技术领域
本发明涉及一种食用菌废弃下脚料资源化利用技术领域,尤其涉及一种食用菌下脚料制备的鱼饲料及其制备方法。
背景技术
淡水渔业养殖生产中,经常需要人工添加鱼饲料来提高鱼肉产量。目前应用中的现有鱼饲料大多水中稳定性较差,经投放到鱼塘内的水体中后,极易在短时间内如5~10分钟即吸水发胀而溃散,无法再保持一定的形态。这样既不利于饵料的集中饲喂、降低了饲喂效率,容易造成了饲料的浪费,而且饲料容易溃散也会导致其部分组成漂浮分散分布于水面而造成水体更易缺氧,进而增加了养殖风险,不利于发展高效渔业养殖。除容易溃散的问题之外,现有的鱼饲料经投放到水体中后,容易漂浮于水面,也有部分会沉淀于水底,而仅有较少部分在水中呈悬浮状,不便于一些生活在水体中下层的鱼例如草鱼等的捕食。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种水中稳定性较好,密度适宜且能快速吸引鱼儿采食的鱼饲料及其制备方法。
本发明的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
食用菌下脚料,是指在食用菌生产加工过程中,一些色泽或/和形状较差、干枯、菌脚等不适宜加工或者出售的食用菌子实体。在实践中发现将食用菌子实体粉碎后作为鱼饲料的主要组分,经投放到鱼塘内的水体中后,更容易溃散而影响集中投喂。
一种鱼饲料,其特征在于,由下列重量份数的各原料制成:
粒径为1~3.5mm的食用菌下脚料颗粒 45~50份,
豆饼粉 10~15份,
麦麸 10~15份,
黄粉虫虫体粉 20~25份,
磷酸氢二钙 2~4,
鸡精 3~4份,
香油 5~8份,
壳聚糖纳米微球粉 2~3份,
琼脂 0.1~0.2份,
黄原胶 0.2份。
作为进一步优化,上述鱼饲料,由下列重量份数的各原料制成:
粒径为2~3mm的食用菌下脚料颗粒 45~48份,
豆饼粉 12~13份,
麦麸 12~13份,
黄粉虫虫体粉 20~22份,
磷酸氢二钙 3,
鸡精 4份,
香油 6~8份,
壳聚糖纳米微球粉 2份,
琼脂 0.1份,
黄原胶 0.2份。
上述壳聚糖纳米微球是通过将壳聚糖和五氟尿嘧啶溶于醋酸溶液中,充分溶解后慢慢加入到山梨醇酐倍半油酸酯的液体石蜡油相中,室温下快速搅拌,形成白色乳状油包水乳液,然后加入香草醛丙酮溶液并继续搅拌;最后离心分离收集所制备的纳米微球,并分别用石油醚、丙酮充分洗涤,冷冻干燥后得到壳聚糖纳米微球粉。
上述鱼饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,采用上述各原料,依次按照以下步骤进行制备,其中所述份数均为重量份数:
取上述黄原胶,加入20份水溶解,配制成黄原胶水溶液待用;取上述琼脂,加入20份65~75℃的水进行溶解,溶解后加入上述壳聚糖纳米微球粉和3~4份香油混合均匀,之后再加入上述食用菌下脚料颗粒、上述黄原胶水溶液,混合均匀,最后再加入上述豆饼粉、上述麦麸、上述黄粉虫虫体粉、上述磷酸氢二钙、上述鸡精和剩余的香油,充分搅拌混合,冷却,即制得上述鱼饲料。
本发明具有以下的有益效果:
