Background
The two-dimensional code (2D bar code) is data symbol information recorded by black and white patterns distributed in two-dimensional directions according to a certain rule by using a certain specific geometric figure. In coding, the concept of "0" and "1" bit stream which forms the internal logic basis of computer is used, several geometric shapes corresponding to binary system are used to represent information, and the information is automatically read by image input equipment or photoelectric scanning equipment so as to implement automatic processing of information.
Two-dimensional codes have been widely used in many fields as a new information storage, transmission and identification technology. The two-dimensional code has the characteristics of large information storage capacity, high confidentiality, high traceability, high damage resistance, easiness in realizing informatization management and the like, so that the two-dimensional code is widely applied to the fields of product traceability, anti-counterfeiting and the like. The existing product two-dimension code traceability system is generally provided with a product traceability information database, product traceability information related to a product is submitted to a product traceability platform, the product traceability platform stores the product traceability information in the database, and after a two-dimension code is generated according to a corresponding coding rule, a label is made and pasted on a product package and sent to a dealer for sale. The consumer can utilize the two-dimensional code installed on APP scanning product package on the intelligent terminal to obtain detailed product traceability information.
The existing product quality detection two-dimensional code traceability system can only give information in the production and transportation process of a product, and for the product quality, the traceability system can only give static information such as the production date and the quality guarantee period of the product, and cannot give real-time state information of the current product. For example, for products needing cold chain transportation, such as seafood, fruits, meat, agricultural products and the like, and also medicines, injections and the like needing refrigeration, the current real-time quality of the products is related to the temperature state of the products in the storage and transportation process, even if the products in the shelf life are stored and transported at too high temperature, the real-time state of the products may be abnormal, and the existing product quality detection two-dimensional code traceability system cannot give dynamic information about the real-time state of the products.
In order to solve the above problems, a two-dimensional code traceability system is provided, in which a two-dimensional code image that can be changed according to product quality is set, so that static traceability information of a product and dynamic information of an implementation state can be given. However, in the technology, the two-dimensional code image may be copied for other counterfeit products in the preparation process and the circulation process, so that consumers can misunderstand the counterfeit products as regular products, and the safety and quality of the products are affected.

The invention provides a two-dimensional code label and a two-dimensional code label printing method.
As one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a two-dimensional code tag including: a base layer, a time temperature indicator layer and a transparent film layer; the base layer is arranged at the bottom and can be stuck to the outer surface of the product package; the time temperature indicator layer is arranged on the base layer, the initial color of the time temperature indicator layer is light color, and the color of the time temperature indicator layer is changed into dark color after the time exceeding the critical temperature reaches the critical time; the transparent film layer is arranged on the time temperature indicator layer and used for printing a two-dimensional code image; the two-dimensional code image comprises a first two-dimensional code image and a second two-dimensional code image; the first two-dimensional code image is a two-dimensional code image corresponding to normal product information, wherein a dark color code element is printed by using low-temperature color-changing ink, and the color of the low-temperature color-changing ink is changed into dark color when the temperature is lower than a threshold value; the second two-dimensional code image is an inverted code image of the two-dimensional code image corresponding to the abnormal product information, wherein the dark-color code elements are printed by using light-color pigments.
Preferably, the two-dimensional code label is used for cold chain storage and transportation of products.

Preferably, the transparent film layer further comprises a covering layer arranged on the transparent film layer, and the covering layer is made of a non-transparent material.

Preferably, the time temperature indicator layer is initially light in color and changes color to a dark color after a time above the threshold temperature reaches a threshold time.
Preferably, the two-dimensional code label is used for cold chain storage and transportation of products.

