Abstract

本发明涉及一种运输桶的固定装置，其包括前端夹持块、后端第一夹持块以及后端第二夹持块；前端夹持块向后延伸地设置有连接臂，后端第一夹持块、后端第二夹持块均与连接臂的另一端固定连接；后端第一夹持块与后端第二夹持块之间设置有间隙，前端夹持块的宽度小于或者等于后端第一夹持块与后端第二夹持块之间的间隙的宽度，后端第一夹持块、后端第二夹持块关于前端夹持块的中心平面镜像对称。本发明可以将若干个薄型桶的提手相互固定进行运输，从而可以防止薄型桶因运输过程中的震动而摩花或者损坏；可以将运输桶的固定装置依次叠放并固定，便于收纳存放；使用操作比较方便。

一种运输桶的固定装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种运输桶的固定装置。
背景技术
由于场地的限制，在薄型的桶的的生产过程中，经常需要将批量的薄型的桶半成品或成品运输到其他场地的情况，比如，需要将薄型的桶的成品运输到外仓库进行储存。目前，都是将薄型的桶依次排列在车厢内进行运输；车辆行驶过程中产生的震动，容易导致薄型的桶摩花或者损坏。
CN201720257883.3公开了一种固定装置，可以对涂料桶进行固定，且可以维护周围。其结构包括一对相对设置的第一弧形卡和第二弧形卡，第一弧形卡和第二弧形卡的其中一端通过铰接轴相铰接，第一弧形卡的另一端固定设有扎带，扎带上均布有通孔，第二弧形卡的另一端设有与通孔相配合的凸柱和橡胶套；所述的第一弧形卡的外侧横向固定设有一支撑板，所述的支撑板的靠近外端部的上表面嵌有与涂料提手相配合的凹槽，支撑板的外侧固定设有与涂料刷相配合的挂钩；所述的支撑板底部向外侧倾斜设有一辅助支板。但固定装置的结构复杂，而且只能单一的固定一个桶。
因此，有必要提供运输桶的固定装置解决上述问题。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种运输桶的固定装置，可以将若干个薄型提手相互固定进行运输，从而可以防止薄型桶因运输过程中的震动而摩花或者损坏。
本发明采取的详细技术方案为：一种运输桶的固定装置，其包括前端夹持块、后端第一夹持块以及后端第二夹持块；前端夹持块向后延伸地设置有连接臂，后端第一夹持块、后端第二夹持块均与连接臂的另一端固定连接；后端第一夹持块与后端第二夹持块之间设置有间隙，前端夹持块的宽度小于或者等于后端第一夹持块与后端第二夹持块之间的间隙的宽度，后端第一夹持块、后端第二夹持块关于前端夹持块的中心平面镜像对称，连接臂关于前端夹持块的中心平面镜像对称，前端夹持块、后端第一夹持块以及后端第二夹持块均设置有凹陷的卡槽。
进一步地，卡槽的内壁向内延伸地设置有导向斜面。
便于将提手卡入卡槽，还可以防止提手卡入卡槽后从卡槽脱落，提高桶固定装置的稳定性。
进一步地，连接臂的顶端面、连接臂的底端面分别设置有收纳凸起、收纳凹槽；收纳凸起的断面、收纳凹槽的断面形状相同。
可以将桶固定装置依次叠放并固定，便于收纳存放。
进一步地，前端夹持块、后端第一夹持块以及后端第二夹持块的厚度相等，前端夹持块、后端第一夹持块以及后端第二夹持块与连接臂顶端平齐，且前端夹持块的厚度大于连接臂的厚度。
可以将手从连接臂的下方穿过，便于将桶固定装置从提手上取下。
进一步地，还包括磁性板以及磁吸板，磁吸板固定设置有两个模拟提手侧板，两个模拟提手侧板之间固定设置有模拟提手。
可以进一步地防止薄型桶因运输过程中的震动而摩花或者损坏。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有如下有益效果：1、可以将若干个薄型桶的提手相互固定进行运输，从而可以防止薄型桶因运输过程中的震动而摩花或者损坏；2、可以将桶固定装置依次叠放并固定，便于收纳存放；3、使用操作比较方便。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明的附图，对本发明的技术方案进行说明。
实施例一，本实施例为一种运输桶的固定装置。
本实施例的一种运输桶的固定装置，其包括前端夹持块1、后端第一夹持块2以及后端第二夹持块3；前端夹持块1向后延伸地设置有连接臂4，后端第一夹持块2、后端第二夹持块3均与连接臂4的另一端固定连接；后端第一夹持块2与后端第二夹持块3之间设置有间隙，前端夹持块1的宽度小于或者等于后端第一夹持块2与后端第二夹持块3之间的间隙的宽度。
后端第一夹持块2、后端第二夹持块3关于前端夹持块1的中心平面镜像对称，连接臂4关于前端夹持块1的中心平面镜像对称。
前端夹持块1、后端第一夹持块2以及后端第二夹持块3均设置有凹陷的卡槽5。本实施例的一种运输桶的固定装置，通常为PP塑料注塑为一体，可以发生弹性形变。
本实施例的一种运输桶的固定装置的工作原理为：使用时，将两个薄型桶10排列【通常排列在车厢内】，然后将相邻的两个薄型桶10中，靠前的薄型桶10的提手9卡入一个运输桶的固定装置的前端夹持块1的卡槽5，靠后的薄型桶10的提手9卡入同一个运输桶的固定装置的后端第一夹持块2的卡槽5以及后端第二夹持块3的卡槽5，即可使相邻的两个薄型桶10的提手9相互固定。
将第三个薄型桶10排列在上述两个薄型桶10的后方【前端夹持块1指向后端第一夹持块2与后端第二夹持块3之间的间隙为向后】，然后将第二个运输桶的固定装置的卡槽5卡在提手9上，使运输桶的固定装置的首尾相接【即第二个运输桶的固定装置的的前端夹持块1、位于第一个运输桶的固定装置的后端第一夹持块2与后端第二夹持块3之间的间隙】，即可使三个薄型桶10的提手9相互固定，依次类推，即可使三个以上的薄型桶10的提手9相互固定。
当薄型桶10运输到目的地后，向上移动本实施例的一种运输桶的固定装置，可将本实施例的一种运输桶的固定装置从提手9上取下，取下的本实施例的一种运输桶的固定装置可以重复使用。
由上述可以看出，本实施例的一种运输桶的固定装置，可以将若干个薄型桶10的提手9相互固定进行运输，从而可以防止薄型桶10因运输过程中的震动而摩花或者损坏。
卡槽5的内壁向内延伸地设置有导向斜面6。导向斜面6可以起到导向作用，便于将提手9卡入卡槽5，还可以防止提手9卡入卡槽5后从卡槽5脱落，提高运输桶的固定装置的稳定性。
连接臂4的顶端面、连接臂4的底端面分别设置有收纳凸起7、收纳凹槽8；收纳凸起7的断面、收纳凹槽8的断面形状相同。将运输桶的固定装置依次叠放【上下叠放】，使收纳凸起7嵌入收纳凹槽8，可以使运输桶的固定装置之间相互固定，便于收纳存放。
前端夹持块1、后端第一夹持块2以及后端第二夹持块3的厚度相等，前端夹持块1、后端第一夹持块2以及后端第二夹持块3与连接臂4顶端平齐，且前端夹持块1的厚度大于连接臂4的厚度。可以将手从连接臂4的下方穿过，便于将运输桶的固定装置从提手9上取下。
实施例二，本实施例为一种运输桶的固定装置。
本实施例的一种运输桶的固定装置，其包括实施例一的运输桶的固定装置，还包括磁性板11以及磁吸板12，磁吸板12固定设置有两个模拟提手侧板13，两个模拟提手侧板13之间固定设置有模拟提手14。磁性板11为磁铁等具备磁力的材料制成，磁吸板12为铁、钢等可以被磁铁吸引的材料制成。将磁性板11吸附在车箱铁板20上，然后将磁吸板12吸附在磁性板11上，将最靠近的车箱铁板20的薄型桶10的提手9与模拟提手14通过运输桶的固定装置连接、固定，可使最靠近的车箱铁板20的薄型桶10以及其他薄型桶10均与车箱铁板20连接、固定；可以进一步地防止薄型桶10因运输过程中的震动而摩花或者损坏。
需要理解的是，术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系，仅是为便于描述本发明和简化描述，而不是指示或暗指所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、为特定的方位构造和操作，因而不能理解为对本发明保护内容的限制。

