Abstract
本发明公开了一种电源内置的LED灯管,包括灯体、设置在灯体两端的灯头,以及安装在灯体内部的灯板和电源组件,灯体包括散热铝型材和灯罩,灯罩与散热铝型材插接并构造成用于安装灯板的腔室,灯体的两端设置有用于安装灯头的连接座,灯板包括PCB板以及设置在PCB板上的若干LED发光体,PCB板的端部设置有用于安装电源组件的安装部,电源组件通过焊接与PCB板电连接,灯头通过导线与安装部电连接。本发明的一种电源内置的LED灯管,安装方便,生产效率高,提高灯板与电源组件连接结构稳定,并且降低生产成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及LED照明技术领域,尤其涉及一种电源内置的LED灯管。
背景技术
日光灯管是人们日常生活常用的照明灯具,例如传统的荧光灯,灯两端各有一灯丝,灯管内充有微量的氩和稀薄的汞蒸气,灯管内壁上涂有荧光粉,两个灯丝之间的气体导电时发出紫外线,使荧光粉发出可见光,由于含有重金属污染物质“汞”,使得报废的荧光灯管对环境的污染十分严重。
随着科技进步和环保理念的普及,LED(发光二极管)照明技术得到了较为广泛的应用。由于LED在发光原理、节能、环保的层面上都远远优于传统照明产品,因此,LED灯管应运而生,LED灯管采用发光二极管作为光源,光效更高、更为节能、使用寿命更长,而且更为环保。但是,现有的LED灯管的灯板和电源组件通常是通过导线进行电连接,使得电源组件与LED灯管的连接不够稳定,并且安装比较麻烦。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述所提及的技术问题,提供一种安装方便,生产效率高,提高灯板与电源组件连接结构稳定,并且降低生产成本的LED灯管。
本发明是通过以下的技术方案实现的:一种电源内置的LED灯管,包括灯体、设置在灯体两端的灯头,以及安装在灯体内部的灯板和电源组件,灯体包括散热铝型材和灯罩,灯罩与散热铝型材插接并构造成用于安装灯板的腔室,灯体的两端设置有用于安装灯头的连接座,灯板包括PCB板以及设置在PCB板上的若干LED发光体,PCB板的端部设置有用于安装电源组件的安装部,电源组件通过焊接与PCB板电连接,灯头通过导线与安装部电连接。
优选地,所述散热铝型材为中空的半圆状管体,散热铝型材的上部设置有用于安装PCB板的槽体。
优选地,所述灯罩为半圆弧状,并与散热铝型材构造成一圆管状灯体。
优选地,所述灯罩的两侧边缘朝向其内侧延伸有翻边,散热铝型材的两侧设置有与翻边插接的第一插槽,第一插槽沿灯体的长度方向设置且与灯体的两端平齐。
优选地,所述连接座为套装在灯体端部的圆形管体,连接座内壁的两侧对称设置有凸条,散热铝型材的两侧对称设置有与凸条插接的第二插槽。
优选地,所述连接座朝向灯头的端部设置有与散热铝型材的端部抵接的限位凸起。
优选地,所述连接座朝向灯头的一端设置有固定块,固定块上设置有用于安装灯头的第一安装孔。
优选地,所述连接座朝向灯头的一端与散热铝型材的端部平齐,散热铝型材的端部设置有用于安装灯头的第二安装孔。
优选地,所述固定块上设置有定位孔,灯头上设置有与定位孔插接的定位柱。
有益效果是:与现有技术相比,本发明的一种电源内置的LED灯管通过在PCB板上设置有安装部,可以将电源组件焊接在安装部上,从而实现电源组件与PCB板的电连接,使得电源组件安装更加方便,无需采用导线将电源组件与PCB板进行连接,减少了连接部件的使用,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率,同时使得电源组件与PCB板的连接结构更加稳定,提高了产品的可靠性,并且通过采用散热铝型材作为灯体的基材,可以有效的提高灯管的散热性能。

具体实施方式
如图1至图4所示,一种电源内置的LED灯管,包括灯体1、设置在灯体1两端的灯头3,以及安装在灯体1内部的灯板4和电源组件5,灯体1包括散热铝型材6和灯罩7,灯罩7与散热铝型材6插接并构造成用于安装灯板4的腔室8,灯体1的两端设置有用于安装灯头3的连接座9,腔室8的两端开口通过连接座9和灯头3进行密封,从而形成一个密封的用于安装灯板4和电源组件5的腔室8,灯板4包括PCB板10以及设置在PCB板10上的若干LED发光体11,PCB板10的端部设置有用于安装电源组件5的安装部12,电源组件5通过焊接与PCB板10电连接,灯头3通过导线与安装部12电连接,通过在PCB板10上设置有安装部12,安装部12上设置有电源焊盘,可以将电源组件5与电源焊盘进行焊接,从而实现电源组件5与PCB板10的电连接,使得电源组件5安装更加方便,无需采用导线将电源组件5与PCB板10进行连接,减少了连接部件的使用,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率,同时使得电源组件5与PCB板10的连接结构更加稳定,提高了产品的可靠性,并且通过采用散热铝型材6作为灯体1的基材,可以有效的提高灯管的散热性能。
散热铝型材6可以为中空的半圆状管体,从而使得减轻了散热铝型材6的重量,同时降低了生产成本,并且提高了散热铝型材6的散热性能,同时为了提高PCB板10的安装稳定性,散热铝型材6的上部可以设置有用于安装PCB板10的槽体13。
灯罩7可以为半圆弧状,并与散热铝型材6构造成一圆管状灯体1。
