Abstract
一种甲醇汽化器,由1、2内外加热筒壳,4电加热器,5铸铝填料,3、6甲醇汽化螺旋管输入输出口和7保温层组成。因铸铝填料为导热体,从而使甲醇汽化螺旋管受热时间变长,加热效果更好;另外加工过程是隔填料层加热,所以又相对安全。整个汽化过程加热效率高,输出甲醇汽化加速快,气体温度升高快,省去了甲醇汽的二级加热流程。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工技术领域,特别是涉及一种液体蒸发装置。
背景技术
为了使甲醇充分燃烧或转化,在化工技术系统中,需要把甲醇汽化,然后进行下一步工序。目前汽化都是直接用电加热器装在甲醇封闭的桶中进行电加热。为了安全,温度都是控制在100度以下,但存在着不安全因素。当电加热管老化出现打火、烧结或过热时就会引起不安全事故,并且汽化温度太低达不到下一步高温反应要求,还需要进一步对甲醇汽化进一步加热。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种甲醇汽化器,用铝或铜做导热载体,把电加热管和甲醇汽化管铸在一起。电加热管直接加热铝或铜载体,通过铝导热给甲醇汽化管,这样当电加热管老化而出现打火、烧结明火时,影响不到甲醇汽,从而保证了安全。更重要的是可以提高汽化温度,由原来的100度提高到240度,一次加热就能达到下一步重整裂解反应所需温度,省去了二次对甲醇汽的再加热,能够解决目前二次对甲醇汽加热和存在安全隐患的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种甲醇汽化器。
根据工程需要甲醇汽的量定制甲醇汽化管的直径和长度,然后把不锈钢或铜汽化管做成螺旋状态,它的优点是:1、可使所需量的甲醇长时间在加热区内受热,在甲醇气输出口形成一定压力。2、把螺旋管固定在加汽化容器筒内与筒壁保持一定距离,电加热器与螺旋管也保持2厘米距离,同时把电加热器做成直线形状,固定在汽化容器内且均匀分布,方便维修和更换。3、电加热器与螺旋管在汽化器容器筒内固定好后浇铸铝,再加内外保温层,当电加热器通电后电热能通过铝传递给甲醇螺旋管。当注入甲醇后就可以汽化加热反应,可以通过温控仪调节所需输出甲醇气温度。

具体实施方式
把电加热管6通电后加热,用甲醇计量泵通过5注入甲醇,甲醇通过螺旋管汽化后从3 输出,根据需要量定6电加热管的功率,能理想的使甲醇汽化并一步加热到240度,正好适应下步裂解反应温度,此发明不但省去了第二步加热程序,同时也提高了安全性。通过温控仪根据所需设定温控仪的加热上下线。
实施例:
电加热管6均匀安装在汽化器内共6只,每只1.5kw共9kw,通电对铸铝4加热。开启甲醇计量泵,定量为每小时100公斤,泵入甲醇汽化管5甲醇进口,在3甲醇蒸汽出口就能输出200至240度,压力为0.1mpa的甲醇蒸汽,为下一步工序甲醇制氢催化反应中需要温度190至250度提供了所需温度,省去了二次加热设备。

1.一种甲醇汽化器,它的特征是:甲醇加热器通过铝导热体加热甲醇汽化管。
2.根据权利要求1所述,甲醇汽化管做成螺旋状。
3.根据权利要求1所述,甲醇加热管为直线状,有利于维修和更换。
4.根据权利要求1所述,甲醇汽化器外加保温层,防止热能损耗。
