Abstract
本发明为是一种以银离子为唯一杀菌因子的水液制剂,它通过将微量银粉氧化并溶于蒸馏水内的工艺过程制备而成,具有组方科学、制备方便、造价低廉且杀菌力强等特点。其产品可用于对包装纸、巾、妇幼用品等以及公共场所的杀菌消毒,也可制成如点钞液类的各种专用消毒液。
Description
本发明属于日用化工技术领域,涉及一种适于人们日常生活中消毒、灭菌用的强力杀菌消毒剂。
银是细菌的克星,人类很早以前就已发现并熟知了金属银具有很强的杀菌消毒作用,因而人们在古代即曾利用银质容器或餐具盛放食物以使食物不易变质、早期医术中亦曾采用银箔来敷贴伤口或接骨而使受伤位部不致感染,近年来,在一些工业发达国家中也常利用银的杀菌消毒特性来制造诸如银丝净水器、含银杀菌陶瓷等杀菌消毒装置以及一些含银类杀菌装置产品。国内现有的杀菌剂大都为醛类、醇类产品,它们不同程度地存在着对人体有刺激性等毒副作用,本领域目前亦有个别利用二价银来杀菌的杀菌剂产品,但此类产品在具体实施中尚存在着稳定性差(遇有机物如纸张、棉布等易使金属银析出而发黑发黄)的缺点。
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术所存在的上述缺陷,提供一种组方科学、制备方便、造价低廉且杀菌力强的含银类强力杀菌消毒剂。
本发明所提供的强力杀菌消毒剂是一种以银离子为唯一杀菌因子的无色透明水液制剂,它通过将微量银粉氧化并溶解于蒸馏水内的工艺过程制备而成。银溶于水中即产生极微量浓度的银离子,当细菌碰上银离子后便会被其牢牢吸附并直至杀灭为止。这种杀菌消毒剂与现有的银丝杀菌器类装置相比所具有的显著优点是产品的含银量极低且杀菌性能强烈广谱,可大大节省银材料,与二价银杀菌剂比较能有效克服其稳定性差的缺点;另外,该强力杀菌消毒剂为无色、无味、无毒、无刺激和对人体及动物体均无过敏性副作用的水剂制品,其制备工艺及设备简单、造价低廉、对环境无污染,因而也有利于消费者应用和推广。
本发明所述强力杀菌消毒剂的组成配方是这样的:在所形成的每100份重量的成品液剂中包含0.01~0.02份重量的99.9%纯度银以及至多0.01份重量的助溶剂和至多0.01份重量的稳定剂,其余为蒸馏水。实际制作中,配方内助溶剂可采用分析纯过氧化氢(H2O2),稳定剂则可采用分析纯乙二胺四乙酸(即EDTA)。
该强力杀菌消毒剂的实际产品是根据下述制备工艺而获得的:在即定配量的银粉中先兑入少量蒸馏水并经过氧化过程使之氧化成为氧化银;继而用蒸馏水洗涤氧化银3~4次,弃去洗液;再加入配方量的蒸馏水以及H2O2助溶剂,搅拌至完全溶解;然后加入EDTA稳定剂并充分搅拌,最后得透明清亮之溶液,即为成品。
本发明所述的杀菌消毒剂是一种杀菌力强、杀菌面广、无毒、无腐蚀无刺激的化工制品。经有关卫生防疫部门所做的定量杀菌实验结果表明:采用100mg/L的该剂使用液作用5分钟,对金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC6538)和大肠杆菌(ATCC25922)的杀灭率达99.9%以上,现场物体表面消毒试验也证实,使用100mg/L的浓度剂液擦拭物表,作用5分钟可杀灭90.8%的物表自然菌。另据动物体毒性试验表明,本发明属实际无毒级消毒剂,对皮肤和粘膜无刺激性。
在实际生产和应用中,本发明所述制品可用于各种包装纸、湿纸巾、食品包装袋、餐具、浴具、妇女儿童用品等的制作消毒、也可用于对游泳池以及其它公共场所或一些特定工作场所的杀菌消毒,还可制成各种专用的工作消毒液如财会人员点钞液等供各类有关的专业人员使用。
Claims (2)
1、一种以银离子及银铬离子为杀菌因子的液态强力杀菌消毒剂,其特征是在所形成的每100份重量的成品液剂中包含0.01~0.02份重量的99.9%纯度银粉以及至多0.01份重量的过氧化氢助溶剂和至多0.01份重量的乙二胺四乙酸稳定剂,其余为蒸馏水。
2、专用于制备权利要求1所述强力杀菌消毒剂的方法,其特征是在银粉中先兑入少量蒸馏水并经氧化过程使之氧化成为氧化银;继而用蒸馏水洗涤氧化银3~4次,弃去洗液;再加入配方量的蒸馏水以及助溶剂,搅拌至完全溶解;然后加入稳定剂并充分搅拌,最后得透明清亮之溶液,既为成品。
