料。它的配方为(重量百分数):南瓜汁20~
49.8398,柠檬酸0.04~0.06,甜菊0.02~0.05,食用香
精0.0002~0.0004,澄清剂0.1~0.4,饮用水50~
79.8398。这种保健饮料含人体必须的10余种氨基
酸,还含有多种维生素、微量元素以及甘露醇,低糖低
脂,能防治多种疾病;经有关部门检测,该饮料蛋白质
含量达0.28%,符合国家卫生标准。
Description
本发明涉及一种保健饮料,尤其是一种以南瓜为原料生产的保健饮料。
目前,市场上以销售无果汁碳酸饮料为主,加果汁碳酸饮料较少,缺乏保健果汁饮料。现有的饮料葡萄糖含量较高,达16mmol/l以上(正常人血中葡萄糖仅5.6mmol/l左右),无蛋白或低蛋白,且多含化学合成色素,不适合儿童、老人以及肥胖、糖尿病、高血压、肝肾肺和胃病患者饮用,健康人饮后也有腹胀、反酸、多尿、不解渴等反应。
本发明的目的就是针对上述现有技术存在的不足之处而提供一种低糖低脂、蛋白质含量高,能防治糖尿病、高血压、肝肾肺和胃病的南瓜保健饮料。
本发明的目的可以通过采用以下配方(重量百分数,下同)来实现:
南瓜汁 20~49.8398%
柠檬酸 0.04~0.06%
甜菊 0.02~0.05%
食用香精 0.0002~0.0004%
澄清剂 0.1~0.4%
饮用水 50~79.8398%
采用以下优选配方,可以使本发明达到更好的效果:
南瓜汁 30~39.3048%
柠檬酸 0.04~0.05%
甜菊 0.03~0.04%
食用香精 0.0002~0.0003%
澄清剂 0.2~0.3%
尼泊金 0.02~0.03%
木糖醇 0.4~0.5%
糖精 0.005~0.01%
矿泉水 60~69.3048%
本发明的原料来源丰富,价格较低,含人体所需的10多种氨基酸,且构成比例佳,还含有多种维生素、微量元素和甘露醇,低糖低脂,可为药膳,能防治糖尿病、高血压、肝肾肺和胃病。经江西省食品卫生监督检验所鉴定:本产品金黄透明(天然色),微酸,无杂质,无异味,无沉淀,无毒,无细菌,蛋白质含量达0.28%,符合GB2759-81卫生标准。
实施例1:
将南瓜搅碎,加入与南瓜等重量的水煮沸5分钟,冷却粗滤,得到南瓜汁。取南瓜汁20公斤,柠檬酸0.04公斤、甜菊0.02公斤,食用香精0.0002公斤,澄清剂0.1公斤,在热交换器中高温(105~120℃),高压(1.3~1.5公斤/厘米2)下混合15~30分钟,然后冷却过滤;再加入50~79.8398公斤的饮用水(夏天也可加入PH=5.5~6.5的碳酸苏打水),即可制得各种浓度的南瓜保健饮料。
实施例2:
取实施例1中的南瓜汁49.8398公斤,柠檬酸0.06公斤,甜菊0.05公斤,食用香精0.0004公斤,澄清剂0.4公斤,在热交换器中高温、高压混合(工艺参数与实施例1相同),然后冷却过滤;再加入50~79.8398公斤的饮用水,即制得浓度不等的南瓜保健饮料。
实施例3:
取实施例1中的南瓜汁30公斤,柠檬酸0.045公斤,甜菊0.03公斤,食用香精0.0002公斤,澄清剂0.2公斤,尼泊金0.02公斤,木糖醇0.4公斤,糖精0.005公斤,在热交换器中高温、高压混合(工艺参数与实施例1相同),然后冷却过滤;再加入60~69.3048公斤的矿泉水,即制得浓度不等的南瓜保健饮料。

2、根据权利要求1所述的南瓜保健饮料,其优选配方(重量百分数)为:

柠檬酸 0.04~0.05%
甜菊 0.03~0.04%
食用香精 0.0002~0.0003%
澄清剂 0.2~0.3%
尼泊金 0.02~0.03%
木糖醇 0.4~0.5%
糖精 0.005~0.01%
矿泉水 60~69.3048%
