The invention provides a steam control method of a garment steamer, which comprises the following steps:
acquiring grip strength information, wherein the grip strength information at least comprises a grip strength value;
if the grip value is zero, the steam generator operates according to the preset output power,
if the grip strength value is not zero, linearly adjusting the output power of the steam generator according to the grip strength information; or if the grip strength value is not zero, determining an adjusting parameter of the output power of the steam generator according to the grip strength information, and adjusting the output power of the steam generator according to the adjusting parameter.
In the foregoing solution, the determining an adjustment parameter of the output power of the steam generator according to the grip strength information includes:
determining an adjusting direction according to the change trend of the grip strength value, wherein the adjusting direction comprises the following steps: an increasing direction or a decreasing direction of the output power of the steam generator.
In the foregoing solution, the determining an adjustment parameter of the output power of the steam generator according to the grip strength information includes:
and determining the adjustment step length of the output power of the steam generator according to the action position of the holding force value.
In the foregoing solution, the determining an adjustment parameter of the output power of the steam generator according to the grip strength information includes:

The invention provides a garment steamer, comprising:
a steam generator for generating steam;
the ironing head is communicated with the steam generator and is used for ejecting the steam;
the holding power detector is positioned at the holding part of the ironing head and used for acquiring holding power information, and the holding power information at least comprises a holding power value;
the steam controller is respectively connected with the grip strength detector and the steam generator and is used for: if the grip value is zero, adjusting the steam generator to operate according to preset output power; and if the grip strength value is not zero, adjusting the output power of the steam generator according to the grip strength information.
In the scheme, a plurality of grip strength detectors are distributed on the handheld part of the ironing head at intervals.
In the above scheme, the steam controller is further configured to control the steam generator to operate according to a preset output power when the grip value is zero.
The invention provides a steam control device of a garment steamer, comprising:
a steam generation module for generating steam;
the grip strength detection module is used for acquiring grip strength information, and the grip strength information at least comprises a grip strength value;
the steam control module is respectively connected with the grip strength detection module and the steam generation module and used for: if the holding force value is zero, adjusting the steam generation module to operate according to preset output power; if the grip value is not zero, linearly adjusting the output power of the steam generation module according to the grip information; or if the grip value is not zero, determining an adjusting parameter of the output power of the steam generation module according to the grip information, and adjusting the output power of the steam generation module according to the adjusting parameter.
In the foregoing scheme, the steam control module is further configured to determine an adjustment direction according to a variation trend of the grip strength value, where the adjustment direction includes: the increasing direction or the decreasing direction of the output power of the steam generation module;
in the above scheme, the steam control module is further configured to determine an adjustment step length of the output power of the steam generation module according to the action position of the grip value.
In the above scheme, the steam control module is further configured to determine a corresponding adjustment parameter according to an interval in which the grip strength value is located.
The present invention provides a computer storage medium having stored thereon computer-executable instructions; the computer executable instructions, when executed by the processor, enable the above-described steam control method for all garment steamer machines.
In the technical scheme of the implementation of the invention, by acquiring the grip strength information, the grip strength information at least comprises a grip strength value; if the grip value is zero, the steam generator operates according to preset output power, if the grip value is not zero, the output power of the steam generator is adjusted according to the grip information, the operation according to the preset output power is realized when a user does not grip the clothes, the steam generator is kept in a working state, the time for waiting for steam output when the user grips the clothes is reduced, the steam output size is controlled according to the grip, the steam output size can be controlled while ironing the clothes by the user without additionally operating a gear button, the ironing time is further shortened due to the inconvenience in gear adjustment, the operation complexity of the user is reduced, and the operation experience of the user is improved.

So that the manner in which the features and aspects of the embodiments of the present invention can be understood in detail, a more particular description of the embodiments of the invention, briefly summarized above, may be had by reference to the embodiments, some of which are illustrated in the appended drawings.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a steam control method of a garment steamer, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step 101: and acquiring grip strength information, wherein the grip strength information at least comprises a grip strength value.
The grip value is used for representing the size and the acting position of the grip. The grip strength information may further include: the area where the grip is applied. For example, by installing a plurality of grip strength detectors at different positions, detection of grip strength information at different positions is achieved.
And judging whether the holding force value is zero, if so, performing step 102, and operating the steam generator according to preset output power.
The state where the holding force value is zero may generally include at least one of the following:
after the steamer is started, the user does not have a holding portion to hold the steamer, such as: the garment steamer is in a standby state;
during use, the garment steamer is held away from the user, for example: dropped, dropped by a user, grasped by a user to a non-gripping area, etc.
The working principle of the steam generator is that liquid water is converted into high-temperature water vapor through heating, in practical application, the process of converting the liquid water into the high-temperature water vapor needs a period of time to be completed, in order to shorten the consumed time of the process as much as possible and reduce the time for a user to wait for steam output, in some embodiments, an output power can be preset for the steam generator as the output power of the steam generator when the grip value is zero. The preset output power may be a lower power, for example: 10% of maximum power.
Therefore, when the holding force value is zero, the steam generator operates according to preset output power, the time for a user to wait for steam output can be effectively shortened, the steam output quantity can be reduced when the holding part of the garment steamer is separated from the user, and the user is prevented from being scalded.
