氟噻草胺(Flufenacet),是拜耳公司开发的芳氧乙酰胺类除草剂,可以广泛防除一年生禾本科杂草、莎草和一些小粒阔叶杂草。
吡氟酰草胺(Diflufenican),又称吡氟草胺,属于酰胺类除草剂,能防除多种小麦田一年生阔叶杂草。
现有的专利中,对于氟噻草胺和吡氟酰草胺的复配研究较多,例如专利CN107743966A公开了用于防治小麦田抗性杂草的氟噻草胺和吡氟酰草胺的复配制剂,发现氟噻草胺和吡氟酰草胺对于小麦田已经产生抗性的杂草具有很好的防治效果,很好的扩大的了氟噻草胺和吡氟酰草胺的使用范围;专利CN107743360A公开了氟噻草胺和吡氟酰草胺可以用于木薯田,作为块根植物的生长调节剂等,不难发现,上述专利很好的扩大了氟噻草胺和吡氟酰草胺的使用范围,说明充分利用氟噻草胺和吡氟酰草胺具有很好的市场价值。
本发明要解决的一个技术问题就是制备一种组分合理,方便使用的氟噻草胺和吡氟酰草胺的悬浮剂,以便达到减少施药次数,提高经济效益的目的。

一种含氟噻草胺和吡氟酰草胺的悬浮剂,其特征在于氟噻草胺的重量含量为1%~80%,吡氟酰草胺的重量含量为1%~50%,助剂(表面活性剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、pH调节剂、消泡剂等)的重量含量为1%~25%,助溶剂的重量含量为1%~20%,溶剂补足至100%,其中氟噻草胺和吡氟酰草胺的重量的重量比为1:80-80:1;优选地,氟噻草胺和吡氟酰草胺的重量的重量比为1:12-80:1;
所述的表面活性剂:阴离子型表面活性剂(十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基苯硫酸钠、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠等)和非离子型表面活性剂(农乳100、农乳600、吐温、山梨醇聚氧乙烯醚等)的组合物;
防冻剂选自乙二醇、丙二醇、尿素、二甘醇、甘油等的一种或几种;
增稠剂选自黄原胶、聚乙烯醇、有机膨润土、羟甲基纤维素、硅酸镁铝等的一种或几种;

本发明的悬浮剂的制备方法为:在带保温和搅拌的反应容器中,将氟噻草胺溶于助溶剂中,然后加入阴离子型表面活性剂(十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基苯硫酸钠、油酸钾、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠等)、溶剂进行高速搅拌,搅拌速度为1000~1500转/分钟,搅拌均匀后,按50~100转/分钟的搅拌速度进行低速搅拌,再将吡氟酰草胺、非离子型表面活性剂(农乳100、农乳600、吐温、山梨醇聚氧乙烯醚等)、增稠剂、防冻剂、pH调节剂、消泡剂等经过高速剪切混合均匀,在球磨机中球磨2~3小时,使微粒粒径全部在5μm以下,按50~100转/分钟的搅拌速度搅拌1-2个小时,去离子水补足余量,制成本发明的悬浮剂。
本发明的悬浮剂可以用于防治小麦、玉米、水稻、油菜、莴苣、甘蔗、大麦、高粱中的杂草。例如马唐、狗尾草、看麦娘、鲤肠、稗草、菵草等。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、可以延长药效释放时间,同时具有速效性的特点,提高药效、使农药活性成分耐雨水冲刷等;
2、对哺乳动物安全,降低农药活性成分对作物的毒性,对目标作物安全。
3、双助剂的选用,不但提高了助剂的乳化分散效果,同时降低了防治成本,对禾本科作物中的杂草有很好的防效,增效作用明显。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步的说明,实施例中的百分比均为重量比,但本发明并不局限于此。
1、乳化剂组合的选择
用常用的正交实验法筛选优秀的乳化剂组合,结果见表1。
注:+++表示乳化非常好,++表示乳化较好,+表示乳化一般,-表示不乳化。
上述结果表明,将不同的表面活性剂(阴离子型和非离子型)混合后,乳化效果最好,而单独使用一种乳化剂,乳化效果一般。因此,在选择表面活性剂的时候,选择将阴离子表面活性剂作为助剂1,将非离子表面活性剂作为助剂2使用,以提高乳化效果。
实施例1:46%氟噻草胺·吡氟酰草胺悬浮剂(6:40)
配方:氟噻草胺6%,吡氟酰草胺40%,环己酮1%,十二烷基苯硫酸钠2%,农乳1006%,乙二醇0.1%,黄原胶0.5%,水补足至100%。
制备工艺:在带保温和搅拌的反应容器中,将氟噻草胺溶于环己酮中,然后加入十二烷基苯硫酸钠、溶剂高速搅拌(1000转/分钟),搅拌均匀后,低速搅拌(60转/分钟),再将吡氟酰草胺、农乳100、乙二醇、黄原胶经过高速剪切混合均匀,在球磨机中球磨2.5小时,使微粒粒径全部在5μm以下,低速搅拌(60转/分钟)1.5个小时,去离子水补足余量,制成本发明的悬浮剂。
按照与实施例1相同的制备工艺,制备实施例2-4。
实施例2:36%氟噻草胺·吡氟酰草胺悬浮剂(18:18)
氟噻草胺18%,吡氟酰草胺18%,环己酮1%,十二烷基苯硫酸钠2%,农乳1005%,乙二醇0.1%,黄原胶0.5%,水补足至100%。
实施例3:26%氟噻草胺·吡氟酰草胺悬浮剂(1:12)
氟噻草胺2%,吡氟酰草胺24%,环己酮1%,琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠14%,农乳1007%,乙二醇0.2%,黄原胶0.5%,水补足至100%。
实施例4:40.5%氟噻草胺·吡氟酰草胺悬浮剂(80:1)
氟噻草胺40%,吡氟酰草胺0.5%,环己酮1%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠7%,山梨醇聚氧乙烯醚9%,乙二醇0.5%,黄原胶0.5%,水补足至100%。
对比例1:按实施例1的制备方法制备对比例1,不同仅在于助剂1和2均为十二烷基苯硫酸钠。
本发明的实施例1和对比例1制备得到悬浮剂的基本指标见下表2
上述测试说明本发明的悬浮剂的性能优异,分散、悬浮性好,与对比例比较,悬浮率有了一定的提高。
4、田间药效试验
供试药剂:实施例1-4和对比例1中的制剂。
对照药剂1:50%吡氟酰草胺WDG,
对照药剂2:40%氟噻草胺SC,
对照药剂3:50%吡氟酰草胺·氟噻草胺SC(含吡氟酰草胺20%,氟噻草胺30%),
防治作物:小麦、移栽水稻。
防除对象:鲤肠、猪殃殃、稗草、菵草等杂草。
试验方法:
试验于冬小麦田内进行,每个组别处理4次重复,处理面积均为20m2,按照试验小区的面积,准确称量好各种药剂,提供的待测药物的施药方式均为小麦苗后、杂草苗前茎叶喷雾(土壤封闭处理除草剂使用方式)、水稻移栽返青后杂草苗前茎叶喷雾(土壤封闭处理除草剂使用方式)。记录施药后小麦、水稻生长情况,统计给药后20、40d观察杂草死亡情况,并比较各种药剂的除草活性。结果见表3和4。

