Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a clothes dryer connecting structure which is provided with mounting structures in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, and the mounting structures are respectively and fixedly connected with a table board and a back board, so that the purpose that the back board and the table board of the clothes dryer are stably and fixedly connected through the connecting structure is achieved.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention specifically adopts the following technical scheme:
a connecting structure of a clothes dryer is used for connecting a table board 2 and a back board 3 of the clothes dryer, the table board 2 exceeds the back board 3 in the horizontal direction to form a protruding portion 21, the connecting structure 1 is arranged at the upper end of the back board 3 and is in contact with the lower end of the table board 2 and is fixed with the protruding portion 21 and the back board 3 respectively, and the back board 3 is connected with the table board 2 through the connecting structure 1.
In the above scheme, the connection structure 1 adopts a different arrangement mode from that in the prior art, part of the connection structure is arranged between the table top 2 and the back plate 3 to play a supporting role, and the other part of the connection structure is exposed outside the clothes dryer so as to be fixed with the protruding part 21 of the table top 2 and the back plate 3.
The further scheme of the invention is as follows: the connecting structure 1 comprises a filler strip 11 arranged along the upper end of the back plate 3, the lower end of the filler strip 11 is lapped on the upper end of the back plate 3, and the upper end of the filler strip 11 is in contact with the lower end of the table top 2.
In the above scheme, filler strip 11 has played the effect of supporting backplate 3 and mesa 2, and the terminal surface can set up the material layer of different materials and different thickness according to the in-service use demand under the metal of mesa 2 to control the mounted position of mesa 2 on the vertical direction.
The further scheme of the invention is as follows: a first blocking piece 112 parallel to the outer end surface 111 is arranged near the inner side of the outer end surface 111 of the filler strip 11, and the first blocking piece 112 and the outer end surface 111 both extend downwards to be arranged beyond the lower end of the filler strip 11 to form a flange 14 for limiting the position of the filler strip 11 in the horizontal direction.
In the above solution, the filler strip 11 is a hollow shell, one side of the filler strip 11 away from the inner side of the clothes dryer is an outer end surface 111, the outer end surface 111 and the first blocking piece 112 are both arranged in parallel with the back plate 3 and are arranged to exceed the lower end surface of the filler strip 11 downwards, and the flange 14 is formed to make the filler strip 11 contact with the upper end and the rear side of the back plate 3 respectively to form an L-shaped contact surface. The arrangement can ensure that the filler strip 11 is lapped on the back plate 3, and limits the displacement of the filler strip 11 in the horizontal direction, thereby being convenient for installation and positioning.
The further scheme of the invention is as follows: the connection structure 1 further comprises a horizontal mounting piece 12 parallel to the lower end of the projection 21 and a vertical mounting piece 13 parallel to the back plate 3.
In the above scheme, the horizontal installation sheet 12 is correspondingly connected with the lower end of the protruding part 21, the vertical installation sheet 13 is correspondingly connected with the back plate 3, and the installation structures are all positioned outside the clothes dryer so as to be convenient for disassembly and assembly and maintenance.
The further scheme of the invention is as follows: the horizontal installation sheet 12 extends to the outside of the clothes dryer along the lower end of the gasket strip 11; the vertical mounting piece 13 extends downward along the flange 14 formed by the first blocking piece 112 and the outer end surface 111.
In the above scheme, the connecting structure 1 further has a plurality of horizontal mounting pieces 12 and vertical mounting pieces 13 connected with the gasket strips 11, and the number of the horizontal mounting pieces 12 and the number of the vertical mounting pieces 13 can be selected according to actual requirements so as to meet the installation modes of the clothes dryers with different dimensions.
The further scheme of the invention is as follows: a second stopper 211 is provided at the projecting portion 21 in parallel with the outer end surface 111 and extends downward beyond the lower end of the table top 2, the second stopper 211 being provided in contact with the outer end surface 111 of the bead 11 to restrict the position of the table top 2 in the horizontal direction.
The further scheme of the invention is as follows: the second stop 211 extends downward to contact with the horizontal mounting plate 12, so that the protrusion 21 is vertically engaged with the connecting structure 1.
In the above-described aspect, the lower end of the protruding portion 21 is provided with the second stopper 211 for limiting, the second stopper 211 contacts the outer end surface 111 to limit the displacement of the table top 2 in the horizontal direction, and the second stopper 211 extends downward to contact the horizontal mounting piece 12 to determine the mounting position of the table top 2 in the vertical direction.
The further scheme of the invention is as follows: the convex part 21 is provided with a connecting point corresponding to the horizontal mounting piece 12 at the outer side of the second baffle 211, so that the horizontal mounting piece 12 of the connecting structure 1 is connected with the convex part 21 of the table top 2.