If the grip strength value is not zero, go to step 103: according to the grip strength information, the output power of the steam generator is linearly adjusted; or if the grip strength value is not zero, determining an adjusting parameter of the output power of the steam generator according to the grip strength information, and adjusting the output power of the steam generator according to the adjusting parameter.
The output power of the steam generator is larger, the output quantity of the steam is larger, and in practical application, the control of the output quantity of the steam can be realized by adjusting the output power of the steam generator.
In some embodiments, a detection range of the magnitude of the grip strength value may be preset, and the detection range may be linearly and positively correlated with the output power range of the steam generator. In the detection range, the larger the grip strength value is, the larger the output power of the corresponding steam generator is; the output power of the steam generator is generally in the range of 0 to the maximum power, wherein the maximum power is generally between 500w to 2000w in the conventional household appliance, but does not exclude consideration of other maximum powers that may be possible in practical applications, and therefore, reference is made here only and no specific limitation is made to the present invention.
In some embodiments, the adjustment parameter may be a gear corresponding to the output power of the steam generator, and the size of the grip strength value corresponds to different adjustment parameters in different intervals, so as to achieve the effect of adjusting the output power of the steam generator in different gears according to the grip strength information. Compared with linear adjustment, the gear shifting adjustment can reduce the change frequency of the output power of the steam generator, the output power is more stable, and more stable steam quantity can be provided.
Optionally, the adjusting parameter of the output power of the steam generator according to the grip strength information includes at least one of:
determining an adjusting direction according to the change trend of the grip strength value, wherein the adjusting direction comprises the following steps: an increasing direction or a decreasing direction of the output power of the steam generator;
and determining the adjustment step length of the output power of the steam generator according to the action position of the holding force value.
Wherein, when the grip strength value becomes large, the output power of the steam generator is increased; when the grip strength value becomes small, the output power of the steam generator is reduced.
The step size is adjusted by: the output control of the steam generator is changed by a unit amount per adjustment (for example, when the adjustment step is 10w, the output power of the steam generator is increased by a unit amount of change of 10w as the grip value is increased). In some embodiments, a plurality of grip strength detectors may be provided at the holding portion of the steamer, the grip strength values detected by different detectors may correspond to the positions of application of the grip strength, and the grip strength values of different application positions may be set to correspond to different adjustment steps of the output power of the steam generator, for example: the corresponding adjusting step length is larger for the grip strength value close to the position of the ironing head; the corresponding adjusting step length is smaller for the grip strength value far away from the position of the iron head. Therefore, the sensitivity degree of controlling the steam output power through the grip force is different when a user holds different positions, and the steam quantity can be adjusted by the user conveniently according to actual needs.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a garment steamer, as shown in fig. 2, including: a steam generator 201 for generating steam; an iron 202, which is communicated with the steam generator 201, for ejecting the steam; a grip strength detector 203, located at the holding portion of the iron head 202, for acquiring grip strength information, where the grip strength information at least includes a grip strength value; a steam controller 204, connected to the grip strength detector 203 and the steam generator 201, respectively, for: if the grip value is zero, adjusting the steam generator to operate according to preset output power; if the grip strength value is not zero, linearly adjusting the output power of the steam generator 201 according to the grip strength information; or, if the grip strength value is not zero, determining an adjustment parameter of the output power of the steam generator 201 according to the grip strength information, and adjusting the output power of the steam generator 201 according to the adjustment parameter.
Optionally, a plurality of grip strength detectors 203 are spaced on the hand-held portion of the iron head 202.
Optionally, the adjusting parameter for adjusting the output power of the steam generator 201 according to the grip strength information includes at least one of: determining an adjusting direction according to the change trend of the grip strength value, wherein the adjusting direction comprises the following steps: an increasing direction or a decreasing direction of the output power of the steam generator 201; the adjustment step of the output power of the steam generator 201 is determined according to the action position of the grip value.
In order to implement the steam control method of the garment steamer in the embodiment of the present invention, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a steam control device of a garment steamer, as shown in fig. 3, including:
a steam generation module 303 for generating steam;
the grip strength detection module 301 is configured to obtain grip strength information, where the grip strength information at least includes a grip strength value;
a steam control module 302, respectively connected to the grip strength detection module 301 and the steam generation module 303, for: if the grip value is zero, adjusting the steam generation module 303 to operate according to a preset output power; if the grip value is not zero, linearly adjusting the output power of the steam generation module 303 according to the grip information; or, if the grip value is not zero, determining an adjustment parameter of the output power of the steam generation module 303 according to the grip information, and adjusting the output power of the steam generation module 303 according to the adjustment parameter.
Optionally, the steam control module 302 is further configured to determine an adjustment direction according to a change trend of the grip strength value, where the adjustment direction includes: the increasing direction or the decreasing direction of the output power of the steam generation module 303;
and/or determining the adjustment step size of the output power of the steam generation module 303 according to the action position of the grip value.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a computer-readable storage medium is further provided, which is used for storing the computing program provided in the foregoing embodiment, so as to complete the steps of the foregoing method. The computer readable storage medium can be Memory such as FRAM, ROM, PROM, EPROM, EEPROM, Flash Memory, magnetic surface Memory, optical disk, or CD-ROM; and may be various devices including one or any combination of the above memories, such as an intelligent appliance, a server, and the like.
