本发明公开了一种新型耐油防火板,包括:基材板、板芯层、耐油层,所述板芯上下两层再涂覆纤维树脂防火涂料层,所述耐油层为玻纤维素,所述防火涂料层组成成分按照质量份数计如下:硼酸铝5‑8份、三氧化二碳2‑4份、氢氧化钠4‑6份、聚磷酸酯3‑5份、肥沃土7‑10份、硝酸铵6‑9份、贝壳粉10‑12份、促进剂2‑4份,所述板芯层锌铝合金材料,为所述纤维树脂是由醇酸树脂纤维和改性聚碳酸酯纤维混合用防火粘胶剂粘结为一体。通过上述方式,本发明能够有效提高防火板的耐油性和稳定性的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑材料,特别涉及一种新型耐油防火板。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,现代都市人对于房屋家居的要求越来越高,对于板材是否对人们的身心健康有影响关注的越来越高,对耐油板材的要求也越来越高,正常建筑、家居使用的防火板对耐热,耐油都有一定的要求,现有的防火板往往达不到要求,所以对耐油性高又稳定的防火板需求更加凸显。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型耐油防火板,能够有效提高防火板的耐油性和稳定性的优点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种新型耐油防火板,包括:基材板、板芯层、耐油层,所述板芯上下两层再涂覆纤维树脂防火涂料层,所述耐油层为玻纤维素,所述防火涂料层组成成分按照质量份数计如下:硼酸铝5-8份、三氧化二碳2-4份、氢氧化钠4-6份、聚磷酸酯3-5份、肥沃土7-10份、硝酸铵6-9份、贝壳粉10-12份、促进剂2-4份,所述板芯层锌铝合金材料,为所述纤维树脂是由醇酸树脂纤维和改性聚碳酸酯纤维混合用防火粘胶剂粘结为一体。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述基材板为横截面长方体。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防火涂料层厚度为0.3-0.5mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述板芯层包括成分配比为:锌占含量的52%,铝占含量的48%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述纤维树脂包括成分配比为:醇酸树脂纤维67%,改性聚碳酸酯纤维33%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防火粘胶剂为甲基硅橡胶。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种新型耐油防火板,能够有效提高防火板的耐油性和稳定性的优点。

一种新型耐油防火板,包括:基材板、板芯层、耐油层,所述板芯上下两层再涂覆纤维树脂防火涂料层,所述耐油层为玻纤维素,所述防火涂料层组成成分按照质量份数计如下:硼酸铝6份、三氧化二碳3份、氢氧化钠5份、聚磷酸酯4份、肥沃土8份、硝酸铵7份、贝壳粉11份、促进剂3份,所述板芯层锌铝合金材料,为所述纤维树脂是由醇酸树脂纤维和改性聚碳酸酯纤维混合用防火粘胶剂粘结为一体;所述基材板为横截面长方体;所述防火涂料层厚度为0.4mm;所述板芯层包括成分配比为:锌占含量的52%,铝占含量的48%;所述纤维树脂包括成分配比为:醇酸树脂纤维67%,改性聚碳酸酯纤维33%;所述防火粘胶剂为甲基硅橡胶。
区别于现有技术,本发明一种新型耐油防火板,采用板芯上下两层涂覆纤维树脂防火涂料层,能够有效提高防火板的耐油性和稳定性的优点。