具体的,灯罩7的两侧边缘朝向其内侧延伸有翻边14,散热铝型材6的两侧设置有与翻边14插接的第一插槽15,第一插槽15沿灯体1的长度方向设置且与灯体1的两端平齐,在安装时,通过将翻边14从第一插槽15的端部插入,从而使得灯罩7与散热铝型材6插接配合,此外,也可以采用卡扣连接的方式实现灯罩7的安装,即灯罩7的两侧边缘设置有若干弹性扣,散热铝型材6上设置有与弹性扣弹性卡接的凹部,采用插接或者卡扣连接的方式,便于安装和拆卸。
连接座9可以为套装在灯体1端部的圆形管体,管体的内径与灯体1的外径相配合,通过在灯体1的端部套装连接座9,对灯罩7和散热铝型材6的端部进行限位固定,可以进一步的提高灯罩7与散热铝型材6安装的稳定性,为了提高连接座9安装的稳定性,连接座9内壁的两侧对称设置有凸条16,散热铝型材6的两侧对称设置有与凸条16插接的第二插槽1715,第二插槽1715沿散热铝型材6的长度方向设置,且第二插槽1715的端部与散热铝型材6的端部齐平,连接座9在安装时,可以通过使得凸条16从第二插槽1715的端部插入第二插槽1715内,从而实现连接座9与散热铝型材6的卡接。
连接座9朝向灯头3的端部可以设置有与散热铝型材6的端部抵接的限位凸起18,通过限位凸起18与散热铝型材6的端部抵接,从而使得连接座9套装在灯体1的端部时,可以对连接座9进行限位,进而使得连接座9的端部可以与散热铝型材6的端部齐平,确保连接座9可以精准稳定的安装在灯体1端部的设定位置上。
连接座9朝向灯头3的一端可以设置有固定块19,固定块19上设置有用于安装灯头3的第一安装孔20,灯头3上设置有与第一安装孔20对应的第一连接孔,通过螺钉穿过第一连接孔与第一安装孔20螺纹连接,从而将灯头3固定安装在连接座9上。
进一步的,连接座9朝向灯头3的一端可以与散热铝型材6的端部平齐,散热铝型材6的端部设置有用于安装灯头3的第二安装孔21,并且第一安装孔20和第二安装孔21分别设置在灯体1端部的上部和下部,灯头3上设置有与第二安装孔21对应的第二连接孔,通过螺钉穿过第二连接孔与第二安装孔21螺纹连接,从而实现对灯头3的上部和下部与连接座9螺钉连接,进一步的提高了灯头3安装的稳定性。
更进一步的,固定块19上可以设置有定位孔22,灯头3上设置有与定位孔22插接的定位柱23,灯头3在安装时,通过定位柱23与定位孔22的插接配合,从而将灯头3安装在连接座9的端部,使得灯头3上的连接孔与安装孔可以精准的对齐,然后再通过螺钉对灯体1进行固定,从而提高了灯头3的安装效率和安装稳定性。

1.一种电源内置的LED灯管,其特征在于,包括灯体(1)、设置在灯体(1)两端的灯头(3),以及安装在灯体(1)内部的灯板(4)和电源组件(5),灯体(1)包括散热铝型材(6)和灯罩(7),灯罩(7)与散热铝型材(6)插接并构造成用于安装灯板(4)的腔室(8),灯体(1)的两端设置有用于安装灯头(3)的连接座(9),灯板(4)包括PCB板(10)以及设置在PCB板(10)上的若干LED发光体(11),PCB板(10)的端部设置有用于安装电源组件(5)的安装部(12),电源组件(5)通过焊接与PCB板(10)电连接,灯头(3)通过导线与安装部(12)电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电源内置的LED灯管,其特征在于,所述散热铝型材(6)为中空的半圆状管体,散热铝型材(6)的上部设置有用于安装PCB板(10)的槽体(13)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种电源内置的LED灯管,其特征在于,所述灯罩(7)为半圆弧状,并与散热铝型材(6)构造成一圆管状灯体(1)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种电源内置的LED灯管,其特征在于,所述灯罩(7)的两侧边缘朝向其内侧延伸有翻边(14),散热铝型材(6)的两侧设置有与翻边(14)插接的第一插槽(15),第一插槽(15)沿灯体(1)的长度方向设置且与灯体(1)的两端平齐。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种电源内置的LED灯管,其特征在于,所述连接座(9)为套装在灯体(1)端部的圆形管体,连接座(9)内壁的两侧对称设置有凸条(16),散热铝型材(6)的两侧对称设置有与凸条(16)插接的第二插槽(17)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种电源内置的LED灯管,其特征在于,所述连接座(9)朝向灯头(3)的端部设置有与散热铝型材(6)的端部抵接的限位凸起(18)。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种电源内置的LED灯管,其特征在于,所述连接座(9)朝向灯头(3)的一端设置有固定块(19),固定块(19)上设置有用于安装灯头(3)的第一安装孔(20)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种电源内置的LED灯管,其特征在于,所述连接座(9)朝向灯头(3)的一端与散热铝型材(6)的端部平齐,散热铝型材(6)的端部设置有用于安装灯头(3)的第二安装孔(21)。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种电源内置的LED灯管,其特征在于,所述固定块(19)上设置有定位孔(22),灯头(3)上设置有与定位孔(22)插接的定位柱(23)。
