Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型汽车LED前照灯,包括LED灯、透镜、反光镜、电极片、接线盒、灯壳、固定座、导热块和散热块,电极片的上下两端焊接有LED灯,LED灯设有两个,使光线聚集密度高,光源的照射范围形成水平照射,电极片的右端镶嵌入导热块内,固定座的右端设有散热块,散热块的表面设有均匀的设有凸起,使散热块与空气接触面积更广,散热更快,散热块的右端设有接线盒,接线盒部分嵌入散热块内,固定座的两端通过螺栓连接有反光镜,反光镜为球面镜,聚光性更强,使照射距离更远,反光镜的一端通过螺栓连接有透镜;本发明采用LED灯,价格便宜,炫光小,功耗低,不存在灯丝发热,热沉积,可以广泛使用,解决了现有技术中的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车照明领域,具体为一种新型汽车LED前照灯。
背景技术
汽车大灯即汽车前照灯,前照灯是在夜间行车时,为辨明前方视界的照明灯具,对称地安装在车辆前端的两侧,LED是一种电致发光器件,利用固体半导体芯片作为发光材料,通过载流子发生复合引起光子发射而直接发光,LED大灯就是利用LED作为光源制造出的照明器具;
但传统的汽车前照灯采用的灯泡为卤钨灯泡和放电氙灯,卤钨灯泡不能避免钨丝受热后蒸发,蒸发出来的钨沉积在灯泡上,是灯泡变暗,光线变暗,阻挡了人们的视线,严重的可能存在事故发生;放电氙灯的聚光性不好,技术方面含量较高,价格较贵,不便于使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的克服现有技术的不足,提供一种新型汽车LED前照灯,采用LED灯,价格便宜,炫光小,功耗低,不存在灯丝发热,热沉积,可以广泛使用,解决了现有技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新型汽车LED前照灯,包括LED灯、透镜、反光镜、电极片、接线盒、灯壳、固定座、导热块和散热块,所述电极片的上下两端焊接有LED灯,所述电极片的右端镶嵌入导热块内,所述导热块嵌入固定座内,所述固定座的右端设有散热块,所述导热块和散热块焊接连接,所述散热块的右端设有接线盒,所述接线盒部分嵌入散热块内,所述固定座的两端通过螺栓连接有反光镜,所述反光镜的一端通过螺栓连接有透镜。
优选的,所述透镜与反光镜的连接处设有防尘套,防尘套通过粘合剂黏在透镜与反光镜的连接处。
优选的,所述LED灯设有两个,分别安装在电极片上下两端。
优选的,所述灯壳通过螺栓连接反光镜。
优选的,所述反光镜为球面镜。
优选的,所述散热块的表面设有均匀的设有凸起。
该装置中未涉及部分均与现有技术相同或可采用现有技术加以实现。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:一种新型汽车LED前照灯,透镜与反光镜的连接处设有防尘套,防尘套通过粘合剂黏在透镜与反光镜的连接处,防尘套防止灰尘落入透镜与反光镜的连接处,导致螺栓滑丝或松动,LED灯设有两个,分别安装在电极片上下两端,使光线聚集密度高,光源的照射范围形成水平照射,灯壳通过螺栓连接反光镜,灯壳有效的保护了整个装置,防止装置内进入垃圾或灰尘,反光镜为球面镜,聚光性更强,使照射距离更远,散热块的表面设有均匀的设有凸起,是散热块与空气接触面积更广,散热更快;本发明采用LED灯,价格便宜,炫光小,功耗低,不存在灯丝发热,热沉积,可以广泛使用,解决了现有技术中的问题。

实施例:一种新型汽车LED前照灯,包括LED灯3、透镜1、反光镜2、电极片4、接线盒5、灯壳6、固定座7、导热块9和散热块10,电极片4的上下两端焊接有LED灯3,LED灯3设有两个,分别安装在电极片4上下两端,使光线聚集密度高,光源的照射范围形成水平照射,电极片4的右端镶嵌入导热块9内,导热块9嵌入固定座7内,固定座7的右端设有散热块10,导热块9和散热块10焊接连接,散热块10的表面设有均匀的设有凸起,使散热块10与空气接触面积更广,散热更快,散热块10的右端设有接线盒5,接线盒5部分嵌入散热块10内,固定座7的两端通过螺栓连接有反光镜2,反光镜2为球面镜,聚光性更强,使照射距离更远,反光镜2的一端通过螺栓连接有透镜1,透镜1与反光镜2的连接处设有防尘套,防尘套通过粘合剂黏在透镜1与反光镜2的连接处,防尘套防止灰尘落入透镜1与反光镜2的连接处,导致螺栓滑丝或松动,灯壳6通过螺栓连接反光镜2,灯壳6有效的保护了整个装置,防止装置内进入垃圾或灰尘;本发明采用LED灯3,价格便宜,炫光小,功耗低,不存在灯丝发热,热沉积,可以广泛使用,解决了现有技术中的问题。
工作原理:一种新型汽车LED前照灯,通过接线盒5内接通电源,电极片4通电,LED灯3亮起,通过反光镜2将LED灯3照射的光源呈水平线,且使光源集中,在通过透镜1照射至路面。

1.一种新型汽车LED前照灯,包括LED灯(3)、透镜(1)、反光镜(2)、电极片(4)、接线盒(5)、灯壳(6)、固定座(7)、导热块(9)和散热块(10),其特征在于:所述电极片(4)的上下两端焊接有LED灯(3),所述电极片(4)的右端镶嵌入导热块(9)内,所述导热块(9)嵌入固定座(7)内,所述固定座(7)的右端设有散热块(10),所述导热块(9)和散热块(10)焊接连接,所述散热块(10)的右端设有接线盒(5),所述接线盒(5)部分嵌入散热块(10)内,所述固定座(7)的两端通过螺栓连接有反光镜(2),所述反光镜(2)的一端通过螺栓连接有透镜(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型汽车LED前照灯,其特征在于:所述透镜(1)与反光镜(2)的连接处设有防尘套,防尘套通过粘合剂黏在透镜(1)与反光镜(2)的连接处。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型汽车LED前照灯,其特征在于:所述LED灯(3)设有两个,分别安装在电极片(4)上下两端。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型汽车LED前照灯,其特征在于:所述灯壳(6)通过螺栓连接反光镜(2)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型汽车LED前照灯,其特征在于:所述反光镜(2)为球面镜。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型汽车LED前照灯,其特征在于:所述散热块(10)的表面设有均匀的设有凸起。
