Abstract
本发明公开了一种无滑移微丝拉拔用润滑液和制备方法,所述润滑液包括:A组份:脂肪酸5~15份;极压剂0.1~2份;表面活性剂0.01~0.5份;三乙醇胺0.1~0.5份;低级多元醇0.5~1份;B组份:醋酸锌0.01~0.1份;无机碱0.01~0.05份。本发明实施例的润滑液能够加速老化,润滑液能够更快地达到最佳使用状态,提高了生产效率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及金属丝拉拔设备用润滑液技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种无滑移微丝拉拔用润滑液和制备方法。
背景技术
无滑移微丝拉拔设备在拉拔碳钢钢丝时,钢丝经过多个拉丝模连续拉拔后最终获得所需直径的微丝,这种拉丝设备钢丝不易发生扭转和弯曲,拉丝质量好、效率高。目前使用无滑移微丝拉拔设备进行钢丝拉拔多为湿式拉拔工艺,需要使用润滑液,润滑液能吸收钢丝经过模具过程中发生挤压变形、摩擦产生的热量,进而对钢丝、模具进行冷却和润滑。现有的润滑液老化速度慢,新配制的润滑液需经过较长时间的使用后才能够发生老化,达到最佳使用状态,浪费人力物力,不利于提高生产效率。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种无滑移微丝拉拔用润滑液和制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明第一方面实施例提供了一种无滑移微丝拉拔用润滑液,按重量份数计,所述润滑液包括:A组份:脂肪酸5~15份;极压剂0.1~2份;表面活性剂0.01~0.5份;三乙醇胺0.1~0.5份;低级多元醇0.5~1份;B组份:醋酸锌0.01~0.1份;无机碱0.01~0.05份。
进一步地,所述无机碱为氢氧化钠和/或氢氧化钾。
进一步地,所述B组份还包括:0.01~0.1份的铜盐。
进一步地,所述铜盐选自碳酸铜、硫酸铜、氯化铜、氢氧化铜、醋酸铜中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述脂肪酸选自油酸、山梨酸、月桂酸中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述极压剂为含磷极压剂。
进一步地,所述含磷极压剂为磷酸酯、硫代磷酸酯中的至少一种,和二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、甘油磷酸盐中至少一种的混合物。
进一步地,所述低级多元醇选自乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、丁二醇和戊二醇中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述表面活性剂为山梨醇脂肪酸酯。
本发明第二方面实施例提供了一种制备上述无滑移微丝拉拔用润滑液的方法,包括以下步骤:
S10、称取A组份各原料,与重量为脂肪酸重量10倍的水混合搅拌均匀,得A混合液;
S20、称取B组份各原料,与重量为脂肪酸重量10倍的水混合搅拌均匀,得B混合液;
S30、取1/10~1/3的B混合液与A混合液搅拌均匀,然后加入水稀释至脂肪酸的浓度为2500~8000ppm;
S40、加入剩余的B混合液搅拌均匀,调节PH为8.2~9。
本发明所达到的有益效果:
本发明实施例的润滑液能够加速老化,润滑液能够更快地达到最佳使用状态,提高了生产效率。且本发明实施例的润滑液稳定性好,即使用硬水稀释也不影响润滑液的稳定性,不易变质。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明第一方面实施例提供了一种无滑移微丝拉拔用润滑液,按重量份数计,所述润滑液包括:A组份:脂肪酸5~15份;极压剂0.1~2份;表面活性剂0.01~0.5份;三乙醇胺0.1~0.5份;低级多元醇0.5~1份;B组份:醋酸锌0.01~0.1份;无机碱0.01~0.05份。
现有润滑液初配时新鲜乳液的的微观结构为球形分布的乳液颗粒,需经一端时间的拉拔后才能形成微观结构为片状结构的最佳润滑状态。本发明实施例种,B组份种Zn2+能够加速润滑液由球形颗粒向片状形貌的转变,加速润滑液的老化,使润滑液尽快达到最佳使用状态,提高了生产效率和拉拔质量。
