卷材作为一种功能性材料,广泛应用于建筑墙体、屋面、隧道、商场等场所,起到保护的作用。现有的塑料卷材,其防水、隔音、防穿刺和抗拉效果差,使用寿命短,而且根据塑料卷材应用场所的不同,需要塑料卷材具有一定的特殊性能,例如在电磁辐射污染严重的地区,就需要塑料卷材具有硬顶的电磁屏蔽作用,但现有的塑料卷材并不具备电磁屏蔽的作用,实用性差。
发明内容
为至少解决上述技术问题之一,本发明旨在提供一种具有电磁屏蔽效果的建筑用塑料卷材。
本发明的实施例中提供了一种具有电磁屏蔽效果的建筑用塑料卷材,所述塑料基层(1)的底部设置有缓冲橡胶层(2),所述缓冲橡胶层(2)的底部设置有压敏胶层(13),所述塑料基层(1)的上表面设置电磁屏蔽层(3),所述电磁屏蔽层(3)上侧设置隔音棉层(5),所述隔音棉层(5)与电磁屏蔽层(3)之间设置有抗静电剂层(4),所述隔音棉层(5)的上表面粘合有抗拉防穿刺层(6),所述抗拉防穿刺层(6)的上表面设置有改性沥青防水层(7);其中,所述磁屏蔽层(3)通过具有电磁屏蔽功能的聚酯纤维层编织构成,所述聚酯纤维是这样形成的:通过添加粉料A、粉料B和促进剂,首先制备复合型聚酯母粒,然后经熔融纺丝制备上述的聚酯纤维。
本发明的实施例提供的技术方案可以包括以下有益效果:
本发明结构简单,易于生产制造,通过在塑料基层与缓冲橡胶层之间设置的弹性凸点,提高了卷材的抗压能力,不易受压变形,通过在缓冲橡胶层底部设置的压敏胶层,使得该产品具有自粘的能力,便于将其粘附在合适的地方使用,给人们的实际使用带来便捷,而且,通过电磁屏蔽层和抗静电剂层的共同作用下,增强了卷材的电磁屏蔽和抗静电效果,提高了产品的使用性能,另外,设置的隔音棉层,使得该产品具有良好的隔音作用,功能性强,通过在隔音棉层上表面设置的抗拉防穿刺层,提高了卷材的抗拉和防穿刺性能,使用寿命长,通过在抗拉防穿刺层上表面设置的改性沥青防水层,使得该产品具有防水的作用,通过在拉防穿刺层和改性沥青防水层之间设置的防渗透纱布层,增强了卷材的防渗水效果,使用过程中不易内部进水气泡,使用寿命得到的进一步延长。

本申请的实施例涉及一种具有电磁屏蔽效果的建筑用塑料卷材,参照图1-4,本发明实施例中,该塑料卷材包括塑料基层1,塑料基层1的底部设置有缓冲橡胶层2,缓冲橡胶层2的底部设置有压敏胶层13,使得该产品具有自粘的能力,便于将其粘附在合适的地方使用,给人们的实际使用带来便捷,塑料基层1的上表面设置电磁屏蔽层3,电磁屏蔽层3上侧设置隔音棉层5,使得该产品具有良好的隔音作用,功能性强,隔音棉层5与电磁屏蔽层3之间设置有抗静电剂层4,通过电磁屏蔽层3和抗静电剂层4的共同作用下,增强了卷材的电磁屏蔽和抗静电效果,提高了产品的使用性能,隔音棉层5的上表面粘合有抗拉防穿刺层6,提高了卷材的抗拉和防穿刺性能,使用寿命长,抗拉防穿刺层6的上表面设置有改性沥青防水层7,使得该产品具有防水的作用,抗拉防穿刺层6由玻璃纤维网格层10和包覆在玻璃纤维网格层10上下两侧的POE塑料层9和铝箔层11组成,抗拉防穿刺层6与改性沥青防水层7之间设置有防渗透纱布层8,强了卷材的防渗水效果,使用过程中不易内部进水气泡,使用寿命得到的进一步延长,塑料基层1与缓冲橡胶层2之间设置有交错分布的弹性凸点12,提高了卷材的抗压能力,不易受压变形,压敏胶层13的底部粘合有油皮纸层14。
本发明的工作原理是:通过在塑料基层1与缓冲橡胶层2之间设置的弹性凸点12,提高了卷材的抗压能力,不易受压变形,通过在缓冲橡胶层2底部设置的压敏胶层13,使得该产品具有自粘的能力,便于将其粘附在合适的地方使用,给人们的实际使用带来便捷,而且,通过电磁屏蔽层3和抗静电剂层4的共同作用下,增强了卷材的电磁屏蔽和抗静电效果,提高了产品的使用性能,另外,设置的隔音棉层5,使得该产品具有良好的隔音作用,功能性强,通过在隔音棉层5上表面设置的抗拉防穿刺层6,提高了卷材的抗拉和防穿刺性能,使用寿命长,通过在抗拉防穿刺层6上表面设置的改性沥青防水层7,使得该产品具有防水的作用,通过在拉防穿刺层和改性沥青防水层7之间设置的防渗透纱布层8,增强了卷材的防渗水效果,使用过程中不易内部进水气泡,使用寿命得到的进一步延长。
