Abstract

本发明公开了一种含有新型杀线剂三氟杀线酯的农药组合物及其剂型和用途，其中药物组合物的有效成分为组分A和组分B，其中组分A和组分B的质量比为1～60：1～60；组分A为三氟杀线酯，组分B为杀线虫剂、杀虫剂、杀菌剂或植物生长调节剂中的一种或几种；本发明的农药组合物组分A三氟杀线酯中含有多氟丁烯和内酯环的结构，因而对根结线虫的卵及二龄幼虫有很好的防治效果，尤其能很好的抑制黄瓜、番茄、烟草、大豆等农作物线虫卵的孵化；本发明的农药组合物在较低的浓度下即可起到较好的杀线虫、杀菌、杀虫和植物生长调节作用，大大降低了现有的农业组合物的毒性，并且在农作物中的残留少，因而对人畜的危害性小。

一种含有新型杀线剂三氟杀菌酯的农药组合物及其剂型和 用途
技术领域
本发明涉及农药技术领域，具体为一种含有新型杀线剂三氟杀菌酯的农药组合物及其剂型和用途。
背景技术
新化合物的开发是农药领域中解决作物问题的最有效手段，但是新化合物研发的周期长，投入量大，成本高，因此农药领域常采用组合物的方法，来延缓抗性的产生，延长新化合物的使用寿命，并且组合物中若同时含有杀虫、杀菌或植物生长调节剂成分的两种或三种，可以达到病虫害同时防治的目的。
三氟杀线酯无论是外消旋式或是反式结构，都是新型的高效杀线虫剂，并且用量少，对环境非常友好，我公司申请的专利CN106554334A和CN106554335A对其结构、活性和制备方法进行了详细的描述，随着研究的深入，我们发现三氟杀线酯和现有的杀线虫剂、杀虫剂、杀菌剂或植物生长调节剂复配使用效果更佳优异，通常会起到协同增效作用，使用量更少，农业残留更低，安全有效。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明的目的是提供一种含有三氟杀线酯的农药组合物及其剂型和用途，在减少用药量的基础上，满足目前农业生产的需要，扩大农药的防治谱，实现病虫害的同时防治。
本发明为实现上述目的，通过以下技术方案实现：
一种含有新型杀线剂三氟杀线酯的农药组合物，有效成分为组分A和组分B，其中组分A和组分B的质量比为1～60：1～60；组分A为三氟杀线酯，其结构式为I或II，组分B为杀线虫剂、杀虫剂、杀菌剂或植物生长调节剂中的一种或几种；