1.一种运输桶的固定装置，其特征在于：包括前端夹持块(1)、后端第一夹持块(2)以及后端第二夹持块(3)；前端夹持块(1)向后延伸地设置有连接臂(4)，后端第一夹持块(2)、后端第二夹持块(3)均与连接臂(4)的另一端固定连接；后端第一夹持块(2)与后端第二夹持块(3)之间设置有间隙，前端夹持块(1)的宽度小于或者等于后端第一夹持块(2)与后端第二夹持块(3)之间的间隙的宽度，后端第一夹持块(2)、后端第二夹持块(3)关于前端夹持块(1)的中心平面镜像对称，连接臂(4)关于前端夹持块(1)的中心平面镜像对称，前端夹持块(1)、后端第一夹持块(2)以及后端第二夹持块(3)均设置有凹陷的卡槽(5)；卡槽(5)的内壁向内延伸地设置有导向斜面(6)；连接臂(4)的顶端面、连接臂(4)的底端面分别设置有收纳凸起(7)、收纳凹槽(8)；收纳凸起(7)的断面、收纳凹槽(8)的断面形状相同。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种运输桶的固定装置，其特征在于：前端夹持块(1)、后端第一夹持块(2)以及后端第二夹持块(3)的厚度相等，前端夹持块(1)、后端第一夹持块(2)以及后端第二夹持块(3)与连接臂(4)顶端平齐，且前端夹持块(1)的厚度大于连接臂(4)的厚度。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种运输桶的固定装置，其特征在于：还包括磁性板(11)以及磁吸板(12)，磁吸板(12)固定设置有两个模拟提手侧板(13)，两个模拟提手侧板(13)之间固定设置有模拟提手(14)。
