本发明涉及立体种植技术领域,尤其涉及一种双孢菇与蒜黄换茬立体种植技术,双孢菇营养丰富,有“植物肉”之美誉,蒜黄富含大蒜素,是秋冬市场热销时令菜。本发明利用菇棚内出完双孢菇的多层架床及残料,换茬立体栽培蒜黄,充分利用了蘑菇残料的有机肥营养,综合生产效益较好。

本发明涉及立体种植技术领域,尤其涉及一种双孢菇与蒜黄换茬立体种植技术。
背景技术
双孢菇营养丰富,有“植物肉”之美誉,蒜黄富含大蒜素,是秋冬市场热销时令菜。本发明利用菇棚内出完双孢菇的多层架床及残料,换茬立体栽培蒜黄,充分利用了蘑菇残料的有机肥营养,综合生产效益较好。
发明内容
本发明为一种蘑菇与蒜黄换茬立体种植技术,与地面一层畦床的种植模式相比,土地利用面积提高 3 倍,经济效益增加 2 倍,具有较高的技术应用价值。
具体实施方式
栽培蒜种红、白蒜种均可,应选用大瓣品种,发芽快,生长旺,产量高。选种时剔除冻、烂、伤、弱的蒜瓣。
周年四轮空调菇棚周年可以种四轮双孢菇,采完蘑菇后再利用多层架床上的残料栽培四轮蒜黄,生产经济效益倍增。
3.残料营养 双孢菇残料富含泥炭土及腐殖酸(表 1), 有机质含量约 48%, 腐植酸约 21%, 氮、 磷、 钾也很丰富, 是优质有机肥, 栽培蒜黄生长茁壮产量高。

4.种蒜模式 播种前,把选出的蒜头用清水浸泡 24 小时使之吸足水分。然后一头挨一头地把蒜头紧紧排在菇床泥炭土层中,各蒜头之间的空隙用蒜瓣填严。1 平方米蒜头用量为 15~18 千克。在蒜头上覆盖湿沙 3~4 厘米并浇足水,湿沙可以固定蒜头。
管理技术 ①温度 在蒜黄萌发前,在床面覆盖塑料薄膜保湿保温,白天保持 25~28℃,夜晚不能低于18~20℃。为使蒜苗粗壮,出苗后至苗高 10 厘米时,白天降低温度至20~25℃,夜温 16~18℃。蒜苗高 20~25 厘米时,通风量应加大,白天保持18~20℃,夜温 14~16℃,促进蒜苗粗壮高产并提高品质。收获前 4~5 天,尽量加大通风,白天保持 10~15℃,夜间 10~15℃,防止蒜苗徒长倒伏。
②水分 栽培蒜黄供水须充足,每 2~3 天浇 1 次水,保持栽培床经常湿润。蒜苗大时蒸发量大,浇水量应大;反之应小些。收割前 2 天浇足水,则蒜苗细嫩。
③收获 蒜黄从种到收割,在适温条件约 20~25 天。 苗高 25~30 厘米时即可收割,镰刀要快,下刀不宜过深,以贴地皮割下为宜,不可割伤蒜瓣。割后不要立即浇水, 以防止刀口染病。 3~4 天后浇足水,促进第二茬蒜苗生长。 20 天后可收第二茬。第一茬每千克蒜头产蒜黄 0.7~0.8 千克,第二茬产蒜黄 0.4~0.5 千克。收割后的蒜黄扎成捆,在阳光下晒一下,使之由黄白色变为金黄色。晒蒜黄时间不要过长。 否则变绿降低品质。
总之,以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明申请专利范围所作的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明专利的涵盖范围。
Claims (1)
1.双袍菇与蒜黄换茬立体种植技术,其特征在于:
a).选种红、白蒜种均选用大瓣蒜种;
b).空调棚菇周年可种四轮双孢菇,采完蘑菇后再利用多层架床上的残料栽培四轮蒜黄,残料有机质含量高,是优质有机肥,能使蒜黄生长茁壮产量高;
c).蒜头播种前用清水浸泡24小时使之吸足水分,然后一头挨一头地把蒜头紧紧排在菇床泥炭土层中,各蒜头之间空隙用蒜瓣填严;1㎡蒜头用量为15-18kg,蒜头覆盖采用湿沙,约3-4cm并浇足水,起到很好的固定作用;
d).在蒜黄萌发前,在床面覆盖塑料薄膜保湿保温,白天保持25-28℃,夜晚不能低18-20℃;出苗后至苗高10cm时,白天降低温度至20-25℃,夜温16-18℃;蒜苗高20-25cm时,通风量应加大,白天保持18-20℃,夜温14-16℃;收获前4-5天,加大通风,白天保持10-15℃,夜温10-15℃,防止蒜苗徒长倒伏;
e).每2-3天浇一次水,保持栽培床经常湿润,蒜苗大时,因蒸发量变大,浇水量也许加大,反之应小些;收割前2天浇足水,能使蒜苗细嫩;
f)苗高20-25cm时即可收割,镰刀要快,下刀不宜过深,以贴地皮割下为宜;割后不能立即浇水,防止刀口染病;3-4天后浇足水,促进第二茬蒜苗生长,约20天后可再收割;收割后的蒜黄扎成捆适宜晾晒使其由黄白色变为金黄色,时间不能过长。