大田试验结果表明,氟噻草胺·吡氟酰草胺悬浮剂对小麦和水稻田的禾本科杂草具有很好的防效。根据田间目测,在试验剂量范围内,作物生长正常,未见植株产生药害及异常现象,说明其对小麦、水稻是安全的。从后续的调查中,所有供试的药剂中,本发明的制剂的持效期明显长于各单剂的持效期,说明本发明中所述成分做成悬浮剂之后显著延长了药剂的持效期。
Claims (7)
1.一种含氟噻草胺和吡氟酰草胺的悬浮剂,其特征在于氟噻草胺的重量含量为1%~80%,吡氟酰草胺的重量含量为1%~50%,助剂的重量含量为1%~25%,助溶剂的重量含量为1%~20%,溶剂补足至100%,其中氟噻草胺和吡氟酰草胺的重量比为1:80-80:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的悬浮剂,其特征在于,氟噻草胺和吡氟酰草胺的重量比为1:12-80:1。
3.根据权利要求2所述的悬浮剂,其特征在于所述助剂为表面活性剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、pH调节剂、消泡剂中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的悬浮剂,其特征在于所述的表面活性剂为阴离子型表面活性剂和非离子型表面活性剂;所述阴离子型表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基苯硫酸钠、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠;所述非离子型表面活性剂为农乳100、农乳600、吐温、山梨醇聚氧乙烯醚。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一所述的悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述防冻剂选自乙二醇、丙二醇、尿素、二甘醇、甘油的一种或几种;所述增稠剂选自黄原胶、聚乙烯醇、有机膨润土、羟甲基纤维素、硅酸镁铝的一种或几种;所述的助溶剂为甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、二甲基亚砜、四氢呋喃、环己酮的一种或几种;所述溶剂为:水、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、二甲基亚砜、四氢呋喃、环己醇、环己酮、环氧大豆油、植物大豆油中的一种或几种。
6.权利要求1-5任一所述的悬浮剂的制备方法:其特征在于:在带保温和搅拌的反应容器中,将氟噻草胺溶于助溶剂中,然后加入阴离子型表面活性剂、溶剂进行高速搅拌,搅拌速度为1000~1500转/分钟,搅拌均匀后,按50~100转/分钟的搅拌速度进行低速搅拌,再将吡氟酰草胺、非离子型表面活性剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、pH调节剂、消泡剂,经过高速剪切混合均匀,在球磨机中球磨2~3小时,使微粒粒径全部在5μm以下,按50~100转/分钟的搅拌速度搅拌1-2个小时,去离子水补足余量,制成本发明的悬浮剂。
7.权利要求1-5任一所述所述的悬浮剂用于防治小麦、玉米、水稻、油菜、莴苣、甘蔗、大麦、高粱中的杂草的应用。
