Background
The leg fixing in the market generally uses cloth covers, the cloth covers mostly adopt a zipper or a bonding mode, and the mode is not firm in connection and is easy to fall off; because the size of the shell of the leg protection physical therapy device limits the minimum diameter after fixation, the leg protection physical therapy device is easy to fix a user with thin legs and does not play a role in massage; when a family uses the same leg protection physical therapy device, bacteria are easy to breed to generate peculiar smell and the peculiar smell is easy to spread mutually.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: aiming at the defects in the prior art, the lower limb physiotherapy instrument is provided.

the bottom of the mounting seat is provided with a water tank, a partition plate is formed at the bottom in the water tank, and the water tank is divided into a clear water tank for containing clear water and a sewage tank for containing sewage by the partition plate; an atomizer is fixedly arranged on the inner bottom surface of the clear water tank corresponding to the lower part of the conical opening; a water filling port is formed in one side wall of the clear water tank, and a sealing cover is mounted at the water filling port; a clean water outlet for discharging redundant clean water inside is formed in the bottom surface of the clean water tank, and a sealing cover is mounted at the clean water outlet; a sewage discharge port for discharging internal sewage is formed in the bottom surface of the sewage tank, and a sealing cover is mounted at the sewage discharge port; the inner bottom surfaces of the clear water tank and the sewage tank are respectively provided with a first water level detector and a second water level detector;
the two sides and the rear end of the dirt guide plate are fixedly connected to the inner walls of the two sides of the mounting seat, and the dirt guide plate is positioned above the partition plate; two dirt guide grooves are formed in the dirt guide plate corresponding to the lower parts of the two massage components; an arc-shaped sewage guide plate for allowing sewage to drop into the sewage tank and preventing the sewage from splashing is formed at the front end of the sewage guide tank;

the pump body part comprises a corrugated pipe part which can stretch out and draw back along the axial direction, the axial section of the corrugated pipe part is wavy, and the outer wall of the corrugated pipe part at each outer convex part is integrally connected with a circular driving part;
the driving parts are internally provided with first coils and second coils in turn and alternately, the first coils are electrically connected in series, and the second coils are electrically connected in series;
the pump body is integrally made of elastic rubber materials in a 3d printing mode, the first coil and the second coil are made of liquid metal, and the liquid metal is mercury or indium-gallium alloy; a coil channel used for filling liquid metal to form the first coil and the second coil is arranged in the driving part; communicating channels for filling liquid metal to connect the first coils and the second coils are respectively arranged in the corrugated pipe part and the base;
the side wall of the base is provided with two first liquid injection ports communicated with two end parts of a communication channel connected with the first coil, and the side wall of the base is provided with two second liquid injection ports communicated with two end parts of a communication channel connected with the second coil; and the two first liquid injection ports are respectively and hermetically connected with a first wiring terminal, and the two second liquid injection ports are respectively and hermetically connected with a second wiring terminal. After the first connecting terminal and the second connecting terminal are respectively connected to the first liquid injection port and the second liquid injection port through threads, the first connecting terminal and the second connecting terminal are thoroughly sealed through sealant, so that liquid metal is prevented from leaking out;
direct current is connected between the two first connecting terminals, and alternating current of 1-10 Hz is connected between the two second connecting terminals; the direct current and the alternating current for driving the air pump are both provided by the main controller;
each fixed air bag is connected with a three-way two-position electromagnetic valve and a pressure sensor; an air outlet valve of the air pump is connected with each three-way two-position electromagnetic valve; the main controller is electrically connected with the atomizer, the first water level detector, the second water level detector, the rotary massage part, the first wiring terminal, the second wiring terminal, the pyroelectric sensor in the massage assembly, the three-way two-position electromagnetic valves, the ozone generator, the fan, the driving motor and the pressure sensors;
as a preferable scheme: the air holes are narrow at the top and wide at the bottom.