无机碱便于调节润滑液的PH值,保证润滑效果和润滑液的稳定性。本发明实施例的润滑液减少了对矿物油等对环境污染较重的成分的使用,使用低级多元醇等对环境友好的成分,不仅保证了润滑效果,还有利于环保。
若无特殊说明,本发明实施例种“微丝拉拔”指钢丝(亦称碳钢钢丝)的拉拔。
根据本发明一个优选的实施例,所述无机碱为氢氧化钠和/或氢氧化钾。
根据本发明另一个优选的实施例,所述B组份还包括:0.01~0.1份的铜盐。
进一步地,所述铜盐选自碳酸铜、硫酸铜、氯化铜、氢氧化铜、醋酸铜中的至少一种。
根据本发明一个优选的实施例,所述脂肪酸选自油酸、山梨酸、月桂酸中的至少一种。
根据本发明一个优选的实施例,所述极压剂为含磷极压剂。
进一步地,所述含磷极压剂为磷酸酯、硫代磷酸酯中的至少一种,和二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、甘油磷酸盐中至少一种的混合物。更进一步地,甘油磷酸盐选自甘油磷酸铵、甘油磷酸钠、甘油磷酸钾、甘油磷酸钙和甘油磷酸镁的至少一种。
根据本发明一个优选的实施例,所述低级多元醇选自乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、丁二醇和戊二醇中的至少一种。
根据本发明一个优选的实施例,所述表面活性剂为山梨醇脂肪酸酯。如如司盘80。
本发明第二方面实施例还提供了一种制备上述无滑移微丝拉拔用润滑液的方法,包括以下步骤:
S10、称取A组份各原料,与重量为脂肪酸重量10倍的水混合搅拌均匀,得A混合液;
S20、称取B组份各原料,与重量为脂肪酸重量10倍的水混合搅拌均匀,得B混合液;
S30、取1/10~1/3的B混合液与A混合液搅拌均匀,然后加入水稀释至脂肪酸的浓度为2500~8000ppm;
S40、加入剩余的B混合液搅拌均匀,调节PH为8.2~9。
先取部分B混合液与A混合液搅拌均匀使润滑液初步老化,进一步加入剩余的B混合液不仅能够进一步加速润滑液老化,还可以调节PH值,提高润滑液的稳定性。
下面结合具体实施例对本发明实施例的润滑液做进一步说明,可以理解的是,本发明并不限于以下实施例。
以下实施例使用的“水”可以是去离子水、蒸馏水、软水或硬水,水的软硬度对实施例种润滑液无影响。
实施例一
称取A组份各原料:油酸5g;磷酸酯和甘油磷酸钠共0.1g(其中磷酸酯和甘油磷酸钠重量各占一半);司盘0.01g;三乙醇胺0.1g,乙二醇0.5g,与50g的水混合搅拌均匀,得A混合液;称取B组份各原料:醋酸锌0.01g;氢氧化钠0.01g,与50g水混合搅拌均匀,得B混合液;取1/10重量份的B混合液与A混合液搅拌均匀,然后加入水稀释至脂肪酸的浓度为2500ppm;加入剩余的B混合液搅拌均匀,调节PH为8.2。
润滑液微观形貌为为片状结构,润滑液于-2~40℃下12个月不变质,将3mm钢丝拉拔至0.1mm钢丝的拉拔过程中钢丝无断裂现象,钢丝表面光洁。
实施例二
称取A组份各原料:山梨酸15g;磷酸酯和甘油磷酸铵共2g;司盘0.03g;三乙醇胺0.5g,乙二醇1g,与150g的水混合搅拌均匀,得A混合液;称取B组份各原料:醋酸锌0.1g;氢氧化钠0.03g;硫酸铜0.03g,与15g的水混合搅拌均匀,得B混合液;取1/5重的B混合液与A混合液搅拌均匀,然后加入水稀释至脂肪酸的浓度为5000ppm;加入剩余的B混合液搅拌均匀,调节PH为9。
润滑液微观形貌为为片状结构,润滑液于-2~40℃下12个月不变质,将3mm钢丝拉拔至0.1mm钢丝的拉拔过程中钢丝无断裂现象,钢丝表面光洁。
实施例三
称取A组份各原料:月桂酸10g;硫代磷酸酯和二烷基二硫代磷酸锌共1g;司盘0.2g;三乙醇胺0.3g,乙二醇1g,100g的水混合搅拌均匀,得A混合液;称取B组份各原料:醋酸锌0.02g;氢氧化钾0.01g,与100g的水混合搅拌均匀,得B混合液;取1/3的B混合液与A混合液搅拌均匀,然后加入水稀释至脂肪酸的浓度为8000ppm;加入剩余的B混合液搅拌均匀,调节PH为9。
润滑液微观形貌为为片状结构,润滑液于-2~40℃下12个月不变质,将3mm钢丝拉拔至0.1mm钢丝的拉拔过程中钢丝无断裂现象,钢丝表面光洁。