In the above solution, the connection points are disposed outside the second flap 211, that is, the connection points are disposed from the second flap 211 to the outside of the clothes dryer, so as to prevent the outer end surface 111 of the connection structure 1 from pressing the connection points during installation and use, and protect the accuracy of the connection points.
The further scheme of the invention is as follows: a hollow structure is formed between the first blocking piece 112 and the outer end surface 111 of the filler strip 11, so that the installed connecting structure 1 bears the pressure applied by the second blocking piece 211 in the horizontal direction.
In the above scheme, because the hollow structure is adopted, the connecting structure 1 can bear certain extrusion force when the table top 2 is installed, on one hand, the tightness degree of the table top 2 and the connecting structure 1 is increased, and on the other hand, the connecting structure 1 cannot be damaged due to long-term stress.
The further scheme of the invention is as follows: the horizontal mounting plate 12 and the vertical mounting plate 13 are respectively provided with screw holes corresponding to the protruding part 21 of the table top 2 and the back plate 3 for fixing the connecting structure 1.
The invention also provides a clothes dryer with the connecting structure, wherein the connecting structure 1 is respectively connected with the lower end of the protruding part 21 of the table top 2 and the back plate 3, so that the table top 2 and the back plate 3 of the clothes dryer are fixedly connected through the connecting structure 1.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the connecting structure of the invention is respectively connected with the table board and the back board of the clothes dryer, and compared with the scheme of gluing in the prior art, the connecting structure of the invention ensures that the table board and the back board are more stably connected;
2. the baffle plate structure is arranged in the connecting structure, so that the effect of extrusion and fixation is achieved in the process of assembling the table top and the back plate, and the connecting structure cannot be damaged due to long-term stress due to the adoption of the hollow structure;
3. the connecting structure of the invention and the connecting structure of the table top and the back plate are all arranged outside the clothes dryer, thus being convenient for disassembly, assembly and maintenance.
Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems solved, technical solutions adopted and technical effects achieved by the present invention clearer, embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 7, a connecting structure of a clothes dryer is used for connecting a top board 2 and a back board 3 of the clothes dryer, the top board 2 is arranged to exceed the back board 3 in a horizontal direction to form a protruding portion 21, the connecting structure 1 is arranged at the upper end of the back board 3 and is in contact with the lower end of the top board 2, and is respectively fixed with the protruding portion 21 and the back board 3, so that the back board 3 is connected with the top board 2 through the connecting structure 1. The connecting structure 1 adopts a different arrangement mode from that in the prior art, part of the connecting structure is arranged between the table top 2 and the back plate 3 to play a supporting role, and the other part of the connecting structure is exposed outside the clothes dryer so as to be fixed with the convex part 21 of the table top 2 and the back plate 3.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, 6 and 7, the connecting structure 1 includes a pad strip 11 disposed along the upper end of the back plate 3, the lower end of the pad strip 11 is lapped on the upper end of the back plate 3, and the upper end of the pad strip 11 is disposed in contact with the lower end of the table top 2. The filler strip 11 plays a role in supporting the back plate 3 and the table top 2, and a hard plastic material layer is arranged on the lower end face of the metal of the table top 2 so as to control the installation position of the table top 2 in the vertical direction.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, a first blocking piece 112 parallel to the outer end surface 111 is provided near the inner side of the outer end surface 111 of the filler strip 11, the first blocking piece 112 and the outer end surface 111 both extend downward beyond the lower end of the filler strip 11, and a flange 14 is formed to limit the position of the filler strip 11 in the horizontal direction. The packing strip 11 is a hollow shell, one side of the packing strip 11 far away from the inner side of the clothes dryer is an outer end face 111, the outer end face 111 and the first blocking piece 112 are both arranged in parallel with the back plate 3 and are arranged to exceed the lower end face of the packing strip 11 downwards, and flanges 14 are formed to enable the packing strip 11 to be in contact with the upper end and the rear side of the back plate 3 respectively to form an L-shaped contact face. The arrangement can ensure that the filler strip 11 is lapped on the back plate 3, and limits the displacement of the filler strip 11 in the horizontal direction, thereby being convenient for installation and positioning.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the connection structure 1 further includes a horizontal mounting piece 12 parallel to the lower end of the protruding portion 21 and a vertical mounting piece 13 parallel to the back plate 3. The horizontal installation piece 12 is correspondingly connected with the lower end of the bulge 21, the vertical installation piece 13 is correspondingly connected with the back plate 3, and the installation structures are all positioned outside the clothes dryer so as to be convenient for disassembly, assembly and maintenance.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 3, 6 and 7, the horizontal installation piece 12 is extended along the lower end of the gasket 11 to the outside of the dryer; the vertical mounting piece 13 extends downward along the flange 14 formed by the first blocking piece 112 and the outer end surface 111. The connecting structure 1 is also provided with a plurality of horizontal mounting pieces 12 and vertical mounting pieces 13 connected with the filler strip 11, two ends of the filler strip 11 are respectively provided with one horizontal mounting piece 12 and one vertical mounting piece 13 corresponding to the horizontal mounting piece 12, and the middle of the filler strip 11 is also provided with one vertical mounting piece 13 so as to achieve the purpose of fixing the table top 2 and the back plate 3.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, a second stopper 211 is provided at the projecting portion 21 in parallel with the outer end surface 111 and extends downward beyond the lower end of the mesa 2, and the second stopper 211 is provided in contact with the outer end surface 111 of the filler strip 11 to restrict the position of the mesa 2 in the horizontal direction.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the second stopping piece 211 extends downward to contact with the horizontal mounting piece 12, so that the protruding portion 21 is vertically matched with the connecting structure 1.