在方便实施的技术方案中,上述的电磁屏蔽层3通过具有电磁屏蔽功能的聚酯纤维层编织构成,所述聚酯纤维是这样形成的:通过添加粉料A、粉料B和促进剂,首先制备复合型聚酯母粒,然后经熔融纺丝制备上述的聚酯纤维。
在具体的实施方式中,上述的促进剂由以下物质构成:纳米银、镀银碳粉;促进剂中各物质按照质量份数为:纳米银5份、镀银碳粉7份;具体的,上述各物质的粒径为:纳米银20nm,镀银碳粉500nm。
在具体的实施方式中,上述的粉料A由以下物质构成:载体、AgO纳米颗粒和CuO纳米颗粒;粉料A中各物质按照质量份数为:载体12份、AgO纳米颗粒30份和CuO纳米颗粒25份;具体的,上述各物质的粒径为:载体1μm,AgO纳米颗粒100nm,CuO纳米颗粒200nm。
在具体的实施方式中,上述粉料B由以下物质构成:载体、Ag包珍珠粉粒子;粉料B中各物质按照质量份数为:载体2份、Ag包珍珠粉粒子5份;具体的,上述物质的粒径为:载体1μm,Ag包珍珠粉粒子1μm;
在更具体的实施方式中,上述粉料A和粉料B中的载体为银掺杂氧化锌纳米片,该纳米片厚度为50nm,直径为1μm;其中,银的掺杂量为2%,其比例为Ag与Zn的摩尔比。
上面对构成电磁屏蔽层3的聚酯纤维进行了整体上的描述。
其中,具体的,在原料含量方面,上述的聚酯纤维中,其原料按照质量百分比包括:3-7%的粉料A、9-20%的粉料B、1-5%促进剂、68-87%的聚酯。
上述的聚酯纤维具备良好的电磁屏蔽效果,本领域可知,AgO纳米颗粒和CuO纳米颗粒均属于无机抗菌剂,但如果只是简单将上述物质添加到聚酯纤维中,由于纳米团聚,其不可避免的要产生粒子团聚,从而影响抗菌效果的发挥。本公开技术方案中,分别在粉料A和粉料B中添加有载体,该载体为一种银掺杂氧化锌纳米片状结构,其是采用混合溶剂法制备,该纳米片呈现二维片状结构;氧化锌是一种重要的半导体材料,其在气敏、压敏、催化、发光、抗菌等领域均具有广泛应用,本申请技术方案中,将银掺杂氧化锌纳米片作为载体,一方面,其能够与粉料A、粉料B中其余物质结合,作为分散剂,增大分散性,另一方面,在粉料A中,银掺杂氧化锌能够与氧化银和氧化铜协同发挥抗菌作用,大大提高了抗菌效果;在粉料B中,银掺杂氧化锌纳米片能够对电磁波起到反射作用,增大Ag包珍珠粉粒子对电磁波的吸收,从而大大提高电磁屏蔽效果,起到了意料不到的技术效果。此外,本公开技术方案中,在功能粉料A和功能粉料B之外,还具有促进剂,该促进剂包括纳米银和镀银碳粉,促进剂的作用在于对功能粉料A和功能粉料B各自效果的发挥起到缓冲作用,能够平衡抗菌和电磁屏蔽功能,产生了意料不到的有益效果。
参考如下实施例,本申请还具体公开了上述聚酯纤维的制备过程。
实施例1
S1,分别取30ml的乙二醇和10ml的去离子水,搅拌混合均匀,然后依次加入0.5g的尿素和2g的乙酸锌,继续搅拌,直至全部溶解,加入硝酸银,将混合溶液转移到水热反应釜中,密封,在160℃下反应5h,反应结束后自然冷却降温,离心分离,将产物用去离子水和乙醇清洗干净,干燥后在450℃马弗炉中煅烧2h,得到银掺杂氧化锌纳米片粉末,即为载体;
S2,取50g珍珠粉,清洗干净,将其加入到2000ml、5%的巯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷溶液中,在60℃下回流6h,冷却后,清洗干净,得到改性珍珠粉;取200ml葡萄糖还原液,向其中加入12g聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,再加入上述改性珍珠粉8g,高速搅拌30min,再慢慢滴加银氨溶液200ml,调节pH值为13.2,充分搅拌,直至反应完全,反应产物用去离子水超声清洗3次,然后90℃真空干燥2h,得到银包珍珠粉核壳结构粒子;
S3、将载体、AgO纳米颗粒、CuO纳米颗粒和钛酸酯偶联剂加入到去例子水中,充分搅拌均匀,得到浆料A,然后将其烘干,研磨成粉,即粉料A;
