两端头呈半圆形,钩头端与箱侧板相连接,直尾端穿越两长孔折向一侧,所述的扣挂组件,由挂件与扣件组成,其中的挂件外观呈“L”形长条状,其一翼上制有多只圆形安装孔,另一翼上制有至少一只开口向下的喇叭状缺口,其中的扣件外观呈钉板形,板体上制有多只圆形安装孔,垂直于板体设置有多只与缺口位置相对应的圆柱,圆柱的顶端设置有大头凸起。
7.依据权利要求1所述的组装式竹塑托盘的制造方法,其特征在于所述的基于竹塑托盘的集装单元化物流箱,是在托盘面板的上方,在相邻两块箱侧板的边部内侧,由紧固件穿越安装孔,对多组挂件与扣件分别实施安装,缺口与圆柱配对连接,大头凸起防逃逸定位,即实现了相邻两块箱侧板之间的活动扣挂连接,由标准连接件合页和箱扣,在箱侧板的上方对箱盖板实施安装。
