Abstract
本发明涉及一种水性聚酮树脂乳液及其制备方法和应用,属于聚酮树脂技术领域。该水性聚酮树脂乳液由聚酮树脂、异氰酸酯单体、催化剂、单胺类阻聚剂、氨基磺酸盐水溶液、酮类溶剂和水,经聚合、扩链、乳化、减压除溶剂制得。本发明制得的水性聚酮树脂乳液可以配制水性油墨和涂料,其中不含有机溶剂,对环境和人体友好,且降低运输及使用过程中存在的易燃易爆的安全隐患;此外,本发明制得的水性聚酮树脂乳液在配制水性食品包装油墨时,不仅可以避免有机溶剂残留给包装食品带来的潜在毒性,还改善了印刷作业环境,实现清洁化包装。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于聚酮树脂技术领域,具体涉及一种水性聚酮树脂乳液及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
聚酮树脂,又称醛酮树脂,一般是指由酮类和醛类化合物经缩聚反应生成的聚合物,未经改性的聚酮树脂分子中含有的羰基和端羟基使其与众多涂料和油墨用树脂具有良好的相容性,同时,聚酮树脂具有良好的溶解性,可溶于大多数有机溶剂,不溶于水,在非极性的溶剂中溶解度亦较小,被广泛用在涂料和油墨中。
近年来随着涂料和油墨的快速发展,聚酮树脂的需求量也愈来愈大。而随着人们环保意识的逐渐加强,使得传统溶剂型涂料和油墨的使用受到了限制,水性涂料和水性油墨以水为溶剂,且安全无毒,其使用量也逐年攀升,因此,水性聚酮树脂乳液也成为学者研究的热点。
目前国内有关水性聚酮树脂乳液的研究甚少,其制备方法也较少公开,而水性聚酮树脂乳液可广泛应用在水性涂料/油墨中,其应用前景极佳,因此对水性聚酮树脂乳液的制备方法进行研究,就显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足而提供一种水性聚酮树脂乳液及其制备方法和应用,该水性聚酮树脂乳液环保无毒,在水性涂料和油墨中具有良好的相容性,具有广阔的应用前景。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
水性聚酮树脂乳液的制备方法,由聚酮树脂、异氰酸酯单体、催化剂、单胺类阻聚剂、氨基磺酸盐水溶液、酮类溶剂和水,经聚合、扩链、乳化、减压除溶剂制得。
更进一步地,所述的水性聚酮树脂乳液的制备方法,具体如下:将聚酮树脂加入搅拌的酮类溶剂中,升温至75-85℃直至聚酮树脂全部溶解,降温至45-55℃,加入异氰酸酯单体和催化剂,升温至75-85℃,反应2.5-3.5h,测NCO基团质量百分含量,降温至35-45℃,依次加入酮类溶剂、单胺类阻聚剂、氨基磺酸盐水溶液,反应25-30min,加入水,乳化55-65min,减压蒸馏除去酮类溶剂,得所述水性聚酮树脂乳液。
更进一步地,所述聚酮树脂、异氰酸酯单体、催化剂、单胺类阻聚剂、氨基磺酸盐水溶液、水的质量比为15-20:10-15:0.01-0.02:0.1-0.3:6-10:35-45。
更进一步地,所述聚酮树脂为软化点为115-125℃、羟值为(220-270)mgKOH/g的颗粒状聚酮树脂。
更进一步地,所述异氰酸酯单体为异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、4.4’-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)或甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)中的一种。
更进一步地,所述催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡(T-12)、辛酸亚锡(T-9)或有机铋催化剂中的一种。
更进一步地,所述单胺类阻聚剂为正辛胺或二异丁胺。
更进一步地,所述氨基磺酸盐水溶液为磺酸钠二胺(PPS)水溶液或磺酸钠二胺AAS水溶液(即N-(2-氨基乙基)-2-氨基乙烷磺酸钠盐水溶液)。
更进一步地,所述氨基磺酸盐水溶液的质量浓度为90%或50%。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
第一:本发明制得的水性聚酮树脂乳液可以配制水性油墨和涂料,其中不含有机溶剂,对环境和人体友好,且降低运输及使用过程中存在的易燃易爆的安全隐患;
第二:本发明制得的水性聚酮树脂乳液在配制水性食品包装油墨时,不仅可以避免有机溶剂残留给包装食品带来的潜在毒性,还改善了印刷作业环境,实现清洁化包装。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明,但本领域技术人员将会理解,下列实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不应视为限定本发明的范围。
实施例1
取100g无水丁酮加入到三口烧瓶中,边搅拌边加入100g聚酮树脂(羟值220mgKOH/g),升温至80℃,直至颗粒全部溶解,降温至50℃,加入IPDI 69.8g、T-9催化剂0.085g,升温至80℃反应3小时,测NCO基团质量百分含量达到4%,降温至40℃,依次加入45g丙酮、1.5g正辛胺及42g质量浓度为50%的AAS盐水溶液,反应30min,加入192.3g纯净水,乳化60min,然后减压蒸馏除去丁酮、丙酮,制得固体含量为50%的半透明水性聚酮乳液。
实施例2
取100g无水丁酮加入到三口烧瓶中,边搅拌边加入100g聚酮树脂(羟值:270mgKOH/g),升温80℃,直至颗粒全部溶解,降温至50℃加入IPDI 69.5g,T-9催化剂0.085g,升温至80℃反应3小时,测NCO质量百分含量达到2.5%,降温至40℃,依次加入75g丙酮、0.9g二异丁胺、38.9g质量浓度为90%的PPS盐水溶液,反应30min,加入205.4g纯净水,乳化60min,然后减压蒸馏除去丁酮、丙酮,制得固含量为50%的带蓝光的水性聚酮树脂乳液。

Claims (9)
1.水性聚酮树脂乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,由聚酮树脂、异氰酸酯单体、催化剂、单胺类阻聚剂、氨基磺酸盐水溶液、酮类溶剂和水,经聚合、扩链、乳化、减压除溶剂制得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性聚酮树脂乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,具体如下:将聚酮树脂加入搅拌的酮类溶剂中,升温至75-85℃直至聚酮树脂全部溶解,降温至45-55℃,加入异氰酸酯单体和催化剂,升温至75-85℃,反应2.5-3.5h,测NCO基团质量百分含量,降温至35-45℃,依次加入酮类溶剂、单胺类阻聚剂、氨基磺酸盐水溶液,反应25-30min,加入水,乳化55-65min,减压蒸馏除去酮类溶剂,得所述水性聚酮树脂乳液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水性聚酮树脂乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述聚酮树脂、异氰酸酯单体、催化剂、单胺类阻聚剂、氨基磺酸盐水溶液、水的质量比为15-20:10-15:0.01-0.02:0.1-0.3:6-10:35-45。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水性聚酮树脂乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述聚酮树脂为软化点为115-125℃、羟值为(220-270)mgKOH/g的颗粒状聚酮树脂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水性聚酮树脂乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述异氰酸酯单体为异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯、4.4’-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯或甲苯二异氰酸酯中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的水性聚酮树脂乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡、辛酸亚锡或有机铋催化剂中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的水性聚酮树脂乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述单胺类阻聚剂为正辛胺或二异丁胺。
8.根据权利要求1所述的水性聚酮树脂乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述氨基磺酸盐水溶液为磺酸钠二胺PPS水溶液或磺酸钠二胺AAS水溶液。
9.据权利要求8所述的水性聚酮树脂乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述氨基磺酸盐水溶液的质量浓度为90%或50%。
