Chinese patent application No.: 201710544479.9, the cosmetic brush cleaning machine comprises a water tank for containing water, a clamping device connected to the water tank for clamping a cosmetic brush, and a swinging device for swinging the clamping device, wherein the swinging device swings the clamping device on the water tank, so that the cosmetic brush clamped in the clamping device swings back and forth in the water tank for cleaning; the clamping device clamps the makeup brush, the swinging device drives the clamping device to circularly swing back and forth, so that the makeup brush clamped in the clamping device swings back and forth in the water tank to be cleaned, the makeup brush is clamped in the clamping device, and makeup impurities flow out to clean the makeup brush.
In the technical scheme, the cosmetic brush is clamped through the clamping device, and the swinging device drives the clamping device to swing in the water tank to clean the cosmetic brush; as is known, most of cosmetics for women are liquid, powder and paste, and are not easily dissolved, and particularly, for a combination that a pen tip and cosmetic liquid are arranged on the same cosmetic container, the cleaning effect of the combination cannot be met by cleaning the pen tip in an instant cleaning manner, so that the technical problem of incomplete cleaning exists in the technical scheme, and a great potential safety hazard exists.

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides a portable soaking and cleaning type eyeliner which is characterized in that in the process of sleeving a cap body on a main body, a cleaning part is driven to move through displacement change of a cleaning liquid storage part, and meanwhile, the cleaning liquid in the storage part is transferred to the cleaning part to be contacted with a pen point, so that soaking and cleaning are carried out, and the technical problem that combined cosmetics in the prior art are not completely cleaned is solved.

(2) after makeup is finished, the adsorption disc is driven by the cleaning liquid storage part to move, so that cleaning liquid in the adsorption disc is sucked into a cleaning space through the adsorption pipe and is compressed by the adsorption disc acting on the reset spring; when the washing liquid storage part is removed in the next use, the adsorption disc moves under the action of the elastic restoring force of the reset spring, waste liquid in the cleaning space is synchronously guided into the washing liquid storage part through the adsorption pipe, the pen point cleaning and the waste liquid discharging are realized in the process of separating from the cap body before and after the makeup, and the practicability of the washing liquid storage part is improved;
(3) the control part comprises a connecting sleeve, a rotary valve and a rotary sleeve, the rotary sleeve synchronously drives the rotary valve to rotate, and a baffle arranged on the rotary valve is matched with a flow port on the connecting sleeve to realize the communication and the closing of the liquid storage section and the temporary storage section; in addition, the control part controls the amount of the cosmetic liquid in the liquid storage section flowing into the temporary storage section, so that the cosmetic liquid outflow amount is close to the cosmetic amount, the waste of the cosmetic liquid is reduced, and meanwhile, the liquid storage section is isolated from the temporary storage section through the control part, so that the pollution risk of the cosmetic liquid in the liquid storage section can be reduced; in addition, the inside of the temporary storage section isolated by the control part is free of the cosmetic liquid, and in the process of cleaning the pen point, the cleaning liquid can enter the temporary storage section through the pen point to clean the inner wall of the temporary storage section, so that the cleanliness of the pen is further improved, and the use safety of the pen is improved;

