Abstract
本发明涉及的是一种中西药材合制的治疗各种痣的药膏。治疗效果良好，不留疤痕。主要有十几味中西药物精制而成。君药有：精制的氢氧化钠、碳酸钠粉、起灭活痣细胞、消除痣、瘤、赘、疣之功能；臣药有：沙夫卡因、蟾酥、冰片、薄荷，功能是麻醉、清凉、镇痛，达到无痛祛痣；佐药有：黄芩、金银花、穿心莲、七叶莲、莪术、丹参，功能是防感染、防恶化、活血化瘀，达到祛痣无疤痕。总之效果良好，无痛、无疤痕、治愈率达100%。

本发明涉及的是一种中西药材合制的治疗各种痣的药膏。
面部色素痣多发生在青少年发育期，系褐色、黑色斑点，小如黍粒，大如豆粒或更大(鸽孵大)的扁平或突出皮面，表面光滑、不平或长毛，单个或多个。人人有痣，只是多少而异。痣在皮肤科属肿瘤范畴，有极少数可恶变成恶性肿瘤，特别是先天性的色素痣更危险！生长在面部的各种痣，严重影响美容，少男少女迫切要求治疗，以往又没有好法治疗，手术切除往往留有疤痕，患者多不愿接受治疗，成为当今青少男女的一大烦恼。
本发明的目的，就是配制一种由中药材和西药成分混合制成的药膏，治疗后不留疤痕的祛除各种色素痣的祛痣灵药膏。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：经多年临床实验，研制出治疗效果好的“祛痣灵”药膏。其特征在于：他主要有十四味药制成，其中君药二味：精制的氢氧化钠、碳酸钠粉，作用是灭活痣细胞、消除痣、瘤、赘、疣。臣药四味：沙夫卡因、蟾酥、冰片、薄荷，作用是麻醉、清凉、镇痛，达到无痛祛痣之目的。佐药六味：黄芩、金银花(双花)、一见喜(穿心莲)、七叶莲、莪术、丹参，作用是防感染、防恶化、活血化瘀，达到祛痣无疤之目的。另有附料：新干糯米粉、碳酸氢钠粉；作用是供洗皮肤脱脂用，使药膏点涂后充分发挥疗效。
祛痣灵药膏配方分以下I、II、III三号：

加工方法：
首先将配方中的中药材，文火煎取浓缩液加至100g，选一个两层瓶盖的大口玻璃 瓶子，刷洗干净，高压消毒备用。再将其他各味药逐次加入瓶里，同时充分搅拌均匀，静置24小时分装密封备用。
使用方法：
以温开水半暖瓶加小苏打约10克，洗净皮肤表面油脂，以便药物易于吸收，发挥破坏痣细胞的作用。将“祛痣灵”药膏用消毒镊子取出来，再根据痣表面面积大小，用针柄或探针取适量点涂在痣表面上，呈半球状。点涂药膏后静待5-10分钟，药膏即干固，痣表面由深黑变灰白，痣周围边缘正常皮肤轻度红晕，约半到一小时后，红晕消失，约6-10天后痣体干枯结痂而自然脱落。脱痂后留有很浅的压模痕和轻度色素沉着。2-6个月后皮肤恢复正常状态。配方分I、II、III号，主要是药膏浓度不同(I、II、III递加浓)，可根据痣的厚度不同而选用配方号别。
治疗效果：
自1966年-1983年18年间，用此方共治疗1000余例，90％以上的病例点涂1～3次治好；鸽孵大和乳头状痣，亦多于点涂3～6次治好；治愈率100％，疗效良好患者满意。
注意事项：
①点涂时不要涂在痣以外的皮肤上，更不要涂在眼里，因对正常皮肤有腐蚀性，以防造成不应有的痛苦。
②点涂后静待5～10分钟，使药膏干固，并在痣面上保留12小时以上，让其充分发挥作用。
③痣结痂后要待其自然脱落，不要急于用手揭下，以防感染。
Claims (4)
1.一种祛痣药膏，其特征在于它是由下列原料制成的：精制氢氧化钠9克、碳酸钠粉6克、沙夫卡因0.1克、蟾酥0.3克、冰片1克、薄荷6克、黄芩9克，金银花(双花)9克、一见喜(穿心莲)6克、七叶莲6克、莪术6克、丹参9克、新干糯米粉36克、碳酸氢钠粉10克。
2.一种祛痣药膏，其特征在于它是由下列原料制成的：精制氢氧化钠13.5克、碳酸钠粉9克、沙夫卡因0.15克、蟾酥0.45克、冰片1.5克、薄荷9克、黄芩13.5克、金银花(双花)13.5克、一见喜(穿心莲)9克、七叶莲9克、莪术9克、丹参13.5克、新干糯米粉27克、碳酸氢钠粉20克。
3.一种祛痣药膏，其特征在于它是由下列原料制成的：精制氢氧化钠18克、碳酸钠粉12克、沙夫卡因0.2克、蟾酥0.6克、冰片2克、薄荷12克、黄芩18克、金银花(双花)18克、一见喜(穿心莲)12克、七叶莲12克、莪术12克、丹参18克、新干糯米粉18克、碳酸氢钠粉30克。
4.权利要求1或2或3所述的祛痣药膏的制备方法，它包括：将原料中的中药材文火煎取浓缩液至100g，再将其他原料逐次加入，充分搅拌均匀，静置24小时，分装密封。
