本发明涉及农药制备技术领域,具体涉及一种含2,4‑D除草组合物的制备工艺。包括以下步骤:将96.8%的2.4‑二氯苯酚与35%的烧碱溶液在63‑70℃反应1‑2h,制成2,4‑二氯酚钠,再与氯乙酸反应制得2,4‑D钠盐,将2,4‑D钠盐经过酸化、压滤、干燥后得到2,4‑D备用;将吡唑‑5‑磺酰胺类化合物与二甲氧基嘧啶缩合,得到氯吡嘧磺隆备用;将吡唑酮类化合物、乙腈和三乙胺按照质量比为7:2:3的比例混合,再滴加乙腈溶解的苯甲酰氯类化合物,经减压蒸馏得到苯甲酰吡唑酯类化合物备用;将2,4‑D、氯吡嘧磺隆以及苯甲酰吡唑酯类化合物按照重量比为(20‑24):(82‑87):(112‑124)的比例混合,即得到含2,4‑D的除草组合物。本发明的制备方法操作简单、环保节约,所制备的除草组合物除草活性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及农药制备技术领域,具体涉及一种含2,4-D除草组合物的制备工艺。
背景技术
我国东部人口密集,西部虽地广人稀但其后和地形不适合种植粮食,人均耕地面积占地较少,仅仅达到世界人均耕地面积的三分之一,因此,我国需要大量的粮食来满足人们的需求,然而病虫草鼠害经常大幅度降低农作物的产量。在全世界范围内,广泛分布着5万多种杂草,作物每年会受到约8千种杂草不同程度的侵害,主要作物田会受到大约250种农田杂草的侵害,其中危害严重的有76种,截止2011年,化学除草剂面积达到0.53亿公顷,较20世纪80年代增加了10多倍,并且除草剂的需求增加速度很快,以200万公顷每年的速度增加,目前每年除草剂有效成分的使用量达到8万吨以上,因而具有低毒、高效、低残留等特性的农药成为我国农药开发的方向。
2,4-D二氯苯氧乙酸是一种应用广泛的化学药品,简称2,4-D,纯2,4-D可以呈片状、粉状、晶体粉末和固体的等形式存在,白色略带棕褐色,略带酚的气味,熔点140.5℃,不吸湿,有腐蚀性,2,4-D类似与生长素或其他植物生长调节剂,刺激生长,复壮细胞,植物的根、叶均可吸收,通过刺激核酸和蛋白质合成等影响植物代谢,可从根、茎、叶进入植物体内,降解缓慢,故可积累一定浓度,从而干扰植物体内激素平衡,破坏核酸与蛋白质代谢,促进或抑制某些器官生长,使杂草茎叶扭曲、茎基变粗、肿裂等。
目前,化学方法除草是农业上控制杂草的主要手段之一,但是,由于近年来一些除草剂品种大面积单独使用,已经导致很多杂草产生抗药性。同时,禾本科、阔叶杂草、莎草等多类杂草混生,单一品种除草剂使用均会表现出一定的局限性。因此,除草组合物具有很好的市场前景,而市面上的除草组合物普遍价格高、效果一般,很难满足农业生产的需要,除草组合物的配方和制备工艺还需要进一步地优化。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种含2,4-D的除草组合物的制备工艺。本发明的制备方法操作简单、环保节约,所制备的除草组合物除草活性强。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种含2,4-D的除草组合物的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、将质量浓度为96.8%的2.4-二氯苯酚与质量浓度为35%的烧碱溶液按照摩尔比为2:(2.3-2.6)在63-70℃反应1-2h,制成2,4-二氯酚钠;
步骤2、将步骤1制得的2,4-二氯酚钠与氯乙酸按照摩尔比为(1.6-1.8):1混合反应制得2,4-D钠盐,将2,4-D钠盐经过酸化、压滤、干燥后得到2,4-D备用;
步骤3、将吡唑-5-磺酰胺类化合物与二甲氧基嘧啶在缩合剂作用下缩合,得到氯吡嘧磺隆备用;
步骤4、将吡唑酮类化合物、乙腈和三乙胺按照质量比为7:2:3的比例混合,再滴加乙腈溶解的苯甲酰氯类化合物,经减压蒸馏得到苯甲酰吡唑酯类化合物备用;
步骤5、将步骤2、3、4得到的2,4-D、氯吡嘧磺隆以及苯甲酰吡唑酯类化合物按照重量比为(20-24):(82-87):(112-124)的比例混合,即得到含2,4-D的除草组合物。
进一步地,所述步骤2酸化过程具体为:将2,4-D钠盐加入水中,加热至70-100℃时,在搅拌条件下,加入工业盐酸调节PH=9-11,停止加热,搅拌至冷却后2,4-D粗品析出,所述2,4-D钠盐与水的质量比为1:1。

进一步地,所述步骤4减压蒸馏中压力大小为1.35-2.15kPa。