所述杀线虫剂为硫酰氟、异硫氰酸烯丙酯、二硫化碳、印楝素、氟烯线砜、蓖麻碱、噻唑硫磷、侧孢短芽孢杆菌、丁氟螨酯、二硫氰基甲烷、茉莉酸甲酯、氯唑磷中的一种或几种；一般为1～4种；
所述杀虫剂为高效氯氟氰菊酯、硫双威、氟虫腈、溴氰虫酰胺、氯氰菊酯、吡蚜酮、呋虫胺、毒死蜱、呋喃丹、甲拌磷、辛硫磷、久效磷、茚虫威、异丙威、绿僵菌素、敌百虫、辛硫磷、灭克磷、伊维菌素、丙硫克百威、联苯菊酯、苦参碱中的一种或几种；一般为1～4种；
所述杀菌剂为种菌唑、灭菌唑、咯菌腈、精甲霜灵、醚菌酯、吡唑醚菌酯、腈菌唑、氟啶胺、丙硫菌唑、噻呋酰胺、三唑醇、萎锈灵、五氯硝基苯、三唑酮、甲霜灵、肟菌酯、氟嘧菌酯、苯噻菌胺、苯氧喹啉、吡噻菌胺、拌种灵、甲基立枯磷、氟酰胺、四氟醚唑、五氯硝基苯、立枯磷、烯肟菌胺、枯草芽孢杆菌、噻霉酮、硅噻菌胺或福美双中的一种或几种；一般为1～4种；
所述植物生长调节剂为水杨酸、多效唑、烯效唑、复硝酚钠、复硝酚钾、胺鲜酯、黄腐酸、赤霉素、吲哚乙酸、油菜素内酯、萘乙酸钠盐、氨基寡糖素、几丁聚糖、吲哚丁酸、羟烯腺嘌呤、烯酰腺嘌呤、丙酰芸苔素内酯、脱落酸、三十烷醇、聚天冬氨酸、坐果酸、1-甲基环丙烯、2-(乙酰氧基)苯甲酸、细胞分裂素、苄氨基嘌呤、甲基纤维素、香菇多糖、寡糖或茶皂素中的一种或几种；一般为1～4种。
优选的，组分B为杀线虫剂、杀虫剂、杀菌剂或植物生长调节剂中的一种。
优选的，组分A和组分B的质量比为1～40：1～40。
优选的，组分A和组分B的质量比为1～10：1～10。
优选的，有效成分总的质量百分含量为1～99％。
优选的，有效成分总的质量百分含量为10～30％。
优选的，以重量份计，由以下成分组成：式I 2份，丁氟螨酯4份，聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯基嵌段共聚物0.1份，聚羧酸盐0.2份，聚丙烯酸酯0.5份和黄原胶0.1份。
优选的，以重量份计，由以下成分组成：式II 1份，联苯菊酯15份，丙酮8份和甲乙酮8份。
本发明还包括含有新型杀线剂三氟杀菌酯的农药组合物的剂型，为悬浮剂、悬乳剂、微乳剂、水分散粒剂、颗粒剂、烟剂、微囊悬浮剂、微囊悬浮-悬浮剂、种子处理剂、悬浮种衣剂、种子处理乳剂、种子处理粉剂、粉剂、干悬浮剂、乳油、水乳剂、可溶液剂或可分散液剂。
本发明还包括含有新型杀线剂三氟杀菌酯的农药组合物的用途，用于防治植物病虫害。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点：
本发明的农药组合物组分A三氟杀线酯中含有多氟丁烯和内酯环的结构，因而对根结线虫的卵及二龄幼虫有很好的防治效果，尤其能很好的抑制黄瓜、番茄、烟草、大豆等农作物线虫卵的孵化；本发明的农药组合物在较低的浓度下即可起到较好的杀线虫、杀菌、杀虫和植物生长调节作用，大大降低了现有的农业组合物的毒性，并且在农作物中的残留少，因而对人畜的危害性小，很好的解决了现有的杀线虫剂毒性较大，在作物中残留较多的问题，提高了农业生产的安全性；本发明的含有三氟杀线酯的农药组合物，能够延缓抗性的产生，扩大病害虫的防治谱，甚至可以实现病虫害同时防治的目的，省时省力，提高了农业生产的效率。
具体实施方式
本发明的目的是提供一种含有三氟杀线酯的农药组合物及其剂型和用途，通过以下技术方案实现：
本发明的含有三氟杀线酯的农药组合物可以添加农药制剂领域常用的助剂成分，制备成方便使用的各种剂型，如悬浮剂、悬乳剂、微乳剂、水分散粒剂、颗粒剂、烟剂、微囊悬浮剂、微囊悬浮-悬浮剂、种子处理剂、悬浮种衣剂、种子处理乳剂、种子处理粉剂、粉剂、干悬浮剂、乳油、水乳剂、可溶液剂、可分散液剂等。
可以添加的助剂成分为聚醚硫酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、聚羧酸盐、黄原胶、丙二醇、有机硅消泡剂、烷基芳基聚乙二醇醚、烷基磺酸盐、磷酸酯类消泡剂、三苯乙烯基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯基嵌段共聚物、改性烷基萘磺酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物、多芳基酚乙氧基化磷酸酯、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯基醚嵌段共聚物、聚羧酸盐、十二烷基硫酸钠、木质素磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐、十八烷基丁二酸钠、蔗糖、乳糖、聚醋酸乙烯聚合物、聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇、可溶性淀粉和羧甲基纤维素钠、硫酸铵、氯化钠、氯化钙、尿素、高岭土、煅烧高岭土、膨润土、淀粉、碳酸钙、白炭黑、滑石粉、正丁醇、元明粉、甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚丙烯酸酯等。