S4,将载体、Ag包珍珠粉粒子和钛酸酯偶联剂加入到去例子水中,充分搅拌均匀,得到浆料B,然后将其烘干,研磨成粉,即粉料B;
S5,聚酯母粒中包括粉料A、粉料B、促进剂、精对苯二甲酸、乙二醇、催化助剂,其中,催化助剂为三氧化二锑;精对苯二甲酸与乙二醇的摩尔比优选为1:1.3;聚酯母粒制备方法为:首先,将粉料A、粉料B、促进剂和乙二醇混合,搅拌后在室温下超声5h,得到混合液;然后将混合液与精对苯二甲酸、催化助剂进行酯化,聚合,得到聚酯母粒,其中,酯化温度为280℃,压力400kPa,酯化率达到大于93.5%时进行缩聚反应,缩聚温度为300℃,抽真空至50MPa,缩聚至特性粘度为0.65时,出料,切料;将聚酯母粒熔融,然后送入过滤器进行过滤,经计量后,进入喷丝组件,在将喷出的丝束经冷却、上油,经导辊后卷绕成预取向丝,其中,纺丝温度为290℃,纺丝速度为3200m/min;聚酯预取向丝经一辊、热箱、二辊、假捻器、卷绕后可制备成复合型聚酯功能纤维,其中,牵伸速度为600m/min,牵伸比为3.1,一辊温度为90℃,二辊温度为140℃。
本实施例的聚酯纤维中,其原料按照质量百分比包括:3%的粉料A、9%的粉料B、1%促进剂、87%的聚酯。
实施例2
实施例2在实施例1基础上,不同之处在于,聚酯纤维中,其原料按照质量百分比包括:7%的粉料A、20%的粉料B、5%促进剂、68%的聚酯;
且,该粉料A由以下物质构成:AgO纳米颗粒和CuO纳米颗粒,即粉料A中没有载体;
实施例3
实施例3在实施例1基础上,不同之处在于,聚酯纤维中,其原料按照质量百分比包括:5%的粉料A、15%的粉料B、3%促进剂、77%的聚酯;
且,该粉料B中没有载体。
实施例4
实施例3在实施例1基础上,不同之处在于,聚酯纤维中,其原料按照质量百分比包括:5%的粉料A、15%的粉料B、3%促进剂、77%的聚酯;
且,该聚酯纤维中没有设置促进剂。
将实施例1-4所制备的聚酯纤维分别记为1号、2号、3号、4号,5号为普通聚酯纤维,然后将1-5号的聚酯纤维分别制成大肠杆菌培养器皿,在该培养器皿上培养相同菌落的大肠杆菌,并记录大肠杆菌生长情况,如下表:

通过上表自然菌落试验可以看到,本申请的聚酯纤维能够有效抑制菌落的生长,具有较强的抑菌效果。
将实施例1-4所制备的聚酯纤维分别记为1号、2号、3号、4号,然后分别测试其在电磁波波段为30-1500MHz下的屏蔽效能,得到结果如下:
1号为36-62dB,2号为31-56dB,3号为16-24dB,4号为25-34dB。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳方式,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (9)
1.一种具有电磁屏蔽效果的建筑用塑料卷材,其特征在于,所述塑料基层(1)的底部设置有缓冲橡胶层(2),所述缓冲橡胶层(2)的底部设置有压敏胶层(13),所述塑料基层(1)的上表面设置电磁屏蔽层(3),所述电磁屏蔽层(3)上侧设置隔音棉层(5),所述隔音棉层(5)与电磁屏蔽层(3)之间设置有抗静电剂层(4),所述隔音棉层(5)的上表面粘合有抗拉防穿刺层(6),所述抗拉防穿刺层(6)的上表面设置有改性沥青防水层(7);其中,所述磁屏蔽层(3)通过具有电磁屏蔽功能的聚酯纤维层编织构成,所述聚酯纤维是这样形成的:通过添加粉料A、粉料B和促进剂,首先制备复合型聚酯母粒,然后经熔融纺丝制备上述的聚酯纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料卷材,其特征在于,所述抗拉防穿刺层(6)由玻璃纤维网格层(10)和包覆在玻璃纤维网格层(10)上下两侧的POE塑料层(9)和铝箔层(11)组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的塑料卷材,其特征在于,所述抗拉防穿刺层(6)与改性沥青防水层(7)之间设置有防渗透纱布层(8