Abstract
本发明涉及染色助剂技术领域,尤其是一种亚麻织物的湖蓝染色用柔软剂,它由以下原料组成,其中包括酯基季铵盐、聚乙烯吡络烷酮、单宁、乙醛水溶液、氯化镁、水性丙烯酸酯共聚物、PH调节剂、水,上述各原料的质量份数为:酯基季铵盐20‑25份、聚乙烯吡络烷酮10‑15份、单宁2‑5份、乙醛水溶液1‑3份、氯化镁1‑2份、水性丙烯酸酯共聚物2‑5份、PH调节剂1‑3份、水100‑500份。本发明所得到的一种亚麻织物的湖蓝染色用柔软剂,其能有效的减少对亚麻织物染色过程中着色性能及湖蓝的色泽度的影响,确保染色性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及染色助剂技术领域,尤其是一种亚麻织物的湖蓝染色用柔软剂。
背景技术
现有技术中,对于织物的染色用柔软剂等助剂,其都是采用常规通用助剂,在实际使用过程中,由于通用助剂中不会针对特定的织物、特定的颜色改变配方,从而会造成助剂在后处理过程中对织物的染色性能及染色的颜色性能均有一定程度的破坏,最终影响染色质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种能有效提升染色质量的亚麻织物的湖蓝染色用柔软剂。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种亚麻织物的湖蓝染色用柔软剂,它由以下原料组成,其中包括酯基季铵盐、聚乙烯吡络烷酮、单宁、乙醛水溶液、氯化镁、水性丙烯酸酯共聚物、PH调节剂、水,上述各原料的质量份数为:酯基季铵盐20-25份、聚乙烯吡络烷酮10-15份、单宁2-5份、乙醛水溶液1-3份、氯化镁1-2份、水性丙烯酸酯共聚物2-5份、PH调节剂1-3份、水100-500份。
各原料质量份数为:酯基季铵盐22份、聚乙烯吡络烷酮13份、单宁4份、乙醛水溶液2份、氯化镁1份、水性丙烯酸酯共聚物4份、PH调节剂2份、水350份。
本发明所得到的一种亚麻织物的湖蓝染色用柔软剂,其能有效的减少对亚麻织物染色过程中着色性能及湖蓝的色泽度的影响,确保染色性能。

本实施例描述的一种亚麻织物的湖蓝染色用柔软剂,它由以下原料组成,其中包括酯基季铵盐、聚乙烯吡络烷酮、单宁、乙醛水溶液、氯化镁、水性丙烯酸酯共聚物、PH调节剂、水,上述各原料的质量份数为:酯基季铵盐25份、聚乙烯吡络烷酮15份、单宁5份、乙醛水溶液3份、氯化镁2份、水性丙烯酸酯共聚物5份、PH调节剂3份、水500份。
实施例2:
本实施例描述的一种亚麻织物的湖蓝染色用柔软剂,它由以下原料组成,其中包括酯基季铵盐、聚乙烯吡络烷酮、单宁、乙醛水溶液、氯化镁、水性丙烯酸酯共聚物、PH调节剂、水,上述各原料的质量份数为:酯基季铵盐20份、聚乙烯吡络烷酮10份、单宁2份、乙醛水溶液1份、氯化镁1份、水性丙烯酸酯共聚物2份、PH调节剂1份、水100份。

1.一种亚麻织物的湖蓝染色用柔软剂,其特征是:它由以下原料组成,其中包括酯基季铵盐、聚乙烯吡络烷酮、单宁、乙醛水溶液、氯化镁、水性丙烯酸酯共聚物、PH调节剂、水,上述各原料的质量份数为:酯基季铵盐20-25份、聚乙烯吡络烷酮10-15份、单宁2-5份、乙醛水溶液1-3份、氯化镁1-2份、水性丙烯酸酯共聚物2-5份、PH调节剂1-3份、水100-500份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种亚麻织物的湖蓝染色用柔软剂,其特征是:各原料质量份数为:酯基季铵盐22份、聚乙烯吡络烷酮13份、单宁4份、乙醛水溶液2份、氯化镁1份、水性丙烯酸酯共聚物4份、PH调节剂2份、水350份。