对比例1
称取A组份各原料:硬脂酸10g;硫代磷酸酯和二烷基二硫代磷酸锌共1g;司盘0.2g;三乙醇胺0.3g,100g的水混合搅拌均匀,得A混合液;称取B组份各原料:醋酸锌0.02g;氢氧化钾0.01g,与100g的水混合搅拌均匀,得B混合液;取1/3的B混合液与A混合液搅拌均匀,然后加入水稀释至脂肪酸的浓度为8000ppm;加入剩余的B混合液搅拌均匀,调节PH为9。
润滑液微观形貌为为片状结构,润滑液于-2~40℃下8个月不变质,12个月时有轻微变质。将3mm钢丝拉拔至0.1mm钢丝的拉拔过程中钢丝无断裂现象,钢丝表面较光洁,光洁度比实施例三的稍差。
实施例四
称取A组份各原料:月桂酸10g;硫代磷酸酯和二烷基二硫代磷酸锌共1g;司盘0.2g;三乙醇胺0.3g,丙三醇1g,100g的水混合搅拌均匀,得A混合液;称取B组份各原料:醋酸锌0.02g;氢氧化钾0.01g,氢氧化铜0.01g,与100g的水混合搅拌均匀,得B混合液;取1/3的B混合液与A混合液搅拌均匀,然后加入水稀释至脂肪酸的浓度为6000ppm;加入剩余的B混合液搅拌均匀,调节PH为8.5。
润滑液微观形貌为为片状结构,润滑液于-2~40℃下12个月不变质,将3mm钢丝拉拔至0.1mm钢丝的拉拔过程中钢丝无断裂现象,钢丝表面光洁。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种无滑移微丝拉拔用润滑液,其特征在于,按重量份数计,所述润滑液包括:A组份:脂肪酸5~15份;极压剂0.1~2份;表面活性剂0.01~0.5份;三乙醇胺0.1~0.5份;低级多元醇0.5~1份;B组份:醋酸锌0.01~0.1份;无机碱0.01~0.05份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无滑移微丝拉拔用润滑液,其特征在于,所述无机碱为氢氧化钠和/或氢氧化钾。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无滑移微丝拉拔用润滑液,其特征在于,所述B组份还包括:0.01~0.1份的铜盐。
4.根据权利要求3所述的无滑移微丝拉拔用润滑液,其特征在于,所述铜盐选自碳酸铜、硫酸铜、氯化铜、氢氧化铜、醋酸铜中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无滑移微丝拉拔用润滑液,其特征在于,所述脂肪酸选自油酸、山梨酸、月桂酸中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的无滑移微丝拉拔用润滑液,其特征在于,所述极压剂为含磷极压剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的无滑移微丝拉拔用润滑液,其特征在于,所述含磷极压剂为磷酸酯、硫代磷酸酯中的至少一种,和二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、甘油磷酸盐中至少一种的混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的无滑移微丝拉拔用润滑液,其特征在于,所述低级多元醇选自乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、丁二醇和戊二醇中的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的无滑移微丝拉拔用润滑液,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为山梨醇脂肪酸酯。
10.制备权利要求1至9任一项所述无滑移微丝拉拔用润滑液的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S10、称取A组份各原料,与重量为脂肪酸重量10倍的水混合搅拌均匀,得A混合液;
S20、称取B组份各原料,与重量为脂肪酸重量10倍的水混合搅拌均匀,得B混合液;
S30、取1/10~1/3的B混合液与A混合液搅拌均匀,然后加入水稀释至脂肪酸的浓度为2500~8000ppm;
S40、加入剩余的B混合液搅拌均匀,调节PH为8.2~9。
