背景技术
随着社会的发展及生活水平的提高,人们在满足物质生活充实的同时也逐渐向往高品质的环境需求,由此引发人们日益重视环保问题。而在日常生活中,洗涤用品趋安全化、环保化也成为大家普遍共识。其具体体现在采用新原料新材料代替或减少不必要的化工原料使用,并且能达到同一效果甚至更好。
近年来,中国洗涤用品市场迅速增长,液体洗涤剂市场份额也越来越大,其中洗衣液市场约占织物洗涤产品总量的30%左右。环保从生态环境来看,对降低甚至避免水体富营养化,对生态平衡都有非常积极的作用。而高效则对洗衣液使用量具有量的优势,低泡则对漂洗具有省水省时间作用。

优选地,所述异构醇醚表面活性剂为异构十醇烷氧化非离子表面活性剂(HIC2109)和异构十三醇烷氧化非离子表面活性剂(HIF4100),所述异构十醇烷氧化非离子表面活性剂(HIC2109)和异构十三醇烷氧化非离子表面活性剂(HIF4100)的质量份数比为3:7;所述两性离子表面活性剂为椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺,所述椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺的质量份数比为5:5。
本发明的有益效果:本发明在原料中不添加溶剂、消泡剂,通过环保型表面活性剂之间的合理复配,加以生物降解率极高的助剂,得到一个稳定的环保高效低泡体系,使得在使用量很低的情况下达到甚至在某方面远超洗涤标准要求,解决了环保、泡沫低、酶活性稳定。本发明的新原料均已大规模生产,质量保证,同时制备工艺简便,便于推广使用。
具体实施方式
为了更好地说明本发明,下面结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
本申请所述环保高效低泡洗衣液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1.按照一定质量配比取所述去离子水一半加入化料釜中,加热升温至65℃;
2.按照一定质量配比加入片碱和十二酸搅拌10分钟;
3.按照一定质量配比依次加入阴离子表面活性剂、异构醇醚表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、烷基糖苷、两性离子表面活性剂搅拌至完全溶解,得到混合液A;
4.按照一定质量配比向所述混合液A中加入螯合剂、苯并异噻唑啉酮、香精、剩余去离子水,搅拌均匀,得到混合溶液B;
5.按照一定质量配比向所述混合液B中加入生物酶,搅拌均匀,得到混合溶液C;
6.按照一定质量配比向所述混合液C加入羟乙基纤维素,搅拌均匀,得到混合溶液D;
7.将混合溶液D进行过滤处理,得到所述的无助溶剂的高倍浓缩洗衣液。(过滤网:300目)
本实施例所用重量单位为克,也可以为千克;本实施例中所述的香精为食品级,其他原料均为工业级;本实施例中所述的各原料均已大规模生产。

本实施例的洗涤剂的去污力测定按GB/T13174的试验条件:标准洗衣液浓度2‰,样品浓度分2‰,市售普通洗衣液浓度2‰,洗涤结果如下表:

5.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的环保高效低泡洗衣液,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(3)醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(7)醚和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚中的至少一种;
所述增稠剂为羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基基纤维素、氯化钠中的至少一种;
所述异构醇醚表面活性剂为异构十醇烷氧化非离子表面活性剂(HIC2109)、异构十三醇烷氧化非离子表面活性剂(HIF4100)中的至少一种;
所述两性离子表面活性剂为椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺中的至少一种;
所述烷基糖苷表面活性剂为烷基糖苷0810和烷基糖苷1214中的至少一种;
所述螯合剂为EDTA-4Na和谷氨酸二乙酸四钠盐GLDA中的至少一种;
所述阴离子表面活性剂选自脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠和月桂酰基谷氨酸钠中的至少含有一种。
6.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的环保高效低泡洗衣液,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐的质量份数比为6:4;所述非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(7)醚,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(7)醚的质量份数比为8:4。
7.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的环保高效低泡洗衣液,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(7)醚和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(7)醚和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚的质量份数比为2:3。
8.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的环保高效低泡洗衣液,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(7)醚和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(7)醚和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚的质量份数比为5:7;所述异构醇醚表面活性剂为异构十醇烷氧化非离子表面活性剂(HIC 2109)和异构十三醇烷氧化非离子表面活性剂(HIF 4100),所述异构十醇烷氧化非离子表面活性剂(HIC 2109)、异构十三醇烷氧化非离子表面活性剂(HIF4100)混合的重量份数比为3:7。
9.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的环保高效低泡洗衣液,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐的质量份数比为6:11;所述非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(7)醚,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(7)醚的质量份数比为4:7。
10.根据权利要求9所述的环保高效低泡洗衣液,其特征在于,所述异构醇醚表面活性剂为异构十醇烷氧化非离子表面活性剂(HIC2109)和异构十三醇烷氧化非离子表面活性剂(HIF4100),所述异构十醇烷氧化非离子表面活性剂(HIC2109)和异构十三醇烷氧化非离子表面活性剂(HIF4100)的质量份数比为3:7;所述两性离子表面活性剂为椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺,所述椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺的质量份数比为5:5。