As a preferable scheme: the side walls of the clean water tank and the sewage tank are respectively connected with a transparent observation window for observing the internal water level in a sealing manner, and an upper water level line and a lower water level line are marked on the observation windows.
As a preferable scheme: the outside aperture of water filling port is greater than inboard aperture and the outside is higher than inboard, the tip is less than under the water filling port outside the baffle top.
As a preferable scheme: the atomizer is an ultrasonic atomizer.
As a preferable scheme: the sewage tank is positioned at the front part of the clean water tank, and the front part of the sewage guide plate is low and the rear part of the sewage guide plate is high.
As a preferable scheme: the air pump mounting plate is provided with an ozone detector, a detection head of the ozone detector extends out of the massage cavity and is located below the fixed air bag, and when the detected ozone content reaches 0.01ppm, the ozone generator stops working.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
when the massage assembly is used, water is injected to a proper water level from the water injection port, the power supply is turned on, the rotary massage part is rotated to the connecting line of the 2 raised heads and is positioned in the vertical direction, and then a user stretches feet into the massage assembly; when the pyroelectric sensors in the massage assembly detect that the feet of a user extend into the bottom of the massage assembly, the main controller controls the air pump to work and controls the three-way two-position electromagnetic valve to conduct the air outlet valve of the air pump with the fixed air bag, the fixed air bag is inflated at the moment, and when the pressure sensor reaches a set value, the main controller is fed back to control the air pump to stop working, so that the feet of the user are fixed in the massage assembly; when the massage device works, the main controller controls the rotary massage part to work, the raised head on the rotary massage part is used for massaging the crus, and the main controller controls the driving motor to rotate to drive the massage wheel to rotate to massage the soles; controlling an ozone generator, a fan, a heater and an atomizer to work, wherein air containing ozone is generated after the air passes through the ozone generator, enters the mounting seat from a conical opening and is positioned between the heater and the water surface, and meanwhile, water vapor atomized by the atomizer is mixed with the air containing ozone on the water surface; in the massage process, when the first water level detector detects a low water level signal or the second water level detector detects a high water level signal, the feedback main controller controls the atomizer to stop working; after the massage is finished, the main controller controls the three-way two-position electromagnetic valve to exhaust the fixed air bag, and a user lifts the feet off the physical therapy device; when the pyroelectric sensor detects that the foot of the user is lifted away, the ozone generator and the fan continuously work for 5-10s to sterilize the massage assembly and then are powered off; the sewage in the installation seat can be discharged by opening the sewage discharge port.
When the leg of the user is fixed, the rotary massage part rotates to the connecting line of the 2 raised heads, the connecting line is positioned in the vertical direction and then props against the rear part of the lower leg of the user, the leg of the user can be effectively fixed after the fixed air bag is inflated to a set pressure value, and the phenomenon that the leg is excessively massaged or the leg of the user is damaged can be avoided when the leg is massaged at the set pressure value; the foot can be sterilized and nursed while massaging, and the foot disease treatment of the user is assisted; the water vapor generated by the atomizer can clean the feet of the user and prevent the sewage generated by cleaning the feet from flowing into the clean water again; after the massage assembly is used, the massage assembly can be sterilized, so that bacteria and viruses are prevented from being spread among users; and the arrangement of the air pump can effectively reduce the noise when the fixed air bag is inflated.

Detailed Description
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 10, the lower limb physiotherapy apparatus of the present embodiment includes an upper housing 1 and a rectangular mounting base 2, which are fixedly mounted up and down, two massage assemblies 3 fixedly mounted in the upper housing, and a dirt guide plate 9 mounted inside the mounting base.
Two massage component mounting parts 11 which are integrally L-shaped and used for mounting the massage components are symmetrically formed on the upper shell; the side wall of the two massage component mounting parts close to the middle of the upper shell is a fixing plate 12.