本发明提供了一种鱼饲料,该鱼饲料经投放后在水中最少2小时之内能保持不溃散,其稳定性较好,既利于饵料的集中饲喂、减少饲料浪费,也保证了较高的饲喂效率,降低了因饲料溃散、漂浮而导致水体易缺氧的养殖风险,有利于发展高效渔业养殖;该鱼饲料经在水中吸水发胀后,绝大部分(75%以上)呈悬浮状且分布于水体中下层,其密度适宜;而且该鱼饲料由特定的配方配制而成,其自带有独特的诱食功能,经投放入水体后,能迅速释放浓郁香味,快速吸引鱼采食,而且能较长时间地继续保有独特的浓郁香味,持续的吸引鱼采食。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明的实施例,对本发明技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例1
一种鱼饲料的制备方法,它采用下列重量份数的各原料,依次按照以下步骤进行制备:
粒径为2~3mm的食用菌下脚料颗粒48份,豆饼粉12份,
麦麸12份,黄粉虫虫体粉22份,磷酸氢二钙3,
鸡精4份,香油6份,壳聚糖纳米微球粉2份,
琼脂0.1份,黄原胶0.2份;
取黄原胶,加入20份水溶解,配制成黄原胶水溶液待用;取琼脂,加入20份70℃的水进行溶解,溶解后加入壳聚糖纳米微球粉和4份香油混合均匀,之后再加入食用菌下脚料颗粒、配制成的黄原胶水溶液,混合均匀,最后再加入豆饼粉、麦麸、黄粉虫虫体粉、磷酸氢二钙、鸡精和剩余的香油,充分搅拌混合,冷却,即制得鱼饲料。
其中,食用菌下脚料,是指在食用菌生产加工过程中,一些色泽和形状较差、干枯、菌脚等不适宜加工或者出售的食用菌子实体;
壳聚糖纳米微球是通过将100mg的壳聚糖(粘度为300mpa.s、脱乙酰度≥ 90%)和5mg的五氟尿嘧啶溶于5g醋酸溶液(质量分数为1%)中,充分溶解后慢慢加入到25g含有质量分数为2%的山梨醇酐倍半油酸酯的液体石蜡油相中,室温下快速搅拌60min, 形成白色乳状油包水乳液,然后加入24 g香草醛丙酮溶液(质量分数为2.5%)并继续搅拌5h;最后于10000rpm离心分离10min,收集所制备的纳米微球,并分别用石油醚、丙酮充分洗涤,冷冻干燥后得到壳聚糖纳米微球粉。
本例中还进行了以下对鱼饲料的稳定性等指标的评价测定实验:
一、水中稳定性测定实验
制作长宽高为1mX1mX1m的立方形透明容器(如玻璃缸),注满水后作为测试容器;取本实施例1中所制得的鱼饲料20份,投放入测试容器中同时开始计时并观察。经观察得知,该鱼饲料在水中吸水发胀后,占投放总量的75%以上呈悬浮状,而仅有少部分漂浮,有利于一些生活在水体中层的鱼如草鱼的捕食;同时经观察计时得知,该鱼饲料经投放在水中后,2.2小时之内能保持不溃散而呈现为吸水发胀状态,其稳定性较好。
二、诱食性实验
挑选规格一致,均重为300克/尾,外表无外伤,健康、活力充足的草鱼10条作为一组,共挑选三组,分别投入到三个注满水的1mX1mX1m的立方形透明容器(如玻璃缸)中,每组均饥饿适应一天;之后,第一组添加本实施例1中所制得的鱼饲料20份,第二组添加本实施例1中已吸水发胀的鱼饲料(即将本实施例1中所制得的鱼饲料加水浸泡1小时后所得的鱼饲料)20份,第三组添加常规的市售鱼饲料20份,在一定时间如2分钟内进行对比观察。经观察得知,第一组中鱼饲料最先被食用完,且未有剩余或遗漏;第二组中鱼饲料被食用完的时间要晚于第一组,但仍被全部食用完;第三组中有微量的鱼饲料被鱼遗漏而未被食用。
三、营养性实验
草鱼养殖户使用该鱼饲料进行池塘草鱼养殖时,投喂本例中的鱼饲料,按每天投喂量为草鱼总重量的1.5%进行饲喂,2个月后,与其他池塘中投喂常规的其他鱼饲料的同龄草鱼(作为对照组)相比较,平均体长超过对照组池塘的同龄草鱼18%,平均增重超过22%。