Detailed Description
In order to more clearly illustrate the technical solutions of the present invention, the present invention will be briefly described below by using embodiments, and it is obvious that the following description is only one embodiment of the present invention, and for those skilled in the art, other technical solutions can be obtained according to the embodiments without inventive labor, and also fall within the disclosure of the present invention.
The two-dimensional code label of the embodiment of the invention, referring to fig. 1, comprises a base layer 10, a time temperature indicator layer 20, a transparent film layer 30 and a masking layer 40 from bottom to top. The base layer 10 may be a transparent resin layer that can be attached to the outer package of the product. The time temperature indicator layer 20 is initially light in color and changes color to a dark color after the time above the critical temperature reaches the critical time. A polymerization type or enzyme type time temperature indicator material may be used as the time temperature indicator layer 20. The two-dimensional code image is printed on the transparent film layer 30 by ink. The masking layer 40 is made of a non-transparent material, is disposed on the transparent thin film layer 30, and has an edge slightly larger than the transparent thin film layer 30, so that the masking layer can be uncovered from the transparent thin film layer 30 to obtain a two-dimensional code image.
The two-dimensional code label represents the source and the current quality information of the product through the characteristic code information product contained in the two-dimensional code label. The feature code comprises a plurality of number segments, and each number segment comprises a unique feature identification number segment, a product source information number segment and a product quality information number segment. Each two-dimension code label is provided with a unique characteristic identification code number section corresponding to a unique commodity, the database identifies the unique characteristic identification code after the unique characteristic identification code is inquired in the database once, and when the product information of the unique characteristic identification code is inquired again, the inquiry of the two-dimension code is prompted.
The corresponding information of the product source information number section can comprise a product number, a product name, a product type, a product grade, a product origin, a product manufacturer, a product batch, a product production date, a product quality guarantee period and the like; and the information corresponding to the product quality information number segment indicates that the current quality of the product is abnormal or normal. Each two-dimension code label corresponds to information of a single product, corresponding information of the product is generated into a corresponding two-dimension code image according to two-dimension code coding after the product is produced, and the product can be coded by using the existing two-dimension code coding technology such as QR two-dimension codes. And storing the parameters of each number segment of the feature codes and the specific information corresponding to each parameter through a database.
The two-dimensional code label comprises a first two-dimensional code image and a second two-dimensional code image; the unique feature identification code number segment in the two-dimensional code information feature code corresponding to the first two-dimensional code image and the second two-dimensional code image is the same as the feature code of the product source information number segment, and the feature codes corresponding to the product quality information are different. Namely, two-dimension code images are set for the same product, and only the feature codes of the product quality information in the two-dimension code images are different. The current quality information of the product corresponding to the first two-dimensional code image is that the product quality is normal, and the current quality information of the product corresponding to the second two-dimensional code image is that the product quality is abnormal. When the first two-dimensional code image is printed, the two-dimensional code image according to the coding rule is generated according to the feature code of the first two-dimensional code image, the dark color code element is printed on the transparent film layer 30 by using low-temperature color-changing ink, and the color of the low-temperature color-changing ink is changed into dark color at the cold chain transportation temperature of the food. When the second two-dimensional code image is printed, the two-dimensional code image is generated according to the characteristic code, then the dark-color code element and the light-color code element in the two-dimensional code image are reversed to generate an inverse code image, and then the dark-color code element in the inverse code image is printed on the transparent film layer 30 by using light-color pigment.
In the production process of the two-dimensional code label, because the dark color code element in the first two-dimensional code image of the two-dimensional code label uses the low-temperature color-changing pigment, the color of the two-dimensional code label is changed only in the cold chain transportation process, and therefore the first two-dimensional code image cannot be copied in the production and printing process. For the second two-dimensional code image, since the time temperature indicator layer is light-colored, its difference in reflectance from the light-colored pigment-generated symbols in the second two-dimensional code image is insufficient, and cannot be recognized and thus cannot be reproduced.
In the process of cold chain storage and transportation of a product with a two-dimensional code label, a dark color code element in a first two-dimensional code image is changed into a dark color, if the cold chain temperature is normal all the time, the color of a time temperature indicator layer 20 in the two-dimensional code label is not changed, so that the dark color code element in the first two-dimensional code image and a light color background of the time temperature indicator layer 20 form enough reflectivity difference, and the first two-dimensional code image can be identified; whereas the light-colored symbols in the second two-dimensional code image are not recognizable as an image against the light-colored background of the time-temperature indicator layer 20. If the product is abnormally stored after the time exceeding the critical temperature reaches the critical time in the cold chain storage and transportation process, the color of the time temperature indicator layer 20 becomes dark, so that the difference between the reflectivity of the dark-color code element in the first two-dimensional code image and the reflectivity of the dark-color background of the time temperature indicator layer 20 is too small to be identified, and the two-dimensional code image formed by the light-color code element in the second two-dimensional code image and the dark-color background of the time temperature indicator layer 20 can be identified.
As another aspect of the present invention, referring to fig. 2, the two-dimensional code label printing method includes the following steps: (1) arranging a base layer, a time temperature indicator layer and a transparent film layer from bottom to top; (2) generating a first two-dimensional code image and a second two-dimensional code image according to the product information, wherein the first two-dimensional code image corresponds to normal product information, and the second two-dimensional code image corresponds to abnormal product information; (3) printing the dark color code element of the first two-dimensional code image on the transparent film layer by using low-temperature color-changing ink; (4) generating an anti-code image of the second two-dimensional code image; (5) printing the dark-color code elements of the code reversal image of the second two-dimensional code image on the transparent film layer by using light-color pigments; (6) a masking layer is disposed on the transparent thin film layer.

A two-dimensional code label comprising: a base layer, a time temperature indicator layer and a transparent film layer; the base layer is arranged at the bottom and can be stuck to the outer surface of the product package; the time temperature indicator layer is arranged on the base layer, the initial color of the time temperature indicator layer is light color, and the color of the time temperature indicator layer is changed into dark color after the time exceeding the critical temperature reaches the critical time; the transparent film layer is arranged on the time temperature indicator layer and used for printing a two-dimensional code image; the method is characterized in that: the two-dimensional code image comprises a first two-dimensional code image and a second two-dimensional code image; the first two-dimensional code image is a two-dimensional code image corresponding to normal product information, wherein a dark color code element is printed by using low-temperature color-changing ink, and the color of the low-temperature color-changing ink is changed into dark color when the temperature is lower than a threshold value; the second two-dimensional code image is an inverted code image of the two-dimensional code image corresponding to the abnormal product information, wherein the dark-color code elements are printed by using light-color pigments.
2. The two-dimensional code label according to claim 1, characterized in that: the transparent film layer is arranged on the substrate, and the covering layer is made of non-transparent materials.
