技术领域
本发明涉及一种氨纶纺丝油剂,特别涉及一种氨纶纺丝用无硅油剂。
背景技术
聚氨酯弹性纤维通常是指在合成纤维中含有至少85%聚氨酯链段的纤维,在 美国,聚氨酯弹性纤维的商业名称通称为斯潘德克斯(spandex),英国为埃拉斯坦(Elastane),日本为ESPA。但世界各国大多沿用了美国的叫法,将这类纤维称为 Spandex,目前,我国按传统纤维的命名习惯,称这类弹性纤维为氨纶。氨纶真正 的大规模商业化生产是由美国杜邦(Du Pont)公司于1958年实现的,初期的商 品名为菲波K,后改为目前十分著名的商品名—莱卡(Lycra),于1962年投入大 规模商业化生产。由于其优异的机械性能和特性,世界各国相继投资生产。我国 氨纶的生产始于1986年的山东烟台氨纶厂,进入21世纪,到目前已形成产能约 50万吨的规模,跃居全球氨纶生产第一位。
伴随着氨纶产能快速增长,其纺丝油剂的使用量快速增加,早期市场上氨纶油 剂主要由日本竹本、松本,美国高尔斯顿等厂商垄断,而近年,国内也涌现出部分 厂家,包括宁波希科、山东大易、北京中纺海天等,其生产的油剂也基本能满足大 部分氨纶厂商的需求。但是,不管是进口油剂还是国产油剂,其主要成分都是硅油 与矿物油,再加部分助剂。如专利US4999120所述的油剂主要有二甲基硅油,聚氧 乙烯脂肪醇等组成;专利US37175575,专利J5-117976、J3-51374所述的氨纶油剂 都是由矿物油、硅油及氨基改性硅油组成;专利CN101666040B所述的一种聚氨酯 弹性纤维处理剂主要由硅油、矿物油做基质,高碳异构醇、MQ型硅树脂、三硅氧 烷聚醚磷酸酯等组成;专利CN10182475、1696395、101597864B所述的氨纶油剂 也主要为硅油、矿物油、不同抗静电剂等组成。
本发明的一种氨纶无硅油剂,所含的原料都无硅元素存在,本发明的油剂不但 能维持普通氨纶油剂的良好的解舒性与抗静电性,同时由于其不含硅油等含硅物质, 所以含氨纶的织物在后道染色之前,油剂被水洗到排放的污水中更容易降解,降低 了对环境的污染程度。
其次,现有氨纶废丝回纺时因废丝表面存在含硅油剂,氨纶废丝溶解后制备的 纺丝原液在甬道内高温时所含的硅原料易被氧化成二氧化硅,二氧化硅随热风在回 收的过程中沾附在上甬道的回风滤网上造成堵塞(江苏侨新纤维有限公司、江苏泽 成纤维有限公司目前都存在此问题),最终导致生产异常,需定期清理过滤网来维持 生产稳定。而本发明的油剂如被普遍推广,则可避免此问题的出现。
发明内容
技术问题:本发明的目的是提供的一种氨纶无硅油剂,通过添加的乳化剂组合,使其具有含硅油油剂的油膜强度(油膜强度:油膜具有抵抗压力不破裂,并能保持足 够油膜厚度,从而防止磨擦面直接接触的能力。硅油的作用主要是提供油膜强度与退 绕性能),保证油剂在纤维表面具有良好的附着力,而通过特殊的润滑剂组合,保持 其与常规氨纶油剂同等的退绕效果。
技术方案:本发明所提供的一种氨纶无硅油剂由以下组分组成:

所述的矿物油选自40摄氏度时运动粘度为5-50cst和40摄氏度时运动粘度为150-500cst的矿物油中的至少两种或两种以上的混合物。
所述的矿物油选自40摄氏度时运动粘度为5-50cst至少一种或多种以上的混合物。
所述的矿物油选自40摄氏度时运动粘度为150-500cst至少一种或多种以上的 混合物。
所述的矿物油选自40摄氏度时运动粘度为5-50cst与选自40摄氏度时运动粘 度为150-500cst的两类矿物油的混合物,该两类矿物油的混合物的质量比在50:1 至2:1之间。
所述的乳化剂为油酸、油酸盐、油酸甲酯、油酸异辛酯、亚油酸盐、亚油酸甲 酯、亚油酸异辛酯、棕榈酸、棕榈酸异辛酯、乙二醇月桂酸酯、乙二醇月桂酸酯、 2,6,10,14-四甲基十五烷、正二十烷、正十二醇、正十六醇、正二十醇中的至少两 种。
所述的油酸盐为油酸三乙醇铵盐、油酸磷酸盐、油酸盐酸盐、金属油酸盐中的 至少一种。
所述的亚油酸盐为亚油酸钾盐、亚油酸钠盐中的至少一种。
所述的抗静电剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧 乙烯硫酸盐、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸酯/单酯二钠盐、十六烷基磷酸酯盐、十 六烷基二苯基醚单磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸盐、十二烷基磺酸盐、十二烷基硫酸单乙 醇胺、十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸三乙醇胺、十六烷基磺酸盐、新型磷酸酯两性表面 活性剂中的至少一种。
所述的润滑剂为硬脂酸、硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸丁酯、油酰胺、乙撑双硬脂酰胺、 (Z,Z)-N,N’-1,2-乙二亚基双-9-十八烯酰胺中的至少一种。
所述的搅拌为带齿3XK型搅拌器。
所述的搅拌器运行时速度为0-1500rpm。
有益效果:本发明的一种氨纶无硅油剂具有如下有益效果:
1.保持现有油剂的油膜强度,抗静电性及退绕性能;
2.易降解,不会对环境造成永久污染;
3.不含硅油的氨纶废丝,在后续回收再纺丝时不会产生甬道滤网堵塞的问题。
具体实施方式
下面用具体的实施例来详细描述本发明,但这些实施例不得理解为任何意义上对本发明的限制。
实施例1:
取6800g矿物油(15#),200g矿物油(200#),1000g亚油酸钠,800g棕榈酸 异辛酯,500g脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,200g硬脂酸镁,500g硬脂酸丁酯加入到搅拌罐 中,在氮气环境中加热至80℃,之后搅拌90分钟,再自然冷却到室温制得。
