Abstract
本发明公开了一种关节镜用套管，用于关节镜手术入路保护，包括依次连接的入路端、管体和外端；所述入路端、所述管体和所述外端之间贯通地设有密封通道，所述入路端和所述外端均向所述管体的外部延伸，形成内外两侧低凸缘法兰结构，所述入路端和所述外端分别置入软组织的内外两层，将管体固定在软组织切口中，为后续的手术器械提供一个安全稳定的出入口。

技术领域
本发明属于医用器械技术领域，尤其涉及一种关节镜用套管。
背景技术
在进行关节镜手术时，由于缺少入路保护用具，在使用手术器械时很容易造成边缘软组织损伤，从而提高手术风险，目前手术过程种采用的是螺纹套管，螺纹套管由塑料制成，材料硬度大，在使用时医生需要利用套管管壁上的螺纹将套管旋入软组织切口，安装完成后手术器械则可以通过螺纹套管稳定出入手术区域，但是由于其材料与结构所限，在安装螺纹套管时其螺纹结构经常会造成软组织损伤，另外由于螺纹套管密封性能不良，在手术过程种常会有大量的灌洗液溢出，降低手术区域的视野清晰度。
但是如果能重新设计关节镜手术的保护套管，使其在保证原本功能的前提下，还能实现良好的密封性能和入路保护功能，在关节镜手术时不会对软组织造成损伤，就能够有效的提高手术效率和手术安全性。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种关节镜用套管，用于关节镜手术入路保护，包括依次连接的入路端、管体和外端；所述入路端、所述管体和所述外端之间贯通地设有密封通道，所述入路端和所述外端均向所述管体的外部延伸，形成内外两侧低凸缘法兰结构，所述入路端和所述外端分别置入软组织的内外两层，将管体固定在软组织切口中。
本发明提出的所述关节镜用套管中，所述密封通道的中部设有一密封片，所述密封片的方向与所述密封通道垂直。
本发明提出的所述关节镜用套管中，所述密封片预先切有三叉切口。
本发明提出的所述关节镜用套管中，所述入路端外侧凸缘的厚度小于所述外端。
本发明提出的所述关节镜用套管中，所述关节镜用套管采用柔性材料制成。
本发明提出的所述关节镜用套管中，所述关节镜用套管采用透明或半透明材料制成。
本发明提出的所述关节镜用套管中，所述关节镜用套管采用硅胶制成。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果：本发明套管采用软硅材料，手术过程中形成的切口更小，能够保护软组织和软骨。本发明的低凸缘双法兰的结构设计能够为手术器械提供更加稳定的通道，保证手术安全。本发明使用透明的材质能够提供更好的手术视野清晰程度。本发明在入路孔的密封通道预切了三叉切口，能够在起到防水作用的前提下保证手术器械顺利通过。

下面将结合示意图对本发明的关节镜用套管进行更详细的描述，其中表示了本发明的优选实施例，应该理解本领域技术人员可以修改在此描述的本发明，而仍然实现本发明的有利效果。因此，下列描述应当被理解为对于本领域技术人员的广泛知道，而并不作为对本发明的限制。
本发明提出了一种关节镜用套管，用于关节镜手术入路保护，包括依次连接的入路端1、管体2和外端3；所述入路端1、所述管体2和所述外端3之间贯通地设有密封通道4，所述入路端1和所述外端3均向所述管体2的外部延伸，形成内外两侧低凸缘法兰结构，所述入路端1和所述外端3分别置入软组织的内外两层，起到将管体2固定在软组织切口中。所述密封通道4的中部设有一密封片5，所述密封片5的方向与所述密封通道4垂直,确保手术过程中不会造成灌洗液大量溅出。所述密封片5预先切有三叉切口，保证手术器械可以从密封壁顺利通过。
本发明提出的所述关节镜用套管中，所述入路端1外侧凸缘的厚度小于所述外端3。
本发明提出的所述关节镜用套管中，所述关节镜用套管采用柔性材料、透明或半透明材料制成。优选地，所述关节镜用套管采用硅胶制成。透明的硅胶材料来提高手术视野的清晰度，同时提供了多种规格的硅胶管套以适应不同类型的手术切口。
实施例，
步骤一：如图3所示，利用手术钳夹住关节镜用套管入路端1，将其塞入软组织切口。
步骤二：如国4所示，将手术器械通过入路孔伸入软组织内。
步骤三：如图5所述，使用完毕后取出手术器械以及关节镜用套管。

1.一种关节镜用套管，用于关节镜手术入路保护，其特征在于，包括依次连接的入路端、管体和外端；所述入路端、所述管体和所述外端之间贯通地设有密封通道，所述入路端和所述外端均向所述管体的外部延伸，形成内外两侧低凸缘法兰结构，所述入路端和所述外端分别置入软组织的内外两层，将管体固定在软组织切口中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的关节镜用套管，其特征在于，所述密封通道的中部设有一密封片，所述密封片的方向与所述密封通道垂直。
3.根据权利要求2所述的关节镜用套管，其特征在于，所述密封片预先切有三叉切口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的关节镜用套管，其特征在于，所述入路端外侧凸缘的厚度小于所述外端。
5.根据权利要求1所述的关节镜用套管，其特征在于，所述关节镜用套管采用柔性材料制成。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述的关节镜用套管，其特征在于，所述关节镜用套管采用透明或半透明材料制成。
7.根据权利要求6所述的关节镜用套管，其特征在于，所述关节镜用套管采用硅胶制成。
