背景技术
随着生活质量的提高,人们对服装产品的要求也越来越高,除了款式新颖,还要求具有一定的功能性。在现有的服装材料中,天然纤维如棉、毛、丝、麻,人造纤维如粘胶纤维,竹纤维等吸湿性能较好,但抗皱性能差;化学纤维如涤纶、锦纶、丙纶等抗皱性能好,但吸湿性能差,人穿着不舒适,人们一直在抗皱性和舒适性上作着艰难的选择。
抗皱面料是经特殊技术整理得到的,具有不同凡响的洗可穿免烫功能。它还具有如下特点:具有优良持久的防缩性能,家庭洗涤后几乎不缩水;织物的弹性大大提高,洗涤后无需熨烫,平整度可达3.5级以上。但现有的衣物面料,难以同时具备抗皱性及舒适性,无法满足人们的需求。
因此,亟需一种抗皱面料,可以同时解决抗皱的需求及舒适的需求。

(3)络筒整经工艺:采用络筒机将经线和纬线制成加捻筒子,将加捻筒子上的经线和纬线按整经工艺要求通过整经机制成经轴,再将所述经轴浸入浆液,之后烘干;

(6)烘干工艺:对经过染色工艺处理的面料进行烘干工艺处理,烘干温度100~120℃,时间30~40min;
(7)定型工艺:将柔软剂涂布于经过烘干工艺处理的面料表面。柔软剂溶液包括长链脂肪族类柔软剂溶液和/或氨基改性有机硅类柔软剂溶液。
实施例2
抗皱面料按照重量份包括以下原料:
其中,所述抗皱剂包括二羟甲基乙烯醛。
本申请实施例还公开了所述的抗皱面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取材工序:选取25~35份100S羊毛、25~35份聚氨酯弹性纤维、20~30份纳米陶瓷纤维、15~25份棉纤维、15~25份圣麻纤维、10~20份珍珠纤维、10~20份大豆蛋白纤维及8~15份醋酸纤维;
(2)交并工艺:将35份100S羊毛、35份聚氨酯弹性纤维、30份纳米陶瓷纤维及15份棉纤维送入并纱机中进行纱线交并形成混并经线,将25份圣麻纤维、20份珍珠纤维、20份大豆蛋白纤维及8份醋酸纤维送入并纱机中进行纱线交并形成混并纬线;
(3)络筒整经工艺:采用络筒机将经线和纬线制成加捻筒子,将加捻筒子上的经线和纬线按整经工艺要求通过整经机制成经轴,再将所述经轴浸入浆液,之后烘干;
(4)织造工艺:进行织造,形成面料;
(5)染色工艺:染缸入水,升温至40~50℃,加入兰纳洒脱染料及5份抗皱剂,继续升温至75~80℃,加入面料,染色20~40min,降温出缸;
(6)烘干工艺:对经过染色工艺处理的面料进行烘干工艺处理;烘干温度100~120℃,时间30~40min。
(7)定型工艺:将柔软剂溶液喷涂于经过烘干工艺处理的面料表面。柔软剂溶液包括长链脂肪族类柔软剂溶液。
其中,在步骤(5)前还包括低温预处理工艺,具体包括:对织造形成的面料进行清洗,将清洗后的面料浸渍于低温练漂剂中,然后轧液,之后水洗并烘干。
实施例3
抗皱面料按照重量份包括以下原料:
本实施例中抗皱面料的制备方法与实施例2相同。
对比例1
选取市面上的普通面料。
对实施例1~3及对比例1的面料进行性能测试,结果如表1。

可见,实施例1~3中的面料,相比对比例1的面料,抗皱性能较好。
本发明的抗皱面料,经线采用100S羊毛、聚氨酯弹性纤维、纳米陶瓷纤维及棉纤维,其保暖性、舒适性好,同时,纬线采用圣麻纤维、珍珠纤维、大豆蛋白纤维及醋酸纤维,经线与纬线交织捻合,质地厚实,不仅保证了保暖性及舒适性,还避免了面料起球的问题。同时,由于添加了抗皱剂,并结合特殊的制备方法,本发明的面料具有优异的抗皱性能。
最后,还需要说明的是,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者设备不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者设备所固有的要素。
Claims (8)
1.一种抗皱面料,其特征在于,所述抗皱面料按照重量份包括以下原料:
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗皱面料,其特征在于,所述抗皱剂包括二羟甲基乙烯醛。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗皱面料,其特征在于,所述抗皱面料按照重量份包括30份100S羊毛、30份聚氨酯弹性纤维、25份纳米陶瓷纤维、20份棉纤维、20份圣麻纤维、15份珍珠纤维、15份大豆蛋白纤维、12份醋酸纤维、8份抗皱剂。
4.权利要求1-3中任一项所述的抗皱面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)取材工序:选取25~35份100S羊毛、25~35份聚氨酯弹性纤维、20~30份纳米陶瓷纤维、15~25份棉纤维、15~25份圣麻纤维、10~20份珍珠纤维、10~20份大豆蛋白纤维及8~15份醋酸纤维;
(2)交并工艺:将25~35份100S羊毛、25~35份聚氨酯弹性纤维、20~30份纳米陶瓷纤维及15~25份棉纤维送入并纱机中进行纱线交并形成混并经线,将15~25份圣麻纤维、10~20份珍珠纤维、10~20份大豆蛋白纤维及8~15份醋酸纤维送入并纱机中进行纱线交并形成混并纬线;
(3)络筒整经工艺:采用络筒机将经线和纬线制成加捻筒子,将加捻筒子上的经线和纬线按整经工艺要求通过整经机制成经轴,再将所述经轴浸入浆液,之后烘干;
(4)织造工艺:进行织造,形成面料;
(5)染色工艺:染缸入水,升温至40~50℃,加入兰纳洒脱染料及5~10份抗皱剂,继续升温至75~80℃,加入面料,染色20~40min,降温出缸;
(6)烘干工艺:对经过染色工艺处理的面料进行烘干工艺处理;
(7)定型工艺:将柔软剂涂布于经过烘干工艺处理的面料表面。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤(5)前还包括低温预处理工艺,具体包括:对织造形成的面料进行清洗,将清洗后的面料浸渍于低温练漂剂中,然后轧液,之后水洗并烘干。
6.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(6)中烘干温度100~120℃,时间30~40min。
7.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(7)具体包括将柔软剂溶液喷涂于经过烘干工艺处理的面料表面。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述柔软剂溶液包括长链脂肪族类柔软剂溶液和/或氨基改性有机硅类柔软剂溶液。