实施例2
一种鱼饲料的制备方法,它采用下列重量份数的各原料,依次按照以下步骤进行制备:
粒径为2~2.5mm的食用菌下脚料颗粒45份,豆饼粉13份,
麦麸10份,黄粉虫虫体粉25份,磷酸氢二钙4,
鸡精3份,香油8份,壳聚糖纳米微球粉2.5份,
琼脂0.15份,黄原胶0.2份;
取黄原胶,加入20份水溶解,配制成黄原胶水溶液待用;取琼脂,加入20份75℃的水进行溶解,溶解后加入壳聚糖纳米微球粉和4.5份香油混合均匀,之后再加入食用菌下脚料颗粒、配制成的黄原胶水溶液,混合均匀,最后再加入豆饼粉、麦麸、黄粉虫虫体粉、磷酸氢二钙、鸡精和剩余的香油,充分搅拌混合,冷却,即制得鱼饲料。
实施例3
一种鱼饲料的制备方法,它采用下列重量份数的各原料,依次按照以下步骤进行制备:
粒径为1.5~2.5mm的食用菌下脚料颗粒50份,豆饼粉15份,
麦麸11份,黄粉虫虫体粉20份,磷酸氢二钙2.5,
鸡精3.5份,香油7份,壳聚糖纳米微球粉2.5份,
琼脂0.1份,黄原胶0.2份;
取黄原胶,加入20份水溶解,配制成黄原胶水溶液待用;取琼脂,加入20份70℃的水进行溶解,溶解后加入壳聚糖纳米微球粉和4份香油混合均匀,之后再加入食用菌下脚料颗粒、配制成的黄原胶水溶液,混合均匀,最后再加入豆饼粉、麦麸、黄粉虫虫体粉、磷酸氢二钙、鸡精和剩余的香油,充分搅拌混合,冷却,即制得鱼饲料。
Claims (4)
1.一种鱼饲料,其特征在于,由下列重量份数的各原料制成:
粒径为1~3.5mm的食用菌下脚料颗粒 45~50份,
豆饼粉 10~15份,
麦麸 10~15份,
黄粉虫虫体粉 20~25份,
磷酸氢二钙 2~4,
鸡精 3~4份,
香油 5~8份,
壳聚糖纳米微球粉 2~3份,
琼脂 0.1~0.2份,
黄原胶 0.2份。
2.如权利要求1所述鱼饲料,其特征在于,由下列重量份数的各原料制成:
粒径为2~3mm的食用菌下脚料颗粒 45~48份,
豆饼粉 12~13份,
麦麸 12~13份,
黄粉虫虫体粉 20~22份,
磷酸氢二钙 3,
鸡精 4份,
香油 6~8份,
壳聚糖纳米微球粉 2份,
琼脂 0.1份,
黄原胶 0.2份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述鱼饲料,其特征在于:所述壳聚糖纳米微球是通过将壳聚糖和五氟尿嘧啶溶于醋酸溶液中,充分溶解后慢慢加入到山梨醇酐倍半油酸酯的液体石蜡油相中,室温下快速搅拌,形成白色乳状油包水乳液,然后加入香草醛丙酮溶液并继续搅拌;最后离心分离收集所制备的纳米微球,并分别用石油醚、丙酮充分洗涤,冷冻干燥后得到的。
4.如权利要求1-3任一所述鱼饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,采用所述各原料,依次按照以下步骤进行制备,其中所述份数均为重量份数:
取所述黄原胶,加入20份水溶解,配制成黄原胶水溶液待用;取所述琼脂,加入20份65~75℃的水进行溶解,溶解后加入所述壳聚糖纳米微球粉和3~4份香油混合均匀,之后再加入所述食用菌下脚料颗粒、所述黄原胶水溶液,混合均匀,最后再加入所述豆饼粉、所述麦麸、所述黄粉虫虫体粉、所述磷酸氢二钙、所述鸡精和剩余的香油,充分搅拌混合,冷却。