进一步地,其特征在于,所述步骤5中2,4-D、氯吡嘧磺隆以及苯甲酰吡唑酯类化合物按照重量比为21:83:122的比例混合。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明采用2.4-二氯苯酚与烧碱溶液先制备2,4-二氯酚钠,再与氯乙酸反应制得2,4-D钠盐,最后将2,4-D钠盐进行酸化、压滤、干燥处理制得2,4-D,通过这种方法能制备出高纯度的2,4-D,并且这种制备方法能进显著减少工艺用水量,简化了工艺流程,大幅度缩短了反应时间,提高了生产效率;氯吡嘧磺隆属选择性内吸传导型除草剂,通过抑制植物的ALS酶,阻止支链氨基酸如缬氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸的生物合成,最终破坏蛋白质的合成,干扰DNA的合成及细胞分裂与生长,该药对水稻安全性高,本发明采用吡唑-5-磺酰胺类化合物与二甲氧基嘧啶在缩合剂作用下缩合制备氯吡嘧磺隆,由于吡唑-5-磺酰胺类化合物价格便宜,易于制备,能大幅度提升氯吡嘧磺隆的生产效率,降低生产成本;苯甲酰吡唑酯类化合物也同样作为除草活性很高的除草化合物,对波斯婆婆纳、千金子、稗草、狗尾草的除草活性均为90%,由于苯甲酰吡唑酯类化合物的沸点较低,因此采取减压蒸馏将其分离出来;本发明将2,4-D、氯吡嘧磺隆以及苯甲酰吡唑酯类化合物按照重量比为21:83:122的比例混合制成除草组合物,在这一混合比例下能得到最好的除草活性。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例进一步详细描述本发明的技术方案,但本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述。
实施例1
一种含2,4-D的除草组合物的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、将质量浓度为96.8%的2.4-二氯苯酚与质量浓度为35%的烧碱溶液按照摩尔比为2:2.3在63℃反应1h,制成2,4-二氯酚钠;
步骤2、将步骤1制得的2,4-二氯酚钠与氯乙酸按照摩尔比为1.6:1混合反应制得2,4-D钠盐,将2,4-D钠盐经过酸化、压滤、干燥后得到2,4-D备用,其中,酸化过程具体为:将2,4-D钠盐加入水中,加热至70℃时,在搅拌条件下,加入工业盐酸调节PH=9,停止加热,搅拌至冷却后2,4-D粗品析出,所述2,4-D钠盐与水的质量比为1:1;
步骤3、将吡唑-5-磺酰胺类化合物与二甲氧基嘧啶在由碳化二亚胺与1-羟基苯并三唑按照质量比为1.2:1混合而成的缩合剂作用下缩合,得到氯吡嘧磺隆备用;
步骤4、将吡唑酮类化合物、乙腈和三乙胺按照质量比为7:2:3的比例混合,再滴加乙腈溶解的苯甲酰氯类化合物,经减压蒸馏得到苯甲酰吡唑酯类化合物备用,减压蒸馏压力大小为1.35kPa;
步骤5、将步骤2、3、4得到的2,4-D、氯吡嘧磺隆以及苯甲酰吡唑酯类化合物按照重量比为20:82:112的比例混合,即得到含2,4-D的除草组合物。
实施例2
一种含2,4-D的除草组合物的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、将质量浓度为96.8%的2.4-二氯苯酚与质量浓度为35%的烧碱溶液按照摩尔比为2:2.5在66℃反应1.5h,制成2,4-二氯酚钠;
步骤2、将步骤1制得的2,4-二氯酚钠与氯乙酸按照摩尔比为1.7:1混合反应制得2,4-D钠盐,将2,4-D钠盐经过酸化、压滤、干燥后得到2,4-D备用,其中,酸化过程具体为:将2,4-D钠盐加入水中,加热至85℃时,在搅拌条件下,加入工业盐酸调节PH=10,停止加热,搅拌至冷却后2,4-D粗品析出,所述2,4-D钠盐与水的质量比为1:1;
步骤3、将吡唑-5-磺酰胺类化合物与二甲氧基嘧啶在由碳化二亚胺与1-羟基苯并三唑按照质量比为1.3:1混合而成的缩合剂作用下缩合,得到氯吡嘧磺隆备用;
步骤4、将吡唑酮类化合物、乙腈和三乙胺按照质量比为7:2:3的比例混合,再滴加乙腈溶解的苯甲酰氯类化合物,经减压蒸馏得到苯甲酰吡唑酯类化合物备用,减压蒸馏压力大小为1.82kPa;
步骤5、将步骤2、3、4得到的2,4-D、氯吡嘧磺隆以及苯甲酰吡唑酯类化合物按照重量比为22:85:120的比例混合,即得到含2,4-D的除草组合物。
实施例3
一种含2,4-D的除草组合物的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、将质量浓度为96.8%的2.4-二氯苯酚与质量浓度为35%的烧碱溶液按照摩尔比为2:2.6在70℃反应2h,制成2,4-二氯酚钠;