The massage component comprises an L-shaped massage cavity 35, a plurality of rotary massage parts 31 which are longitudinally and equidistantly distributed and used for massaging the lower leg are fixedly arranged on the rear side wall in the massage cavity, and each rotary massage part is fixedly connected with 2 raised heads 311; two longitudinally arranged fixed air bags 32 for fixing the crus are fixedly connected to the front sides of the two side walls of each massage cavity; a porous bottom plate 33 is formed at the bottom of the massage cavity; the front part of the porous bottom plate is rotationally connected with a massage wheel 34 used for massaging the sole of the foot; the porous bottom plate 33 is formed with uniformly distributed air holes 331 which are narrow at the top and wide at the bottom; and a pyroelectric sensor is arranged at the bottom of the inner side wall of the massage cavity.
A second air inlet 21 is formed in the upper middle part of the rear side wall of the mounting seat; an ozone component 5 is arranged at the second air inlet in the mounting seat; the ozone component is fixedly connected below the fixed plate through a mounting plate 51, and two side walls of the mounting plate are abutted against the two massage components; a driving motor 52 is arranged on the mounting plate between the two massage wheels, the output shaft of the driving motor extends out to the two ends of the driving motor, and the output shafts at the two ends of the driving motor are respectively in transmission connection with the two massage wheels; the rear part of the mounting plate is fixedly connected with an ozone generator 53; the rear end of the ozone generator is fixedly connected with an air inlet end 531; a fan 54 for flowing air into the ozone generator is fixedly connected to the rear end of the air inlet 531; an air outlet end 532 leading to the lower part of the mounting plate is fixedly connected to the front end of the ozone generator; a conical opening 511 for discharging the gas generated by the ozone generator is fixedly connected below the mounting plate.
The bottom of the mounting seat is provided with a water tank, a partition plate 25 is formed at the bottom in the water tank, and the water tank is divided into a clear water tank 23 for containing clear water and a sewage tank 24 for containing sewage by the partition plate; an atomizer 6 is fixedly arranged on the inner bottom surface of the clear water tank corresponding to the lower part of the conical opening, and the atomizer is an ultrasonic atomizer; a water filling port 22 is formed in one side wall of the clean water tank, and a sealing cover is mounted at the water filling port; the outer side aperture of the water injection port is larger than the inner side aperture, the outer side is higher than the inner side, and the lower end part of the outer side of the water injection port is lower than the top of the clapboard; a clean water outlet 231 for discharging the redundant clean water inside is formed in the bottom surface of the clean water tank, and a sealing cover is mounted at the clean water outlet; a sewage discharge port 241 for discharging internal sewage is formed in the bottom surface of the sewage tank, and a sealing cover is mounted at the sewage discharge port; the inner bottom surfaces of the clean water tank and the sewage tank are respectively provided with a first water level detector 26 and a second water level detector 27.
The sewage tank is positioned at the front part of the clean water tank, and the front part of the sewage guide plate is low and the rear part of the sewage guide plate is high; the side walls of the clean water tank and the sewage tank are respectively connected with a transparent observation window for observing the internal water level in a sealing manner, and an upper water level line and a lower water level line are marked on the observation windows.
The two sides and the rear end of the dirt guide plate are fixedly connected to the inner walls of the two sides of the mounting seat, and the dirt guide plate is positioned above the partition plate; two dirt guide grooves 91 are formed on the dirt guide plate corresponding to the lower parts of the two massage components; the front end of the sewage guide groove is provided with an arc-shaped sewage guide plate 92 which is used for allowing sewage to drop into the sewage guide groove and preventing the sewage from splashing.
An air pump mounting plate 4 is arranged between the rear wall of the upper shell and the two fixing plates; the air pump mounting plate has a first air inlet 41 formed at a rear side thereof.
And the air pump mounting plate is fixedly connected with a main controller 7 and an air pump 8.
The air pump mounting plate is provided with an ozone detector, and a detection head of the ozone detector extends out of the massage cavity and is located below the fixed air bag.
The air pump comprises a pump body 81, an air inlet valve 821 and an air outlet valve 822 which are respectively connected to the pump body, wherein the air inlet valve 821 and the air outlet valve 822 are all one-way valves.