)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的塑料卷材,其特征在于,所述塑料基层(1)与缓冲橡胶层(2)之间设置有交错分布的弹性凸点(12)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的塑料卷材,其特征在于,所述压敏胶层(13)的底部粘合有油皮纸层(14)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的塑料卷材,其特征在于,所述促进剂由以下物质构成:纳米银、镀银碳粉;促进剂中各物质按照质量份数为:纳米银5份、镀银碳粉7份;具体的,上述各物质的粒径为:纳米银20nm,镀银碳粉500nm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的塑料卷材,其特征在于,所述粉料A由以下物质构成:载体、AgO纳米颗粒和CuO纳米颗粒;粉料A中各物质按照质量份数为:载体12份、AgO纳米颗粒30份和CuO纳米颗粒25份;具体的,上述各物质的粒径为:载体1μm,AgO纳米颗粒100nm,CuO纳米颗粒200nm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的塑料卷材,其特征在于,所述粉料B由以下物质构成:载体、Ag包珍珠粉粒子;粉料B中各物质按照质量份数为:载体2份、Ag包珍珠粉粒子5份;具体的,上述物质的粒径为:载体1μm,Ag包珍珠粉粒子1μm。
9.根据权利要求1所述的塑料卷材,其特征在于,所述聚酯纤维的制备过程为:
S1,分别取30ml的乙二醇和10ml的去离子水,搅拌混合均匀,然后依次加入0.5g的尿素和2g的乙酸锌,继续搅拌,直至全部溶解,加入硝酸银,将混合溶液转移到水热反应釜中,密封,在160℃下反应5h,反应结束后自然冷却降温,离心分离,将产物用去离子水和乙醇清洗干净,干燥后在450℃马弗炉中煅烧2h,得到银掺杂氧化锌纳米片粉末,即为载体;
S2,取50g珍珠粉,清洗干净,将其加入到2000ml、5%的巯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷溶液中,在60℃下回流6h,冷却后,清洗干净,得到改性珍珠粉;取200ml葡萄糖还原液,向其中加入12g聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,再加入上述改性珍珠粉8g,高速搅拌30min,再慢慢滴加银氨溶液200ml,调节pH值为13.2,充分搅拌,直至反应完全,反应产物用去离子水超声清洗3次,然后90℃真空干燥2h,得到银包珍珠粉核壳结构粒子;
S3、将载体、AgO纳米颗粒、CuO纳米颗粒和钛酸酯偶联剂加入到去例子水中,充分搅拌均匀,得到浆料A,然后将其烘干,研磨成粉,即粉料A;
S4,将载体、Ag包珍珠粉粒子和钛酸酯偶联剂加入到去例子水中,充分搅拌均匀,得到浆料B,然后将其烘干,研磨成粉,即粉料B;
S5,聚酯母粒中包括粉料A、粉料B、促进剂、精对苯二甲酸、乙二醇、催化助剂,其中,催化助剂为三氧化二锑;精对苯二甲酸与乙二醇的摩尔比优选为1:1.3;聚酯母粒制备方法为:首先,将粉料A、粉料B、促进剂和乙二醇混合,搅拌后在室温下超声5h,得到混合液;然后将混合液与精对苯二甲酸、催化助剂进行酯化,聚合,得到聚酯母粒,其中,酯化温度为280℃,压力400kPa,酯化率达到大于93.5%时进行缩聚反应,缩聚温度为300℃,抽真空至50MPa,缩聚至特性粘度为0.65时,出料,切料;将聚酯母粒熔融,然后送入过滤器进行过滤,经计量后,进入喷丝组件,在将喷出的丝束经冷却、上油,经导辊后卷绕成预取向丝,其中,纺丝温度为290℃,纺丝速度为3200m/min;聚酯预取向丝经一辊、热箱、二辊、假捻器、卷绕后可制备成复合型聚酯功能纤维,其中,牵伸速度为600m/min,牵伸比为3.1,一辊温度为90℃,二辊温度为140℃。