步骤2、将步骤1制得的2,4-二氯酚钠与氯乙酸按照摩尔比为1.8:1混合反应制得2,4-D钠盐,将2,4-D钠盐经过酸化、压滤、干燥后得到2,4-D备用,其中,酸化过程具体为:将2,4-D钠盐加入水中,加热至100℃时,在搅拌条件下,加入工业盐酸调节PH=11,停止加热,搅拌至冷却后2,4-D粗品析出,所述2,4-D钠盐与水的质量比为1:1;
步骤3、将吡唑-5-磺酰胺类化合物与二甲氧基嘧啶在由碳化二亚胺与1-羟基苯并三唑按照质量比为1.4:1混合而成的缩合剂作用下缩合,得到氯吡嘧磺隆备用;
步骤4、将吡唑酮类化合物、乙腈和三乙胺按照质量比为7:2:3的比例混合,再滴加乙腈溶解的苯甲酰氯类化合物,经减压蒸馏得到苯甲酰吡唑酯类化合物备用,减压蒸馏压力大小为2.15kPa;
步骤5、将步骤2、3、4得到的2,4-D、氯吡嘧磺隆以及苯甲酰吡唑酯类化合物按照重量比为24:87:124的比例混合,即得到含2,4-D的除草组合物。
对比例1
对比例1与实施例2制备方法基本一致,不同之处在于对比例1中不含有氯吡嘧磺隆。
对比例2
对比例2与实施例2制备方法基本一致,不同之处在于对比例2的除草组合物中2,4-D、氯吡嘧磺隆以及苯甲酰吡唑酯类化合物的重量比为18:76:98。
通过对实施例1-实施例3以及对比例1和对比例2得到的含2,4-D的除草组合物的双子叶草防效以及生长抑制率进行测试,所得结果如下表1所示:
双子叶草防效的测试方法为:将试验田随机分成14个面积一致的小区,每两个小区喷施同一种药剂。准确称量好各种药剂,用水溶解稀释,采用背负式喷雾器进行均匀喷雾,喷雾时注意药液的均匀散布,不漏喷、不多喷,在30天后观察双子叶杂草的去除率。
生长抑制率的测试方法为:NYT1155.1-2006《农药室内生物测定试验准则》。

通过上表1可以看出氯吡嘧磺隆和除草组合物中的成分比例对除草活性的影响很大,同时,实施例2各项检测结果均最优异,为最优实施例。

Claims (5)
1.一种含2,4-D的除草组合物的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、将质量浓度为96.8%的2.4-二氯苯酚与质量浓度为35%的烧碱溶液按照摩尔比为2:(2.3-2.6)在63-70℃反应1-2h,制成2,4-二氯酚钠;
步骤2、将步骤1制得的2,4-二氯酚钠与氯乙酸按照摩尔比为(1.6-1.8):1混合反应制得2,4-D钠盐,将2,4-D钠盐经过酸化、压滤、干燥后得到2,4-D备用;
步骤3、将吡唑-5-磺酰胺类化合物与二甲氧基嘧啶在缩合剂作用下缩合,得到氯吡嘧磺隆备用;
步骤4、将吡唑酮类化合物、乙腈和三乙胺按照质量比为7:2:3的比例混合,再滴加乙腈溶解的苯甲酰氯类化合物,经减压蒸馏得到苯甲酰吡唑酯类化合物备用;
步骤5、将步骤2、3、4得到的2,4-D、氯吡嘧磺隆以及苯甲酰吡唑酯类化合物按照重量比为(20-24):(82-87):(112-124)的比例混合,即得到含2,4-D的除草组合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含2,4-D的除草组合物的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤2酸化过程具体为:将2,4-D钠盐加入水中,加热至70-100℃时,在搅拌条件下,加入工业盐酸调节PH=9-11,停止加热,搅拌至冷却后2,4-D粗品析出,所述2,4-D钠盐与水的质量比为1:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含2,4-D的除草组合物的制备工艺,其特征在于所述步骤3缩合反应使用的缩合剂由碳化二亚胺与1-羟基苯并三唑按照质量比为(1.2-1.4):1混合而成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种含2,4-D的除草组合物的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤4减压蒸馏中压力大小为1.35-2.15kPa。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种含2,4-D的除草组合物的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤5中2,4-D、氯吡嘧磺隆以及苯甲酰吡唑酯类化合物按照重量比为21:83:122的比例混合。
