一种保健饮用水的制造方法。该纯净矿化水的制造方法首先将普通洁净水净化成纯净水,然后将上述纯净水输入到矿化器中,同时将二氧化碳与空气的混合气体经净化后输入矿化器中,在矿化器中模拟地下200米深的地质结构及高温、高压和有二氧化碳存在的地质条件下进行矿化,其矿化时间根据矿化器的出水速度来控制,再经过沉淀、过滤、活性炭吸附,将经活性碳吸附的矿化水取样化验其主控元素的含量,再与产品要求的主控元素的含量相比较,添加调和用化合物补足相差元素含量进行调合,再经过滤、杀菌后得到成品。该纯净矿化水既不含污染物质,又能保证人体必需的常量和微量元素等营养物质含量,是一种可与天然优质矿泉水媲美的保健饮用水。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健饮用水的制造方法。
背景技术
随着国家工业的不断发展,环境污染日益严重,而水的污染又首当其冲,于是,饮用无污染的水是对人们身体健康的重要保证。纯净水是一种以普通水为原料,经人工制造得到的近似于纯水的饮用水。由于在制造过程中,水中的对人体有害的污染物质和对人体有益的常量及微量元素等营养物质一起被除去,这样的饮用水虽然对人体无害,但也不能给人体提供人体必需的营养成份。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种制造既不合污染物质,又能保证人体必需的常量和微量元素等营养物质含量的纯净矿化水的方法。
本发明的技术方案是将洁净的普通水制成近似于纯水的纯净水,然后将纯净水在矿化器中模拟地下200米深的地质结构及高温高压和有二氧化碳存在的地质条件下对纯净水进行矿化,再经过沉淀、过滤、活性碳吸附、调合、杀菌等得到成品。
本发明的具体工艺流程如下:
a、将经过沉淀、过滤的普通洁净水用常规方法净化,得到纯净水;
b、将上述纯净水输入到矿化器中,同时将二氧化碳与空气的混合气体经净化后输入矿化器中,二氧化碳∶空气(摩尔比)=1~3∶3~1,将矿化器的物料温度控制在45~90℃,将压力控制在2~20kg/cm2,其矿化时间根据矿化器的出水速度来控制,出水速度小,矿化时间就长,水的矿化度就高,反之矿化度就低;
c、将上述得到的符合矿化度的矿化水沉淀6~12小时后过滤;
d、将上述过滤后的矿化水通过活性碳过滤器;
e、将经活性碳吸附的矿化水取样化验其主控元素的含量,再与产品要求的主控元素的含量相比较,添加调和用化合物补足相差元素含量进行调合,其中主控元素控制在以下范围内(单位为毫克/升):
钾0.1-20mg/L 氯0.01-3mg/L 硒0.01-1mg/L 锂0.5-5mg/L钠0.1-8mg/L 锌0.2-5mg/L 镁0.1-5mg/L 锶0.2-10mg/L碘0.2-5mg/L 钙1-5mg/L;
f、将调和后的矿化水先用硅燥土过滤机过滤,再用砂滤棒器过滤;
g、将上述过滤的矿化水加热至85℃以上保温半小时杀菌;
h、在紫外线照射下灌装。
本发明中,可采用电渗析法、离子交换法、蒸馏法、反渗透法等方法中的一种或两种将普通洁净水净化。
本发明在一定范围内,水的矿化度随着矿化时间、矿化温度、矿化压力、矿化时二氧化碳的含量等参数增大而增大。
本发明中,用于调和主控元素含量的化合物有:氯化钠,碳酸氢钠、氯化钙、碳酸钙、氯化镁、碳酸镁、碳酸钾、氯化锌、硫酸锌、硒酸钠等。
主控元素含量高的是医用矿化水,主控元素含量低的是饮用矿化水。
本发明的主要特点是:1、有效地除去了普通水中对人体有害的各种污染物质;2、由于工艺条件是模拟地下200米深处的矿化条件,故得到的纯净矿化水可与天然优质矿泉水媲美;3、由于矿化器中填加的矿石结构、矿化温度、矿化压力、矿化时间、矿化时二氧化碳的含量均可人为控制,故可生产出不同类型的矿化水,从而代替不同类型的优质矿泉水;4、生产出的纯净矿化水不仅含有人体必需的常量和微量元素等营养物质,而且呈弱碱性,更有利于人体的健康。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作更为详细的描述。
实施例1:
一种低矿化度纯净矿化水的制造方法。该纯净矿化水的主控元素指标为:
PH值 7~7.8 总硬度(以碳酸钙计)PPM 33
钙PPM 9 镁PPM 2
钾PPM 2 钠PPM 9
氯PPM 7 锌PPM 1
硒PPM 0.5
该纯净矿化水的制造方法如下:
a、将经过沉淀、过滤净化的普通洁净水用电渗析法净化,得到纯净水;
b、将上述纯净水输入到内填石灰石∶麦饭石∶长钾石=2.5∶1∶1.5的矿化器中,同时将二氧化碳与空气的混合气体经净化后输入矿化器中,二氧化碳与空气之比(摩尔比)为1∶2,将矿化器的物料温度控制在50±2℃,压力控制在5±1kg/cm2,将流出矿化器的矿化水硬度控制在略高于主控指标的硬度(取35PPM),如硬度低,则减少矿化水的流出量,如硬度高,则加大矿化水的流出量,直至流出的矿化水硬度符合主控指标要求为止;
c、将上述矿化水沉淀8小时后过滤;
d、将上述过滤后的矿化水通过活性碳过滤器吸附;
e、将经活性碳吸附的矿化水取样化验其主控元素的含量,再与产品要求的主控元素的含量相比较,添加调和用化合物补足相差元素含量进行调和;
f、将调和后的矿化水先用硅燥土过滤机过滤,再用砂滤棒器过滤;
g、将上述过滤过的矿化水加热至85℃以上保温半小时杀菌;
h、在紫外线照射下灌装。
实施例2:
一种中矿化度纯净矿化水的制造方法。该纯净矿化水的主控元素指标为:

