and the label inquiry module is used for inquiring the label in real time and comprises an available label interface, a user label interface, a label data interface and a label state interface.
In the system, the management module comprises a model management module, a label quality control module, a comprehensive management module and a combined label module.
In the system, the model management module is used for extracting key fields from data of the data warehouse according to different purposes, taking the key fields as basic data labels, and forming a model wide table of user dimensions from the labels extracted by a plurality of models.
In the system, the label management module is used for generating a client label according to the basic data label in the model management module.
In the system, the label quality control module is used for displaying the client label in a graphical mode.
In the system, the comprehensive management module is used for managing the label classification user information and displaying the category and the relationship of the label.
In the above system, the combined label module is configured to generate a combined label through an intersection, union, and difference set function of a plurality of labels.

The invention has the advantages and beneficial effects that:
1. the label creating time is saved, and the label creating efficiency is improved. The technical scheme of the invention does not need to be developed in the process of creating the label, and can be completed only by configuration. Taking a certain APP as an example, the traditional scheme requires 3 people for creating the label on average, and can be used before the label is subjected to development, testing and scheduling, but the technical scheme of the invention requires only 1 person for creating the label on average, does not need development and testing, and can be automatically validated and used after data is updated every day.
2. The combination mode among the labels is increased. And the functions of intersection, union and difference set are added, and the number of the created combined labels is expanded by 3N times under the condition that the number of the basic labels is not changed.

The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention describes a label creation and management system, which adopts a three-layer architecture sequentially composed of a model label layer, a service label layer, and a combination label layer, and includes:
1. management module
The module provides visual label configuration, including label name, label category, label default value, label type, label update time, label generation sql rule, etc. Meanwhile, the quality control of the labels can be checked in real time, the label tasks can be managed, the tasks (jobs) can be generated, the functions of adding, deleting, modifying and checking the labels and the tasks are provided, the function of creating the combined labels in a dragging and pulling mode is provided, and the function of creating the default preview of the combined labels is provided.
As a preferred solution, the management module in this embodiment includes a model management module, a tag quality control module, an integrated management module, and a combined tag module. Wherein:
1.1 model management Module
The module extracts some key fields as a series of basic data labels from data of a data warehouse (hive, impala) according to different service purposes, and then a series of labels extracted by a plurality of models form a user-dimensional model wide table.
The model is a series of tagged queries sql required for a particular scenario, all of which need to contain a user id (uid) field. All models need to be aggregated into a unified broad table. Model name is required to be input for establishing the model, the model name is used as a unique name of the label, and repetition is not allowed. The method comprises the steps of inputting a model title, a model description, a data source (impala, hive), a model attribute (an attribute name ^ type ^ default value | an attribute name ^ type ^ default value), an attribute check rule and an execution sql script.
After the model is established, the name of the model is required to be checked not to be repeated, a table building statement is generated, whether a client is the only main key is judged according to the table building statement, if so, the client is allowed to be added into a unified wide table, a job function is selected to be generated, and data of the model is added into the wide table to serve as a basic model label when the wide table is generated by a timed task.
1.2 tag management Module
The label management module is different from the model management module in that: the basic data label of the model management module is only responsible for inquiring specific data values from the data warehouse, and the label management module generates a real client label according to the basic data label. The label management module mainly has the following two purposes:
(1) the tag attributes of the basic data are enriched, and tag management related information is added. Including label creation, deletion, editing, enabling, label quality monitoring, etc.
(2) Adding a logical process of simple service requirement. According to the service requirement, a logic processing is required to be carried out on the data value once to generate a new service label.
1.3 Label quality control Module
The module graphically displays the update state, data date, update time, related data quantity and 'null value or abnormal value quantity' of the client label, and whether the label is available or not and whether the label is the latest label or not can be known through verification of the dimensions.
1.4 Integrated management Module
The module mainly needs to manage the label classification user information, clearly shows the category and the relation of the label in a tree form, and is convenient for users to use.
1.5 Combined Label Module
The module generates combined labels through the intersection, combination and difference set functions of a plurality of labels so as to adapt to ever-changing business requirements. For example, in practical use, it is often necessary to combine or reject tags of an original customer group according to business requirements, and then generate a new combined tag through further processing and analysis.
2. Label scheduling module
As shown in FIG. 3, the module is responsible for screening and parsing out satisfactory data from external data sources, and updates once a day and 2 times a day at fixed 2 time points for all job classification settings using the quartz framework. And the planning task reads the configuration of all the labels joband respectively judges whether the label names are repeated or not and whether the label types, the model label check table and the model label scripts are correct or not. And judging whether the value range of the service label and the default value of the label are consistent or not, and whether the expression is in compliance or not. And judging whether the name of the combined label is correct, whether the filtering condition is standard, whether the output field contains user _ id and whether the use is stopped. Checking the passed job to obtain all configurations, converting hql of the model label, the expression of the service label and the name of the filter condition splicing label of the combined label into ES (elastic search) language, uniformly transmitting the ES language to the label generating module, and replacing the called wide table with the newly generated wide table after the label generating module generates the new wide table to complete the new data updating and use.
3. Label generating module
As shown in fig. 4, the module generates a wide table by using elastic search data storage, and generates a first layer of model tags by uniformly extracting data from hive through hql; the generated model label can be processed to generate a business label; and generating a combined label through the intersection, union and difference set functions of the elastic search. The model label, the service label and the combined label are uniformly provided to the service as a broad table.
The module performs the following operations:
(1) reading the label jobto obtain the label name to be generated;
(2) according to the jobconfiguration and the user dimension, a core-label width table of the system is created;
(3) inquiring a bottom HIVE library to obtain a first layer of model labels, and updating the corresponding default value of the wide table;
(4) through the first layer of model label data, according to the query sql in the jobinformation, updating the service label data;
(5) and updating the combined label data by a two-layer label according to the query sql in the jobinformation and by combining the intersection, union and difference set functions of the elastic search.
4. Label inquiry module
The module is used for real-time query of the tags, and mainly comprises an available tag interface, a user tag interface, a tag data interface and a tag state interface, so that a business department system can conveniently know the user condition in real time. And the tag query module queries the ElasticSearch in real time, queries a tag value according to the user _ id and caches a query result to redis so as to improve the performance. The interface provided by the label inquiry module mainly has the following functions:
(1) searching corresponding label data according to the label title or name;
(2) acquiring an appointed label attribute value of a specific user;
(3) searching corresponding label generation data according to the label title or name;
(4) and acquiring the data state of the combined label.
By adopting the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:
(1) labels (model labels, business labels and combination labels) can be created in a visual mode;
(2) the label can be efficiently created, the traditional scheme which needs to be developed together by the front end and the back end is abandoned, the label is configured by using the elastic search matched with the label hierarchical mode, the new label is created only by configuring SQL, and development and online deployment are not needed;
(3) the BoolSearch of the elastic search is utilized to support the combined labels of intersection, union and difference sets, while the traditional scheme only supports intersection sets by using hive or sql;
(4) by utilizing the search function of the ElasticSearch, the tag availability monitoring function is added.