In this embodiment, the lower end of the protruding portion 21 is provided with a second stopper 211 for limiting, the second stopper 211 contacts with the outer end surface 111 to limit the displacement of the table top 2 in the horizontal direction, and the second stopper 211 extends downward to contact with the horizontal mounting piece 12 to determine the mounting position of the table top 2 in the vertical direction.
In this embodiment, the protruding portion 21 is provided with a screw hole structure corresponding to the horizontal mounting piece 12 at the outer side of the second stopper 211, so that the horizontal mounting piece 12 of the connecting structure 1 is connected to the protruding portion 21 of the table top 2. The screw hole structure is arranged on the outer side of the second baffle 211, that is, a screw hole column is arranged from the second baffle 211 to the outer side of the clothes dryer, so that the outer end surface 111 of the connecting structure 1 is prevented from extruding the screw hole column in the installation and use process, and the accuracy of the connecting point is protected.
In this embodiment, a hollow structure is formed between the first blocking piece 112 and the outer end surface 111 of the filler strip 11, so that the installed connecting structure 1 bears the pressure applied by the second blocking piece 211 in the horizontal direction. Due to the adoption of the hollow structure, the connecting structure 1 can bear certain extrusion force when the table top 2 is installed, on one hand, the tightness of the table top 2 and the connecting structure 1 is increased, and on the other hand, the connecting structure 1 cannot be damaged due to long-term stress.
In this embodiment, in the installation process, the pad strip 11 of the connection structure 1 is firstly lapped on the upper end of the back plate 3 to be tightly combined with the back plate 3, then the vertical installation piece 13 is connected with the back plate 3 by screws, at this time, the table top 2 is covered on the connection structure 1, the second separation blade of the protruding portion 21 is abutted against the outer end surface 111 of the pad strip 11 to form extrusion, so as to fix the position of the table top 2, and then the horizontal installation piece 12 is connected with the screw hole column at the lower end of the protruding portion 21 by screws.
The invention also provides a clothes dryer with the connecting structure, wherein the connecting structure 1 is respectively connected with the lower end of the protruding part 21 of the table top 2 and the back plate 3, so that the table top 2 and the back plate 3 of the clothes dryer are fixedly connected through the connecting structure 1.