氯PPM 24 锌PPM 2

该纯净矿化水的制造方法如下:
a、将经过沉淀、过滤净化的普通洁净水用离子交换法净化,得到纯净水;
b、将上述纯净水输入到内填蛭石∶长钾石∶白云石=1.5∶1∶1的矿化器中,同时将二氧化碳与空气的混合气体经净化后输入矿化器中,二氧化碳与空气之比(摩尔比)为2∶3,将矿化器的物料温度控制在65±2℃,压力控制在12±1kg/cm2,将流出矿化器的矿化水硬度控制在85PPM,如硬度低了,减少矿化水的流出量,如硬度高了,则加大矿化水的流出量,直至流出的矿化水硬度符合主控指标要求为止,以上工序与实施例1中c~h的工序相同。
实施例3:
一种高矿化度纯净矿化水的制造方法。该纯净矿化水的主控元素指标为:
PH值 7.4~8.2 总硬度(以碳酸钙计)PPM 157

氯PPM 50 锌PPM 2
硒PPM 1
该纯净矿化水的制造方法如下:
a、将经过沉淀、过滤净化的普通洁净水用蒸馏法净化,得到纯净水;
b、将上述纯净水输入到内填麦饭石∶玄武石∶蛭石=1∶3.5∶2.5的矿化器中,同时将二氧化碳与空气的混合气体经净化后输入矿化器中,二氧化碳与空气(摩尔比)之比为3∶2,压力控制在18±1kg/cm2,将流出矿化器的矿化水硬度控制在160PPM,如硬度低了,减少矿化水的流出量,如硬度高了,则加大矿化水的流出量,直至流出的矿化水硬度符合主控指标要求为止,以上工序与实施例1中c~h的工序相同。
Claims (1)
1、一种纯净矿化水的制造方法,其特征在于:
a、经过沉淀,过滤净化的普通洁净水用常规方法净化,得到纯净水;
b、将上述纯净水输入到矿化器中,同时将二氧化碳与空气的混合气体经净化后输入矿化器中,二氧化碳与空气之摩尔比=1~3∶3~1,将矿化器的物料温度控制在45~90℃,将压力控制在2~20kg/cm2,其矿化时间根据矿化器的出水速度来控制;
c、将上述得到的符合矿化度的矿化水沉淀6~12小时后过滤;
d、将上述过滤后的矿化水通过活性碳过滤器;
e、将经活性碳吸附的矿化水取样化验其主控元素的含量,再与产品要求的主控元素的含量相比较,添加调和用化合物补足相差元素含量进行调合,其中主控元素控制在以下单位为毫克/升的范围内:
钾0.1-20mg/L 氯0.01-3mg/L 硒0.01-1mg/L 锂0.5-5mg/L钠0.1-8mg/L 锌0.2-5mg/L 镁0.1-5mg/L 锶0.2-10mg/L碘0.2-5mg/L 钙1-5mg/L;
用于调和主控元素含量的化合物有,氯化钠、碳酸氢钠、氯化钙、碳酸钙、氯化镁、碳酸镁、碳酸钾、氯化锌、硫酸锌、硒酸钠;
f、将调和后的矿化水先用硅燥土过滤机过滤,再用砂滤棒器过滤;
g、将上述过滤的矿化水加热到85℃以上保温半小时杀菌;
h、在紫外线照射下灌装。
