本发明提供一种汽车玻璃升降器钢丝绳卡扣结构，包括设置在导轨上的钢丝绳，所述钢丝绳的数量为两根，且中部交叉设置，钢丝绳的交叉点处设置有卡扣，所述卡扣包括夹紧卡夹和限位固定条，所述夹紧卡夹的数量为两个，两个夹紧卡夹通过限位固定条连接。通过夹紧卡夹夹在一条钢丝绳上，并将另一根钢丝绳穿过限位固定条与第一条钢丝绳之间，将两根钢丝绳固定在一起，避免使用扎带对两根钢丝绳进行固定所产生的效率低下且不易拆卸的问题，并且通过定位卡槽对第二根钢丝绳进行定位，避免安装时钢丝绳晃动。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车玻璃升降器领域，尤其涉及一种汽车玻璃升降器钢丝绳卡扣结构。
背景技术
目前在汽车玻璃升降器的使用时，会使用到钢丝绳作为传动部件，而升降器在安装时，需要将钢丝绳交叉安装，而在安装时需要使用扎带将两根钢丝绳固定在一起，但是上述工作时需要人工进行操作，由工人手持扎带对钢丝绳进行捆绑，效率低下且容易出现忘扎的情况，导致玻璃升降器安装时钢丝绳分开导致安装不到位，影响加工效率，并且扎带不易拆卸，不易进行返修工作。因此，解决汽车玻璃升降器钢丝绳固定不便的问题就显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明的目的提供一种汽车玻璃升降器钢丝绳卡扣结构，通过夹紧卡夹夹在一条钢丝绳上，并将另一根钢丝绳穿过限位固定条与第一条钢丝绳之间，将两根钢丝绳固定在一起，避免使用扎带对两根钢丝绳进行固定所产生的效率低下且不易拆卸的问题。
本发明提供一种汽车玻璃升降器钢丝绳卡扣结构，包括设置在导轨上的钢丝绳，所述钢丝绳的数量为两根，且中部交叉设置，钢丝绳的交叉点处设置有卡扣，所述卡扣包括夹紧卡夹和限位固定条，所述夹紧卡夹的数量为两个，两个夹紧卡夹通过限位固定条连接。
进一步改进在于：所述夹紧卡夹上设置有磁铁，通过磁铁对夹紧卡夹进行辅助固定。
进一步改进在于：所述限位固定条上设置有定位卡槽，在夹紧卡夹固定钢丝绳时，另一根钢丝绳放置在定位卡槽内。
进一步改进在于：所述钢丝绳上设置有限位块，通过限位块对夹紧卡夹的夹紧位置进行限定。
本发明的有益效果：通过夹紧卡夹夹在一条钢丝绳上，并将另一根钢丝绳穿过限位固定条与第一条钢丝绳之间，将两根钢丝绳固定在一起，避免使用扎带对两根钢丝绳进行固定所产生的效率低下且不易拆卸的问题，并且通过定位卡槽对第二根钢丝绳进行定位，避免安装时钢丝绳晃动。

如图1-2所示，本实施例提供一种汽车玻璃升降器钢丝绳卡扣结构，包括设置在导轨1上的钢丝绳2，所述钢丝绳2的数量为两根，且中部交叉设置，钢丝绳2的交叉点处设置有卡扣，所述卡扣包括夹紧卡夹3和限位固定条4，所述夹紧卡夹3的数量为两个，两个夹紧卡夹3通过限位固定条4连接。所述夹紧卡夹3上设置有磁铁5，通过磁铁5对夹紧卡夹3进行辅助固定。所述限位固定条4上设置有定位卡槽6，在夹紧卡夹3固定钢丝绳2时，另一根钢丝绳2放置在定位卡槽6内。所述钢丝绳2上设置有限位块7，通过限位块7对夹紧卡夹3的夹紧位置进行限定。通过夹紧卡夹3夹在一条钢丝绳上，并将另一根钢丝绳穿过限位固定条4与第一条钢丝绳之间，将两根钢丝绳固定在一起，避免使用扎带对两根钢丝绳2进行固定所产生的效率低下且不易拆卸的问题，并且通过定位卡槽6对第二根钢丝绳进行定位，避免安装时钢丝绳晃动。

1.一种汽车玻璃升降器钢丝绳卡扣结构，包括设置在导轨（1）上的钢丝绳（2），所述钢丝绳（2）的数量为两根，且中部交叉设置，其特征在于：钢丝绳（2）的交叉点处设置有卡扣，所述卡扣包括夹紧卡夹（3）和限位固定条（4），所述夹紧卡夹（3）的数量为两个，两个夹紧卡夹（3）通过限位固定条（4）连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽车玻璃升降器钢丝绳卡扣结构，其特征在于：所述夹紧卡夹（3）上设置有磁铁（5），通过磁铁（5）对夹紧卡夹（3）进行辅助固定。
3.如权利要求1所述的汽车玻璃升降器钢丝绳卡扣结构，其特征在于：所述限位固定条（4）上设置有定位卡槽（6），在夹紧卡夹（3）固定钢丝绳（2）时，另一根钢丝绳（2）放置在定位卡槽（6）内。
4.如权利要求1所述的汽车玻璃升降器钢丝绳卡扣结构，其特征在于：所述钢丝绳（2）上设置有限位块（7），通过限位块（7）对夹紧卡夹（3）的夹紧位置进行限定。