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the cap body 2 is fitted over the used main body 1, and the pen tip 13 sequentially enters the washing section 23 through the mounting section 21 and the placing section 22; the cleaning liquid storage part 24 containing the cleaning liquid inside is sleeved on the cleaning part 23, the transfer component 231 is driven by the cleaning liquid storage part 24 to move, the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid storage part 24 is conveyed into the cleaning space 232, and the pen point 13 in the cleaning space 232 is soaked and cleaned; solves the technical problem of incomplete cleaning of the combined cosmetics in the prior art.
Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the transfer unit 231 includes an adsorption plate 233 disposed in the cleaning part 23 to reciprocate, and a return spring 234 for driving the adsorption plate 233 to move with an elastic restoring force; in this embodiment, the size of the cleaning space 232 is changed by the movement of the adsorption plate 232, so as to change the internal pressure thereof, and the transfer of the cleaning solution is realized by the difference between the internal pressure of the cleaning space 232 and the external pressure.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, 6 and 7, the placing portion 22 is located inside the washing portion 23, an annular cavity 235 communicating with the washing space 232 is formed therebetween, the placing portion 22 includes a passage 221 opened thereon through the nib 13, the passage 221 communicating with the washing space 232; the placement portion 22 is disposed in the cleaning portion 23, which is a preferred embodiment of the present embodiment, the placement portion 22 is fixedly disposed on the cleaning portion 23, and the pen tip 13 enters the cleaning space 232 through the channel 221.
As shown in fig. 3, 6 and 8, the suction pad 233 and the return spring 234 are sequentially disposed in the annular cavity 235 from top to bottom, and the suction pad 233 includes a plurality of driving lugs 2331 disposed thereon and contacting the cleaning solution storage portion 24; the return spring 234 is fixedly disposed on the top of the annular cavity 235 and connected to the suction plate 233, and in this embodiment, the number of the driving lugs 2331 is preferably two and is symmetrically disposed along the axis of the cleaning part 23.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 6 and 7, the cleaning part 23 further includes a plurality of guide grooves 236 opened thereon to communicate the annular cavity 235 with the outside, and an adsorption tube 237 disposed at the bottom of the cleaning part 23 to communicate the cleaning space 232 with the cleaning solution storage part 24, wherein the driving lug 2331 drives the adsorption disk 233 to move linearly along the guide grooves 236; the guide slots 236 are disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the driving lugs 2331, and the driving lugs 2331 extend through the guide slots 236 to the outside of the cleaning part 23.
Further, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the cleaning liquid storage portion 24 is a tubular structure with one end closed, and an accommodating area 241 for accommodating the cleaning liquid is opened inside the cleaning liquid storage portion; the cleaning liquid in the containing area 241 is a single-use cleaning liquid, the cleaning liquid storage portion 24 is sleeved on the cleaning portion 23, the adsorption tube 237 extends into the containing area 241, the outer wall of the cleaning liquid storage portion 24 pushes the driving lug 2331 to synchronously drive the adsorption disc 233 to move, and after the cleaning liquid in the containing area 241 is adsorbed into the cleaning space 232, the cleaning liquid is in the interior of the cap body 2 and is isolated from the exterior.
As shown in fig. 2, 4 and 5, the transfer unit 231 includes an adsorption plate 233 and a return spring 234, which can reciprocate, and after makeup is finished, the adsorption plate 233 is moved by the washing liquid storage unit 24 to suck the washing liquid in the adsorption plate 233 into the washing space 232 through the adsorption pipe 237, and the adsorption plate 233 acts on the return spring 234 to compress the washing liquid; when the cap body 2 is detached before and after makeup, the nib 13 is cleaned and the waste liquid is discharged by the suction pipe 237 while the suction plate 233 is moved by the elastic restoring force of the return spring 234 in the process of removing the cleaning liquid storage 24, and the waste liquid in the cleaning space 232 is simultaneously introduced into the cleaning liquid storage 24.

As shown in fig. 2, 4, 5, 9, 10 and 11, wherein the same or corresponding components as in the first embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals as in the first embodiment, only the differences from the first embodiment will be described below for the sake of convenience; the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that: still including set up in stock solution section 11 and store up the control part 3 between section 12 temporarily, this control part includes:
the connecting sleeve 31 is of a cylindrical structure, two ends of the connecting sleeve 31 are respectively connected with the liquid storage section 11 and the temporary storage section 12, and one end of the connecting sleeve 31 is provided with a flow port 311; in this embodiment, the number of the flow openings 311 is two and the flow openings are uniformly distributed along the axis of the connecting sleeve 31 in a circumferential manner;

the rotating sleeve 33 is sleeved on the outer circumferential surface of the connecting sleeve 31, and the swing rod 322 passes through a limiting groove 312 formed in the connecting sleeve 31 and is fixedly connected with the rotating sleeve 33; in this embodiment, the extending direction of the limiting groove 312 is perpendicular to the axis of the connecting sleeve 312, and the arc length of the limiting groove is a quarter of the length of the outer circumferential surface of the connecting sleeve 31.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the control portion 3 includes a connection sleeve 31, a rotary valve 32 and a rotary sleeve 33, the rotary sleeve 33 synchronously drives the rotary valve 32 to rotate, and a baffle 321 arranged on the rotary valve 32 is matched with a flow port 311 on the connection sleeve 31 to realize the communication and the closing of the interiors of the liquid storage section 11 and the temporary storage section 12; in addition, the control part 3 controls the amount of the cosmetic liquid in the liquid storage section 11 flowing into the temporary storage section 12, so that the cosmetic liquid outflow amount is close to the cosmetic amount, the waste of the cosmetic liquid is reduced, and meanwhile, the control part 3 isolates the liquid storage section 11 from the temporary storage section 12, so that the pollution risk of the cosmetic liquid in the liquid storage section 11 can be reduced; in addition, the inside of the temporary storage section 12 isolated by the control part 3 is not provided with the cosmetic liquid, and in the process of cleaning the pen point 13, the cleaning liquid can enter the temporary storage section 12 through the pen point 13 to clean the inner wall of the temporary storage section 12, so that the cleanliness of the invention is further improved, and the use safety of the invention is improved.
As shown in fig. 9, 10 and 11, the connection sleeve 31, the rotary valve 32 and the rotary sleeve 33 are coaxially arranged, and the flow port 311 and the baffle 321 are circumferentially arranged along the axis of the connection sleeve 31, and the number of the flow ports is at least one; the rotating sleeve 33 and the connecting sleeve 31 are arranged in a sealing fit manner.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the mounting portion 21 is detachably sleeved on the outer circumferential surface of the temporary storage section 12, and the mounting portion and the temporary storage section are arranged in a sealing and matching manner; the installation part 21 is in sealing fit with the temporary storage section 12 in a sleeving manner to form a closed cleaning space 232, so that the use effect of the adsorption disc 2333 for transferring the cleaning solution in an adsorption manner is improved.
