Claims (7)

1. A public network connection control method comprising the steps of:
receiving a connection request with a public network (5) from a mobile terminal (1);

after the mobile terminal installs the application program according to the installation information, the mobile terminal transmits a signal indicating that the mobile terminal has installed the application program or a signal indicating that the mobile terminal has started using the application program or a signal indicating that the mobile terminal has logged in the application program to a public wireless LAN access point;
transmitting the connection request with the public network (5) to a public wireless LAN connection control apparatus (4) via a communication application that is communicable with the public network (5), if a signal indicating that the application has been installed by the mobile terminal or a signal indicating that the mobile terminal has started using the application or a signal indicating that the application has been registered by the mobile terminal is received, or if a signal indicating that the installation information has been received by the mobile terminal is received, wherein the connection request includes an identification number or an IP address of the mobile terminal;
the public wireless LAN connection control device (4) transmits connection establishment information required for establishing a connection between the mobile terminal and the public network according to the connection request, and a connection establishment information receiving unit of a public wireless LAN access point receives the connection establishment information; and
the public wireless LAN access point transmits the connection setup information to the mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal receives the connection setup information so that the mobile terminal can connect with the public network via the public wireless LAN access point.
