背景技术
无土栽培,是指不用天然土壤而用基质等进行作物栽培的方法,主要应用在花卉苗木或者瓜果蔬菜栽培上,是一项省水省肥又省工的高产优质先进技术。
基质栽培是无土栽培中推广面积最大的一种方式。它是将作物的根系固定在有机或无机的基质中,通过滴灌或细流灌溉的方法,供给作物营养液。目前世界各国大多数采用砾、沙、泥(草)炭、蛭石、珍珠岩、岩棉、锯木屑等作为固定基质。
随着无土栽培技术的推广应用,基质的需求量越来越大,专业从事基质生产的企业也应运而生,基质的种类也越来越丰富,逐渐呈现细分化、专用化的发展趋势,目前最主要的基质种类分为育苗(扦插)基质和栽培基质两种,栽培基质是根据花卉苗木营养器官生根发芽所需要的营养及理化条件配制的专用基质,目前,园艺生产中应用最广泛的无土栽培基质有细沙、蛭石、珍珠岩、泥炭及水等。但是,这已经不能满足花卉培育的营养需求。苗基质在植物种植中不论是生产果树还是蔬菜、花卉苗木等都起着至关重要的作用,能否生产出高质量产品的关键因素在于育苗基质的挑选。选育优质的育苗基质主要从以下几个方面考虑:
1)在选育育苗基质时,首先要考虑生态环境方面,要求育苗基质基本上不能含有活的病菌及虫卵,尽量不含或少含有害物质,是为了防止它们随苗木进入生长田后污染环境与食物链;
2)从营养条件以及生长环境方面来讲,育苗基质要有与土壤相似的功能。基质要比土壤更有利与植株生长;育苗基质应是有机、无机复合基质的合理搭配为好,这样才可以让植株更好的去适应环境,快速生长,从而达到高质量、高产量;
3)在原料选择方面,要充分挖掘和利用当地资源丰富,价格低廉合理的原料,合适的原料选择是关系到育苗成本和育苗质量的首要问题。

(1)将枣木屑、椰丝、食用菌菌渣、大蒜秸秆、苹果树皮、竹粉、桑树枝粉暴晒2d,利用紫外线杀死原料中部分杂菌;然后分别粉碎成粒径为3-5mm的颗粒,待用;
(2)将艾草、丁香药渣脱水,粉碎成粒径为3-5mm的颗粒,控制水分为40-50%;
(3)将步骤1和2的原料颗粒以及酒糟、海鲜下脚料、有机发酵液、咖啡渣、海鲜下脚料、兔粪、桑叶腐殖质加入搅拌机,中速搅拌30-50分钟,然后缓慢加水和pH调节剂,调节混合物的含水量和pH值,保持混合物的含水量在55-60%之间,再加入复合生物菌制剂,搅拌均匀;
(4)将混合物料堆成长1-2米、宽0.8-1.2米、高0.5-0.8米的条形堆,让其自然发酵,当料堆温度达到60℃,进行翻堆,温度上升期2天翻堆一次,进入降温期后每间隔3天翻堆一次,终止发酵时,待料温再达58-62℃后发酵结束;
(5)向发酵后的混合物中加入营养添加剂、电气石粉负离子添加剂、麦饭石、纳米海泡石、微量元素、保水剂,混合均匀,在120-124℃下灭菌15-20分钟后取出,即制得所述栽培基质。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的枣木屑、椰丝、食用菌菌渣、大蒜秸秆、苹果树皮、竹粉、桑树枝粉、酒糟、咖啡渣、海鲜下脚料、桑叶腐殖质属于农业废弃物,废料再利用的变废为宝项目,不对外排放废渣,绿色环保,成本低;
通过在配方中加入大蒜秸秆、艾草、丁香药渣,具有抑菌、防虫的作用,大大减少花卉在生长过程中的病虫害,增强花卉抗病能力;还添加有营养添加剂,为花卉生长提供全面的营养,同时也提高了花卉的抗病和抗杂菌感染能力,本发明采用麦饭石、纳米海泡石作为原料,麦饭石、纳米海泡石具有效含水率高,保湿性强,能够较持久地维持花卉植株所需水分,其多孔性极大促进了促进了植物的虚根系生长和发育,对花卉根系有着极好的固定作用,植物长久栽培无需换土。
本发明形成的基质疏松透气、营养成分丰富且释放缓慢,同时结构稳定,具有杀菌抑菌及消毒作用,并可长期稳定地保证水分供给,可在常规环境下种植花卉,并可有效阻止花卉病变死亡;
本发明优化了栽培基质,原料易得,成本低,克服了现有技术的不足,可以使花卉栽培基质的理化性质,使基质结构团粒化、透水性和透气性提高、保水性好和养分含量充。
本发明通过选择特定的有机物质、并且使各有机物质按照特定比例相互配合而制备出了一种全有机栽培基质;其不仅能为花卉生长提供丰富的营养元素;同时还具备与以麦饭石、纳米海泡石和电气石粉负离子添加剂为无机骨架材料的基质相同的通透性。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种低成本花卉栽培基质,按质量份计,包括以下组分:
枣木屑20份、椰丝13份、酒糟10份、有机发酵液10份、咖啡渣4份、食用菌菌渣5份、大蒜秸秆3份、海鲜下脚料3份、兔粪2份、苹果树皮3份、竹粉2份、桑树枝粉6份、桑叶腐殖质4份、复合生物菌制剂3份、pH调节剂1份、营养添加剂2份、电气石粉负离子添加剂3份、艾草3份、丁香药渣2份、麦饭石7份、纳米海泡石3份、微量元素0.02份、保水剂3份。
所述微量元素包括铁、锰、锌、铜、硒。
所述保水剂由聚丙烯酰胺、百菌清、淀粉及石灰波尔多液按1:1:3:3的比例混合组成。

枣木屑20-30份、椰丝13-16份、酒糟10-13份、有机发酵液10-16份、咖啡渣4-9份、食用菌菌渣5-10份、大蒜秸秆3-9份、海鲜下脚料3-6份、兔粪2-4份、苹果树皮3-7份、竹粉2-4份、桑树枝粉6-9份、桑叶腐殖质4-8份、复合生物菌制剂3-6份、pH调节剂1-4份、营养添加剂2-5份、电气石粉负离子添加剂3-7份、艾草3-5份、丁香药渣2-6份、麦饭石7-12份、纳米海泡石3-6份、微量元素0.02-0.03份、保水剂3-5份。

8.一种低成本花卉栽培基质制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:

(4)将混合物料堆成长1-2米、宽0.8-1.2米、高0.5-0.8米的条形堆,让其自然发酵,当料堆温度达到60℃,进行翻堆,温度上升期2天翻堆一次,进入降温期后每间隔3天翻堆一次,终止发酵时,待料温再达58-62℃后发酵结束;
