[技术领域]
本发明涉及固体润滑涂料及螺母,具体涉及具有低扭矩系数固体润滑涂料及螺母。
[背景技术]
螺母应用领域十分广泛,几乎应用于工业领域的各个方面,也因应用环境不同,对不同环境下的固体润滑涂覆层螺母提出了不同的的要求。专利文献 201310124180.X公开了一种具有固体润滑涂覆层的螺母及其使用方法,该现有技术达到的效果是螺母扭矩系数在0.1—0.13之间和0.14—0.17之间。但在实际的环境中,现有技术实现的扭矩系数满足不了部分工况的现实需要,要求固体润滑涂覆层要具有更低的扭矩系数。
[发明内容]
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种具有低扭矩系数固体润滑涂料,使螺母采用该固体润滑涂料后具有低范围扭矩系数。
为了实现上述目的,提供一种固体润滑涂料,包括:
主体组分:钙皂10-40重量份、聚三氟氯乙烯5-32重量份、氧化锑3-25重量份、氟化钡2-34重量份、磷酸锌1-15重量份和二硒化钼0-12重量份;
复合树脂组分:丙烯酸树脂16—44重量份、固化剂2-6重量份,二酚基丙烷型环氧树脂3-35重量份和聚酯树脂1-25重量份;
添加剂:邻苯二甲酸二乙酯0-3重量份、亚麻油酸皂1-5重量份和硬脂酸钙 0.1-3重量份;
稀释剂。
所述的稀释剂用量控制物料粘度在2#粘度杯的流出时间为50-160秒的范围。
所述的稀释剂优选是水。
本发明还包括一种螺母,在螺母的表面涂层中包括固体润滑涂层,所述的固体润滑涂层由上述的固体润滑涂料喷涂或浸涂后烧结得到。
进一步的,固体润滑涂层的厚度在2-12微米。
进一步的,所述的表面涂层由表及里依次包括:
a.固体润滑涂层,
b.镀锌层、磷化层、发黑层、锌铬涂层、电镀层中的一种。
本发明的固体润滑涂料可以使螺母具有低范围扭矩系数,系数范围控制在 0.06-0.1之间。
[具体实施方式]
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例针对螺母在现实使用过程中对更低扭矩系数的需求,通过优选性能优良的固体润滑材料,并对优选的固体润滑材料再经过复合、表面处理,获得润滑性、分散性、均匀性、浸润性优异的固体润滑粉体。复合固体润滑粉体有钙皂、聚三氟氯乙烯(PCTFF)、氧化锑、氟化钡、磷酸锌、二硒化钼等为组分元素。将获得的粉体加入到配方中的树脂中,再经过混合制成一种润滑性能优异的固体润滑涂料,最终实现了更低的扭矩系数,系数范围控制在0.06—0.1 之间。
具体实施是螺母固体润滑涂料是通过以钙皂、聚三氟氯乙烯(PCTFF)、氧化锑、氟化钡、磷酸锌、二硒化钼等为组分元素,混合后获得兼容性较好的高性能复合粉体,再把复合粉体加入到复合树脂中,制得高性能润滑涂料。
实施例1
固体润滑涂料的配方如下:
固体润滑剂主要组分:钙皂25克、聚三氟氯乙烯(PCTFF)32克、氧化锑 15克、氟化钡24克、磷酸锌15克、二硒化钼3克。
复合树脂主要组分:丙烯酸树脂16克、固化剂3克,二酚基丙烷型环氧树脂29克、聚酯树脂18克。
涂料添加剂为邻苯二甲酸二乙酯0.5克、亚麻油酸皂2.1克、硬脂酸钙1.5 克。
稀释剂:去离子水,涂料余量,根据外界气温28℃,用量控制物料粘度在 2#粘度杯的流出时间为80秒。
上述组分混合即可。当然,为了使其更好地与高分子材料结合,在主体加入树脂前,先加入添加剂,对主体组分表面进行活化处理。
在螺母上涂敷所述低扭矩系数固体润滑涂层的具体步骤如下:
第一步,采用常温中性脱脂剂,对螺母在机械加工过程中的各类油脂和灰尘、油渍等的微垃圾进行彻底的清除,并且用水清洗。水洗之后,用高压无油的高压气体吹干工件表面;
第二步,用稀料稀释所述的固体润滑涂料,根据实际环境温度,调整物料粘度在合适的范围,然后,喷涂或浸涂固体润滑涂料的方法;以获得涂层均匀,厚度一致的润滑涂层;
第三步,对螺母固体润滑涂层高温烧结。
螺母包括金属基材、镀锌层、磷化层、发黑层、锌铬涂层、电镀层等中的一种和固体润滑层,所述的金属基材为不同的金属材质钢,金属材质的表面做镀锌层、磷化层、发黑层、锌铬涂层、电镀层等中的一种进行表面处理,本案进行热镀锌处理。后涂敷固体润滑涂层。
对实施例1的固体润滑涂层进行性能测试
实施例2
固体润滑涂料的配方如下:
固体润滑剂主要组分:钙皂25克、聚三氟氯乙烯(PCTFF)28克、氧化锑 13克、氟化钡20克、磷酸锌14克、二硒化钼2克。

稀释剂:去离子水,涂料余量,根据外界气温30℃,用量控制物料粘度在 2#粘度杯的流出时间为70秒。
上述组分混合即可。当然,为了使其更好地与高分子材料结合,在主体加入树脂前,先加入添加剂,对主体组分表面进行活化处理。
在螺母上涂敷的步骤与实施例1相同。
对实施例2的固体润滑涂层进行性能测试:

稀释剂:去离子水,涂料余量,根据外界气温25℃,用量控制物料粘度在 2#粘度杯的流出时间为95秒。
在螺母上涂敷的步骤与实施例1相同。

复合树脂组分:丙烯酸树脂16—44重量份、固化剂2-6重量份,二酚基丙烷型环氧树脂3-35重量份和聚酯树脂1-25重量份;
添加剂:邻苯二甲酸二乙酯0-3重量份、亚麻油酸皂1-5重量份和硬脂酸钙0.1-3重量份;
稀释剂。

3.如权利要求1所述的固体润滑涂料,其特征在于所述的稀释剂用量控制物料粘度在2#粘度杯的流出时间为50-160秒的范围。
4.一种螺母,其特征在于在螺母的表面涂层中包括固体润滑涂层,所述的固体润滑涂层由权利要求1~3任一所述的固体润滑涂料喷涂或浸涂后烧结得到。
5.如权利要求4所述的螺母,其特征在于固体润滑涂层的厚度在2-12微米。
6.如权利要求4所述的螺母,其特征在于所述的表面涂层由表及里依次包括:
