Technical Field
The invention relates to a glue rolling sand spreading and drying production line and a production method thereof.
Background
In the existing glue rolling sand spreading and drying production line, materials are transported from one functional box to another functional box, namely, the materials on the production line are transported through a material bearing and moving device. Because the production line is formed by connecting a plurality of functional boxes in series, and the working procedures of each functional box are all annular and mutually buckled, when one or more functional boxes fail and cannot work, a user needs to maintain the failed functional box, and then the whole production line is required to stop working, even if all functional boxes on the production line stop working, the failed functional box can be maintained. After maintenance is completed, the user also needs to adjust and check the mobile device in the production line, and when all the mobile devices meet the working requirements, the whole production line can be restarted. Therefore, the existing production line is inconvenient to maintain, not only delays working time, but also reduces production progress and production efficiency.
The existing sand-spreading cleaning device is generally provided with one sand-spreading roller, the sand-spreading roller is closely clung to the surface of sand for pushing sand during working, and when the humidity of the sand is uneven, the sand with high humidity is easily pushed away too much, so that the thickness of the sand-spreading is not as high as the required thickness; when the sand accumulation amount on each part of the sand paving surface is not fixed after sand is discharged, uneven thickness of a sand layer and uneven density of the sand layer are easily caused when sand is pushed, even no sand exists at the sand paving edge, and sand paving effect and sand mould printing quality are seriously affected; when the sanding work with different layer thicknesses is required, effective adjustment cannot be realized, and thus the production requirement cannot be met.
