Abstract
本发明公开了一种处理乙氯生产的废液的工艺。该工艺包括如下步骤:(1)将乙氯废液在氨的加入下进行水解;(2)将经所述水解产生的废液在通入空气下进行氧化;(3)将氧化液进行蒸发提取铵盐。本发明的处理乙氯生产的废液的工艺采用以水解、氧化技术为核心的技术,降解废液中的有机物,具有恶臭的硫醇和硫醚能够被降解成CO2,H2O,硫酸根,最终系统排出水无恶臭气味。本工艺采用氨作为调节pH的药剂,使得废液降解后产生的了磷酸氢铵、硫酸铵、氯化铵的混合铵盐,铵盐可以用于化肥生产。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及环保工程技术领域,尤其涉及一种处理乙氯生产的废液的工艺。
背景技术
乙基氯化物,化学品名O,O-二乙基硫代磷酰氯、二乙基硫代磷酰氯,分子式C4H10O2PSCl。无色透明液体,不溶于水,易溶于脂肪、芳香系有机溶剂,如苯、乙醚等,是合成辛硫磷、乙基对硫磷等有机磷农药的专用中间体。以五硫化二磷为原料,同无水乙醇反应得到乙基硫化物,再与氯气反应,得到氯化物粗品。
氯残液为粗品乙氯蒸馏后剩余的残液。残液中有10%~25%的乙基氯化物以及一定量的多硫化物和二聚硫化物。虽然蒸馏残液可以送焚烧处理,但是总处理费用较高,并且焚烧残渣无利用价值,所以只有将残液变废为宝,才能降低总的生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对现有技术的上述不足,提出一种操作简单,效果好的处理乙氯生产的废液的工艺。
一种处理乙氯生产的废液的工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)将乙氯废液在氨的加入下进行水解;
(2)将经所述水解产生的废液在通入空气下进行氧化;
(3)将氧化液进行蒸发提取铵盐。
优选的,步骤(1)中所述的氨为工业氨水或氨气。
优选的,步骤(1)中水解前将废液稀释至2~21倍,水解pH为8~12,水解温度为95~245℃。
优选的,在密闭条件下水解。
优选的,步骤(2)中水解产生的废液在温度160℃~300℃和压力6.0~9.9Mpa的反应条件下氧化。
优选的,加入催化剂氧化。
优选的,所述催化剂为铜-银双金属纳米颗粒。
优选的,步骤(2)中所述空气供给量(Nm3/h)/废水量(m3/h)40~400倍。
优选的,步骤(3)中采用多效蒸发或MVR进行蒸发提盐。
优选的,所述铵盐为磷酸氢铵、硫酸铵、氯化铵种的一种或至少二种。
本发明的处理乙氯生产的废液的工艺采用以水解、氧化技术为核心的技术,降解废液中的有机物,具有恶臭的硫醇和硫醚能够被降解成CO2,H2O,硫酸根,最终系统排出水无恶臭气味。本工艺采用氨作为调节pH的药剂,使得废液降解后产生的了磷酸氢铵、硫酸铵、氯化铵的混合铵盐,铵盐可以用于化肥生产。
具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
某工厂生产乙氯,经过蒸发提纯后,产生乙氯废液,废液为黑色油状物,主要成分为乙基氯化物以及一定量的多硫化物和二聚硫化物;废液的另一大特点是含有硫醇和硫醚,具有恶臭气味,需要去除。
将工业产生的同一批乙氯中产生的废水进行下列处理工艺,对比处理前后废液中的COD。测得处理前废液中的COD为45400mg/L。
先进行水解,用水将蒸馏废液稀释21倍,用工业氨水将稀释后的废液pH调节至pH为8,密闭条件下水解,水解温度95℃。
对水解后的废液不加入催化剂进行氧化,使其中的难降解有机质氧化降解成小分子有机物,部分直接氧化成CO2、H2O,便于盐提取;其中,氧化的反应温度设置在160℃,反应压力6.0Mpa,空气供给量(Nm3/h)/废水量(m3/h)40倍。
将氧化液进行蒸发提取铵盐。蒸发除盐方法可选用多效蒸发。此蒸发工艺产出蒸发冷凝液可生化进一步处理排放或工艺应用。测量此蒸发工艺产出的蒸发冷凝液的COD为300 mg/L。
实施例1、2、3、4以及对比例1、2、3、4处理工艺如上,其操作条件测得产出的蒸发冷凝液的COD如下表:

从实施例2和实施例3可以得出,加入催化剂比不加催化剂处理废水的效果好;实施例4和对比例4可以得出采用铜-银双金属纳米颗粒作为催化剂进行氧化处理废水的效果比纳米SiO2作为催化剂进行氧化处理废水的效果好。
从上表可知,采用本发明的处理乙氯生产的废液的工艺能够有效的降解废液中的有机物,得到的废水符合工业排水的标准。

Claims (8)
1.一种处理乙氯生产的废液的工艺,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)将乙氯废液在氨的加入下进行水解;
(2)将经所述水解产生的废液在通入空气下进行氧化;
(3)将氧化液进行蒸发提取铵盐;
步骤(1)中水解前将废液稀释至2~21倍,水解pH为8~12,水解温度为95~245℃,步骤(2)中水解产生的废液在温度160℃~300℃和压力6.0~9.9MPa 的反应条件下氧化。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种处理乙氯生产的废液的工艺,其特征在于:步骤(1)中所述的氨为工业氨水或氨气。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种处理乙氯生产的废液的工艺,其特征在于:在密闭条件下水解。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种处理乙氯生产的废液的工艺,其特征在于:加入催化剂氧化。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种处理乙氯生产的废液的工艺,其特征在于:所述催化剂为铜-银双金属纳米颗粒。
6.如权利要求3所述的一种处理乙氯生产的废液的工艺,其特征在于:步骤(2)中所述空气供给量/废水量为40~400。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种处理乙氯生产的废液的工艺,其特征在于:步骤(3)中采用多效蒸发或MVR进行蒸发提盐。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种处理乙氯生产的废液的工艺,其特征在于:所述铵盐为磷酸氢铵、硫酸铵、氯化铵种的一种或至少二种。
