现有技术
技术领域
本发明涉及用于家庭、公众或工业用途等的电器、设备、仪器及装置的领域,其用于冷却产品或者冷却包含产品的包装,优选指大量消耗品(例如饮料),并且更具体地说是容器或罐。更加具体的说,本发明是用于这些产品的选择性冷却装置,并且主要在家用冰箱中改善了对这些产品的触及。
背景技术
用于无论是用于工业、家庭还是公共用途的一般产品的冰箱、分配装置等是由其内部包含所谓的冷藏室或冷却室的隔热的箱盒组成。家用冰箱中,此箱盒的内部通常分为两部分:一部分用于在主室冷却一般产品(主要是食品),该主室装配有主通道门,并且另一部分位于第一部分上方或下方致力于某些特殊产品的更强力冷却(冷冻)。冷冻器通常比一般部段更小,并且可以达到低至-20℃的温度,然而在主室或者一般室中,温度正常地是约6℃,这对于存储其中的产品是足够的。
然而,对于一些产品,这些温度方案都不是最适合保藏它们以用于享用的。例如,根据一些国家的习惯(尤其在南美洲)罐装啤酒是可以用冰箱主室的6℃以下、但用冷冻器的-20℃以上的温度来享用的典型的产品。而且,传统冰箱不包括专门的为饮品罐设计的存储空间,一般情况下,这些饮料罐存储在主门的一些不方便区域。这进而意味着,当打开和关闭门时,罐从一侧突然移动到另一侧,使得饮料将被晃动导致其打开时溢出。
存在被设计来针对诸如啤酒的产品产生和维持所希望的温度的冰箱,不过它们是用于专门场所的特殊冷藏设备,如餐馆、酒铺、自动贩卖机等。然而,被适配以用于或具有特殊隔室以用于以分区的温度来保藏啤酒和其他产品、并且提供对所述产品简单、快速和选择性触及的家用冰箱在现有技术中是未知的。
出于此原因,无论是工厂装配好的或与现有家用冰箱相适配的新装置是有价值的便利装置。其会使得能够使用冷藏室的最冷部分的制冷能力来以正确的温度保存产品(例如呈罐的形式的、用于不同产品的容器),并且提供对这些产品的直接触及而无需打开电器其他部段并且避免罐的猛烈移动。
发明内容
因此本发明的一个目的是提供一种用于冰箱的冷却装置,所述冷却装置使得能够产生针对有如此要求的产品的处于选定的和受控的温度下的空间,并且提供直接触及这些产品而无须打开冰箱的其他的室。
本发明的另一目标是提供一种用于冰箱的冷却装置,其中所述电器可以具有一个或多个门,在所述门的至少一个门(优选的是提供到最冷的室的通道的门)处包括用来存储和保存不同产品的隔室。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种用于冰箱的冷却装置,所述冷却装置防止存储在其中的罐的突然移动。

具体实施方式
现在参考附图,可以看到本发明包含新的冷却装置,该冷却装置具有针对有如此要求的产品(尤其是罐装饮料)的选定的和受控的温度,从而使得能够存放和取出所述产品而不打开其他冷藏室,并且避免所述罐的可能引起其在打开时溢出的突然移动。
因此,根据图1至6,本发明的用于冰箱的冷却装置由整体参考结构1表示并且可以用在具有主通道门的冰箱2中,所述冰箱具有主冷却区以及带有通道门4的冷冻器3,该冷却区带有到所述主区的主通道门。其中所述通道门4包含隔室,该隔室由前面板5、内面板6以及用于例如罐8的消费产品的倾斜存储结构7限定。
所述前面板5配备有与枢转密封盖件10一起的观察/取出窗口9,密封盖件枢转附接至窗口9的顶部、并且其与前面板5上提供的启用按钮11可操作地连接。因此,如图6所示,当按钮11被按下,其启用触发器18,触发器打开密封盖件10,使其向上枢转并使罐8能够通过窗口9取出。强调的是,所述密封盖件10是通过铰链系统(未示出)安装在窗口9上,使得所述盖件10可以由选自具有隔热能力的塑料组成的组的材料制成。而且,所述前面板5可以装配有显示屏12以指明隔室内的温度。
所述内面板6配备有许多槽缝13,这些槽缝允许从冷藏室3到隔室(并且反之亦然)的冷空气通过和循环,以便维持容器或罐恒定的温度。同样的,所述内面板6具有位于其上部部分的装载窗口14。倾斜存储空间7的结构由水平“V”形分开的斜坡15组成,其具有起始上部部段16和终止下部部段17。前面板5上的所述观察/取出窗口9与起始上部部段16和下部终止部段17重合,而内面板6的装载窗口14与起始上部部段16重合。
因此,罐8是通过装载窗口14装载或者存放的,通过重力从上部部段16移动至下部部段17的,并且可以通过按压启用按钮11打开所述盖件遮板10来通过观察/取出窗口9抽出。因为它们受到重力,随着罐被一个接一个取出,在分开的斜坡15的下部部段17中自动地且按顺序地执行对这些罐的替代。
同样的,此倾斜存储结构7包括增强塑料材料、铝和钢。通过用至少一个开口铰接组件,所述前面板5、所述倾斜存储结构7以及所述内面板6在冰箱2内形成枢转组件以用于触及冷藏室3。所强调的是,所述倾斜储存室7可以装配有至少一个温度传感器(未示出),其连接至所述显示屏12。

Claims (9)
1.鉴于以上情况,基于以下独立权利要求寻求保护:
一种用于冰箱的冷却装置,所述冰箱的类型是具有到所述冰箱的至少一个冷藏室的至少一个通道门,其特征在于:
所述至少一个通道门包括隔室,所述隔室由前面板、内面板和倾斜的消费产品存储结构限定,
所述前面板配备有与枢转密封盖件相结合的观察/取出窗口,而所述内面板配备有多个槽缝和装载窗口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于冰箱的冷却装置,其特征在于,所述冰箱具有:主冷却部段,所述主冷却部段带有到所述主部段的主通道门;以及带有通道门的冷冻器区,所述通道门是到所述冰箱的冷藏室的通道门。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于冰箱的冷却装置,其中,所述倾斜的存储结构由分开的水平“V”形的斜坡组成,所述斜坡具有起始上部部段与终止下部部段,并且所述存储结构是由加强塑料材料、铝、钢或其组合制成的。
4.根据权利要求1至3所述的用于冰箱的冷却装置,其特征在于,所述前面板上的所述观察/取出窗口与所述分开的斜坡的起始上部部段和终止下部部段重合,而所述枢转密封盖件被枢转安装在所述提取窗口的顶部。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于冰箱的冷却装置,其特征在于,所述枢转密封盖件通过触发器而可操作地连接至所述前面板上的启用按钮,所述盖件由选自具有隔热能力的塑料材料的组的材料制成。
6.根据权利要求1和4所述的用于冰箱的冷却装置,其特征在于,所述内面板上的所述装载窗口与所述分开的斜坡的初始上部部段重合。
7.根据权利要求1、3和6所述的用于冰箱的冷却装置,其特征在于,通过至少一个第一开口铰链组件,所述冰箱的门的所述前面板、所述倾斜的存储结构以及所述内面板在所述冰箱中形成枢转组件以用于触及所述冷藏室。
8.根据权利要求7所述的用于冰箱的冷却装置,其特征在于,所述倾斜的存储结构具有至少一个温度传感器。
9.根据权利要求7所述的用于冰箱的冷却装置,其特征在于,所述前面板在所述隔室内具有温度显示屏。