Example 2
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 7, a connecting structure of a clothes dryer is used for connecting a top board 2 and a back board 3 of the clothes dryer, the top board 2 is arranged to exceed the back board 3 in a horizontal direction to form a protruding portion 21, the connecting structure 1 is arranged at the upper end of the back board 3 and is in contact with the lower end of the top board 2, and is respectively fixed with the protruding portion 21 and the back board 3, so that the back board 3 is connected with the top board 2 through the connecting structure 1. The connecting structure 1 adopts a different arrangement mode from that in the prior art, part of the connecting structure is arranged between the table top 2 and the back plate 3 to play a supporting role, and the other part of the connecting structure is exposed outside the clothes dryer so as to be fixed with the convex part 21 of the table top 2 and the back plate 3.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, 6 and 7, the connecting structure 1 includes a pad strip 11 disposed along the upper end of the back plate 3, the lower end of the pad strip 11 is lapped on the upper end of the back plate 3, and the upper end of the pad strip 11 is disposed in contact with the lower end of the table top 2. The filler strip 11 plays a role in supporting the back plate 3 and the table top 2, and a material layer made of sponge materials is arranged on the lower end face of the metal of the table top 2 so as to control the installation position of the table top 2 in the vertical direction.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, a first blocking piece 112 parallel to the outer end surface 111 is provided near the inner side of the outer end surface 111 of the filler strip 11, the first blocking piece 112 and the outer end surface 111 both extend downward beyond the lower end of the filler strip 11, and a flange 14 is formed to limit the position of the filler strip 11 in the horizontal direction. The packing strip 11 is a hollow shell, one side of the packing strip 11 far away from the inner side of the clothes dryer is an outer end face 111, the outer end face 111 and the first blocking piece 112 are both arranged in parallel with the back plate 3 and are arranged to exceed the lower end face of the packing strip 11 downwards, and flanges 14 are formed to enable the packing strip 11 to be in contact with the upper end and the rear side of the back plate 3 respectively to form an L-shaped contact face. The arrangement can ensure that the filler strip 11 is lapped on the back plate 3, and limits the displacement of the filler strip 11 in the horizontal direction, thereby being convenient for installation and positioning.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the connection structure 1 further includes a horizontal mounting piece 12 parallel to the lower end of the protruding portion 21 and a vertical mounting piece 13 parallel to the back plate 3. The horizontal installation piece 12 is correspondingly connected with the lower end of the bulge 21, the vertical installation piece 13 is correspondingly connected with the back plate 3, and the installation structures are all positioned outside the clothes dryer so as to be convenient for disassembly, assembly and maintenance.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the horizontal installation piece 12 is extended along the lower end of the gasket 11 to the outside of the dryer; the vertical mounting piece 13 extends downward along the flange 14 formed by the first blocking piece 112 and the outer end surface 111. The connecting structure 1 is also provided with a plurality of horizontal mounting pieces 12 and vertical mounting pieces 13 which are connected with the filler strip 11, and two ends and the center of the filler strip 11 are respectively provided with one horizontal mounting piece 12 and one vertical mounting piece 13 corresponding to the horizontal mounting piece 12 so as to achieve the purpose of fixing the table top 2 and the back plate 3.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, a second stopper 211 is provided at the projecting portion 21 in parallel with the outer end surface 111 and extends downward beyond the lower end of the mesa 2, and the second stopper 211 is provided in contact with the outer end surface 111 of the filler strip 11 to restrict the position of the mesa 2 in the horizontal direction.
In this embodiment, a middle blocking piece is further disposed on the outer side of the second blocking piece 211, so that a hollow space is formed between the middle blocking piece and the second blocking piece 211, and when the second blocking piece 211 contacts with the outer end surface 111 of the filler strip 11, the second blocking piece bears the pressure in the horizontal direction.
In this embodiment, the lower end of the protruding portion 21 is provided with a second stopper 211 for limiting, the second stopper 211 contacts with the outer end surface 111 to limit the displacement of the table top 2 in the horizontal direction, and the second stopper 211 extends downward to contact with the horizontal mounting piece 12 to determine the mounting position of the table top 2 in the vertical direction.
In this embodiment, the protruding portion 21 is provided with a screw hole structure corresponding to the horizontal mounting piece 12 at the outer side of the second stopper 211, so that the horizontal mounting piece 12 of the connecting structure 1 is connected to the protruding portion 21 of the table top 2. The screw hole structure is arranged between the second retaining piece 211 and the middle retaining piece, namely, a screw hole column is arranged from the second retaining piece 211 to the outer side of the clothes dryer, so that the outer end face 111 of the connecting structure 1 is prevented from extruding the screw hole column in the installation and use process, and the accuracy of the connecting point is protected.
In this embodiment, a hollow structure is formed between the first blocking piece 112 and the outer end surface 111 of the filler strip 11, so that the installed connecting structure 1 bears the pressure applied by the second blocking piece 211 in the horizontal direction. Due to the adoption of the hollow structure, the connecting structure 1 can bear certain extrusion force when the table top 2 is installed, on one hand, the tightness of the table top 2 and the connecting structure 1 is increased, and on the other hand, the connecting structure 1 cannot be damaged due to long-term stress.
In this embodiment, in the installation process, the pad strip 11 of the connection structure 1 is firstly lapped on the upper end of the back plate 3 to be tightly combined with the back plate 3, then the vertical installation piece 13 is connected with the back plate 3 by screws, at this time, the table top 2 is covered on the connection structure 1, the second separation blade of the protruding portion 21 is abutted against the outer end surface 111 of the pad strip 11 to form extrusion, so as to fix the position of the table top 2, and then the horizontal installation piece 12 is connected with the screw hole column at the lower end of the protruding portion 21 by screws.
The invention also provides a clothes dryer with the connecting structure, wherein the connecting structure 1 is respectively connected with the lower end of the protruding part 21 of the table top 2 and the back plate 3, so that the table top 2 and the back plate 3 of the clothes dryer are fixedly connected through the connecting structure 1.