实施例2:
取7000g矿物油(10#),200g矿物油(200#),700g油酸三乙醇铵盐,950g棕 榈酸异辛酯,450g脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸盐,250g硬脂酸镁,450g硬脂酸丁酯加 入到搅拌罐中,在氮气环境中加热至80℃,之后搅拌90分钟,再自然冷却到室温 制得。
实施例3:
取7000g矿物油(10#),300g矿物油(200#),800g亚油酸钠,700g油酸三乙 醇铵盐,500g脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸盐,200g油酰胺,500g硬脂酸丁酯加入到搅 拌罐中,在氮气环境中加热至75℃,之后搅拌90分钟,再自然冷却到室温制得。
实施例4:
取7400g矿物油(7#),100g矿物油(300#),1000g乙二醇月桂酸酯,900g月 桂醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸酯钠盐,600g硬脂酸镁加入到搅拌罐中,在氮气环境中 加热至80℃,之后搅拌90分钟,再自然冷却到室温制得。
实施例5:
取6300g矿物油(15#),200g矿物油(200#),400g亚油酸钠,500g油酸三乙 醇铵盐,500g棕榈酸异辛酯,500g脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸盐,150g硬脂酸镁、50g 油酰胺,400g硬脂酸丁酯加入到搅拌罐中,在氮气环境中加热至80℃,之后搅拌 90分钟,再自然冷却到室温制得。
将实施例与普通进口油剂、国产油剂在分别氨纶40D产品上进行对比实验,具 体请见下表:

从上表数据对比看出,本发明的无硅油剂与国产及进口油剂在氨纶上使用后的各项性能比较接近。
以上实施例仅仅是对本发明的优选实施方式进行描述,并非对本发明进行限制,在不脱离本发明设计精神的前提下,本领域普通技术人员对本发明的技术方案做出 的各种改进,均应落入本发明确定的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种氨纶无硅油剂,其特征在于该无硅油剂的各组分质量百分含量为:
矿物油 20-90%
乳化剂 1-40%
抗静电剂 1-20%
润滑剂 1-45%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种氨纶无硅油剂,其特征在于所述的矿物油选自40摄氏度时运动粘度为5-50cst和40摄氏度时运动粘度为150-500cst的矿物油中的至少两种或两种以上的混合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种氨纶无硅油剂,其特征在于所述的矿物油选自40摄氏度时运动粘度为5-50cst至少一种或多种以上的混合物。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种氨纶无硅油剂,其特征在于所述的矿物油选自40摄氏度时运动粘度为150-500cst至少一种或多种以上的混合物。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种氨纶无硅油剂,其特征在于所述的矿物油选自40摄氏度时运动粘度为5-50cst与选自40摄氏度时运动粘度为150-500cst的两类矿物油的混合物,该两类矿物油的混合物的质量比在50:1至2:1之间。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种氨纶无硅油剂,其特征在于所述的乳化剂为油酸、油酸盐、油酸甲酯、油酸异辛酯、亚油酸盐、亚油酸甲酯、亚油酸异辛酯、棕榈酸、棕榈酸异辛酯、乙二醇月桂酸酯、乙二醇月桂酸酯、2,6,10,14-四甲基十五烷、正二十烷、正十二醇、正十六醇或正二十醇中的至少两种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种氨纶无硅油剂,其特征在于所述的油酸盐为油酸三乙醇铵盐、油酸磷酸盐、油酸盐酸盐或金属油酸盐中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种氨纶无硅油剂,其特征在于所述的亚油酸盐为亚油酸钾盐或亚油酸钠盐中的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种氨纶无硅油剂,其特征在于所述的抗静电剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯硫酸盐、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸酯/单酯二钠盐、十六烷基磷酸酯盐、十六烷基二苯基醚单磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸盐、十二烷基磺酸盐、十二烷基硫酸单乙醇胺、十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸三乙醇胺、十六烷基磺酸盐或磷酸酯两性表面活性剂中的一种或多种。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种氨纶无硅油剂,其特征在于所述的润滑剂为硬脂酸、硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸丁酯、油酰胺、乙撑双硬脂酰胺、(Z,Z)-N,N’-1,2-乙二亚基双-9-十八烯酰胺中的一种或多种。
