本发明涉及一种用于制作养殖场鸡粪刮板的聚氨酯材料,其特征在于:刮板包括一支撑部,一楔形部,楔形部高度大于支撑部高度,形成以凸棱,楔形部的斜边与支撑部底边形成的角角度为20‑40°,楔形部的斜边垂直于支撑部的上边,凸棱的角为50‑70°,且为圆角;支撑部和楔形部为一体成型;刮板材料为聚氨酯;刮板材料由下列重量份的原料制成的:聚四氢呋喃二醇PTMG中加入异氰酸酯TDI,使合成后的预聚体中‑NCO含量为6.8%;预聚体加入扩链剂MOCA。本发明的有益效果是:楔形部的角度设置贴合输送带,并实现刮粪,聚氨酯材料摩擦力大,避免在水环境中打滑和生锈。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于制作养殖场鸡粪刮板的聚氨酯材料。
背景技术
现有技术中肉鸡养殖场采用不锈钢鸡粪刮板,这种刮板为平板结构,在刮粪时,无法与输送带严密贴合,会出现刮粪失败现象,造成输送带鸡粪沉积,影响鸡粪输送,影响鸡舍环境,并且鸡粪运输过程中常夹杂水,刮板打滑且易生锈,并且对输送带造成损伤,影响输送带寿命,刮粪效果差。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中鸡粪刮板无法与输送带严密贴合的问题,本发明提供一种用于制作养殖场鸡粪刮板的聚氨酯材料,刮板包括一支撑部,一楔形部,楔形部高度大于支撑部高度,形成以凸棱,楔形部的斜边与支撑部底边形成的角角度为20-40°,楔形部的斜边垂直于支撑部的上边,凸棱的角为50-70°,且为圆角;支撑部和楔形部为一体成型;刮板材料为聚氨酯;刮板材料由下列重量份的原料制成的:聚四氢呋喃二醇PTMG中加入异氰酸酯TDI,使合成后的预聚体中-NCO含量为6.8%;预聚体加入扩链剂MOCA;PTMG、TDI质量比为2.7:1;预聚体和MOCA的质量比为100:19.7;制备方法为:将PTMG在100-120℃、真空度5-10Torr下脱水1-2小时,水含量<0.05%,将脱水后的PTMG冷却至50-70℃,体系自然升温30-40min后,在75-85℃将PTMG和TDI在混合头混合,保温2-3小时,5-10Torr真空度下脱泡10-40min,0.5kg/min-15kg/min的速度浇注到模具中,模具温度控制在100℃,凝胶后60min脱模,然后把脱模后的材料放入硫化箱,温度控制110~120℃硫化10~12h。
优选的是:聚四氢呋喃二醇PTMG分子量为1000。
优选的是:异氰酸酯TDI为TDI-100。
优选的是:硬度为邵A95度。
相比较现有技术中的不锈钢刮板,本发明硬度达到邵A95度,硬度高,耐磨性好,在水环境中的摩擦力好,耐腐蚀,材料有一定的柔性,在与输送带配合工作时,不会损伤输送带,寿命高,刮粪效果好。
相比较现有技术,本发明使用时,将支撑部夹在两刚性板之间,楔形部与输送带接触,利用楔形部的楔形将输送带上的鸡粪刮离输送带,刮离后的鸡粪经过楔形部的圆角处,圆角设置避免鸡粪在这里沉积,实现刮粪工作。
由于鸡粪输送带上常常含有一些稀的粪便和鸡舍中的气体,为了排出气体,防止粪便漏出,支撑部在临近凸棱处设置与凸棱平行的密封槽。
优选的是:凸棱到密封槽的距离为支撑部上边尺寸的1/6-1/4。
优选的是:支撑部中部设置定位孔,将支撑部夹在两刚性板之间,实现刮板的定位安装。
本发明的有益效果是:
楔形部的角度设置贴合输送带,并实现刮粪,聚氨酯材料摩擦力大,避免在水环境中打滑和生锈。
材料中MOCA比例高,NCO含量高,提高了材料硬度,并调整出合适的凝胶速度,兼顾了产品的硬度和加工性能。

下面通过具体实施方式进一步阐述本发明:
一种养殖场鸡粪刮板,包括一支撑部1,一楔形部2,楔形部高度大于支撑部高度,形成以凸棱5,楔形部的斜边与支撑部底边形成的角角度为20-40°,楔形部的斜边垂直于支撑部的上边,凸棱的角为50-70°,且为圆角。
支撑部在临近凸棱处设置与凸棱平行的密封槽3。凸棱到密封槽的距离为支撑部上边尺寸的1/6-1/4。支撑部和楔形部为一体成型。刮板材料为聚氨酯。支撑部中部设置定位孔4,将支撑部夹在两刚性板之间,实现刮板的定位安装。
刮板材料的制备:
实施例1
刮板材料由下列重量份的原料制成的:聚四氢呋喃二醇PTMG中加入异氰酸酯TDI,使合成后的预聚体中-NCO含量为6.8%;预聚体加入扩链剂MOCA;PTMG、TDI质量比为2.7:1;预聚体和MOCA的质量比为100:19.7;制备方法为:将PTMG在100-120℃、真空度5-10Torr下脱水1-2小时,水含量<0.05%,将脱水后的PTMG冷却至50-70℃,体系自然升温30-40min后,在75-85℃将PTMG和TDI在混合头混合,保温2-3小时,5-10Torr真空度下脱泡10-40min,0.5kg/min-15kg/min的速度浇注到模具中,模具温度控制在100℃,凝胶后60min脱模,然后把脱模后的材料放入硫化箱,温度控制110~120℃硫化10~12h。