The pump body includes a base 811 and a pump body portion 812 integrally connected to the upper end of the base.
The base is formed with a three-way vent pipe 8113, the air inlet valve and the air outlet valve are respectively connected to two ports of the vent pipe on the base, and the other port of the vent pipe is communicated with the pump body.
The pump body portion is including bellows portion 8121 that can stretch out and draw back along the axial, bellows portion's axial cross-section is wavy, and bellows portion outer wall is located every outer convex part of department and divides integrative the connection with annular drive division 8122.
First coils 812a and second coils 812b are alternately provided in each of the driving portions in sequence, and the first coils are electrically connected in series and the second coils are electrically connected in series.
The pump body is integrally made of elastic rubber materials in a 3d printing mode, the first coil and the second coil are made of liquid metal, and the liquid metal is mercury or indium-gallium alloy; a coil channel 8123 used for filling liquid metal to form the first coil and the second coil is arranged in the driving part; and communicating channels for filling liquid metal to connect the first coils and the second coils are respectively arranged in the corrugated pipe part and the base.
The side wall of the base is provided with two first liquid injection ports 8111 communicated with two end parts of a communication channel connected with the first coil, and the side wall of the base is provided with two second liquid injection ports 8112 communicated with two end parts of a communication channel connected with the second coil; the two first liquid injection ports are respectively connected with a first connecting terminal 831 in a sealing manner, and the two second liquid injection ports are respectively connected with a second connecting terminal 832 in a sealing manner. First binding post, second binding post are annotated on mouthful through threaded connection to first notes liquid mouth, second respectively, and thoroughly seal through sealed glue, avoid liquid metal to spill.
Direct current is connected between the two first connecting terminals, and alternating current of 1-10 Hz is connected between the two second connecting terminals; the direct current and the alternating current for driving the air pump are both provided by the main controller.
Each fixed air bag is connected with a three-way two-position electromagnetic valve and a pressure sensor; an air outlet valve of the air pump is connected with each three-way two-position electromagnetic valve; the main controller is electrically connected with the atomizer, the first water level detector, the second water level detector, the rotary massage part, the ozone detector, the first wiring terminal, the second wiring terminal, the pyroelectric sensor in the massage assembly, the three-way two-position electromagnetic valves, the ozone generator, the fan, the driving motor and the pressure sensors.

Example 2
Referring to fig. 11, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that the massage assembly is changed to the following structure: the massage component comprises an L-shaped massage cavity, and a plurality of massage air bags 36 which are distributed at equal intervals and used for massaging shanks are fixedly arranged on the rear side wall of the massage component; two fixing air bags which are longitudinally arranged and used for fixing shanks are fixedly connected to the front sides of the two side walls of each massage cavity; a porous bottom plate is formed at the bottom of the massage cavity; the front part of the porous bottom plate is rotationally connected with a massage wheel used for massaging the sole of the foot; the porous bottom plate is formed with uniformly distributed air holes, and the upper part of each air hole is narrow and the lower part of each air hole is wide; and a pyroelectric sensor is arranged at the bottom of the inner side wall of the massage cavity.
The linkage between each massage air bag is controlled by an encoder to control an action program; each massage air bag is connected with the air pump through an electromagnetic valve; each solenoid valve is electrically connected with the main controller.
This example differs from example 1 in that: when the massage is started, the main controller controls the massage air bag to work, and a user can select different programs to massage the crus through a preset massage program; the main controller controls the driving motor to rotate to drive the massage wheels to rotate to massage the soles; controlling an ozone generator, a fan, a heater and an atomizer to work, wherein air containing ozone is generated after the air passes through the ozone generator, enters the mounting seat from a conical opening and is positioned between the heater and the water surface, and meanwhile, water vapor atomized by the atomizer is mixed with the air containing ozone on the water surface; and the surplus steam in the middle part that the atomizer produced drips into the basin of mount pad again after condensing through the head of congealing.