杀虫作用试验
两种活性成分的组合物的灭活率的计算公式如下：
给定的两种活性成分组合物的预期活性可按照Colby公式：
X＝m ppm的浓度下组分A的杀灭率，表示未处理对照组的百分比；
Y＝n ppm的浓度下组分B的杀灭率，表示未处理对照组的百分比；
将5、9、10等实施例中的含有三氟杀线酯的农药组合物，稀释到所需浓度，然后将被绵蚜浸染严重的棉苗浸入到所需浓度中进行处理，经过24小时后，计算死亡率，结果如表2所示。
以下试验中组分A和组分B在配制时加入丙酮和烷基芳基聚乙二醇醚，然后加水稀释到相应的浓度。

由表2的内容可以看出，本发明的含有三氟杀线酯的农药组合物具有杀虫和杀线虫的双重功效，对绵蚜具有很好的杀虫效果，并且组分A和组分B复配使用能起到很好的协同增效作用。
杀线作用试验
在发病番茄植株根部的根结上采集南方根结线虫卵，将根结洗净，剪成1cm长小段，放入组织捣碎机中加3倍量的水捣碎30秒钟，转入200目和500目组合标准筛，用自来水冲洗筛中植物组织，收集500目标准筛中的线虫卵，用质量分数为0.5％的NaClO表面消毒3min，无菌水洗3次备用。
将收集的卵用清水配制成悬浮液(400个左右/mL)，用移液器移取浓度为3ppm的0.5mL药液和0.5mL卵悬浮液放入2mL记数皿中，重复3次，用细玻璃棒混匀后置于25℃恒温培养箱中，一周后检查卵孵化数，计算卵孵化抑制率，以％计，进行E值的计算；
另外，收集南方根结线虫的二龄幼虫，将收集的二龄幼虫用清水配制成悬浮液，100条/mL，用移液器移取浓度为5ppm的0.5mL药液和0.5mL二龄幼虫悬浮液放于2mL记数皿中，重复3次，用细玻璃棒混匀后置于25℃恒温培养箱中，48小时后检查结果，计算死虫率，结果如表3所示。

由表3的结果可以看出，在浓度为3ppm时，本发明的含有三氟杀线酯的农药组合物对南方根结线虫卵的孵化抑制率明显高于单组分的A和B，说明本发明的含有三氟杀线酯的农药组合物在对线虫虫卵的孵化抑制中能起到很好的协同增效作用；在浓度为5ppm时，实施例1～16的含有新型内酯环化合物的农药组合物对南方根结线虫的二龄幼虫的死虫率明显高于单组分的A和B，说明本发明的含有三氟杀线酯的农药组合物在杀灭根结线虫时能起到很好的协同增效作用，并且使用浓度均较小，使得对作物的安全性更高，并且在作物中的残留少，安全环保。
杀菌作用试验
将实施例4、6、7、17、19、20、22、39等具有杀菌和杀线虫作用的含有三氟杀线酯的农药组合物，稀释到所需浓度，然后将被棉花立枯菌浸染严重的棉苗浸入到所需浓度中进行处理，经过24小时后，计算抑制率，结果如表4所示。
以下试验中组分A和组分B在配制时加入丙酮和烷基芳基聚乙二醇醚，然后加水稀释到相应的浓度。

由表4的结果可以看出，本发明的具有杀菌和杀线虫的含有三氟杀线酯的农药组合物对棉花立枯菌具有很好的杀菌效果，并且组分A和组分B复配使用能起到很好的协同增效作用。

Claims (10)

1.一种含有新型杀线剂三氟杀线酯的农药组合物，其特征在于：有效成分为组分A和组分B，其中组分A和组分B的质量比为1～60：1～60；组分A为三氟杀线酯，其结构式为I或II，组分B为杀线虫剂、杀虫剂、杀菌剂或植物生长调节剂中的一种或几种；

所述杀线虫剂为硫酰氟、异硫氰酸烯丙酯、二硫化碳、印楝素、氟烯线砜、蓖麻碱、噻唑硫磷、侧孢短芽孢杆菌、丁氟螨酯、二硫氰基甲烷、茉莉酸甲酯、氯唑磷中的一种或几种；
所述杀虫剂为高效氯氟氰菊酯、硫双威、氟虫腈、溴氰虫酰胺、氯氰菊酯、吡蚜酮、呋虫胺、毒死蜱、呋喃丹、甲拌磷、辛硫磷、久效磷、茚虫威、异丙威、绿僵菌素、敌百虫、辛硫磷、灭克磷、伊维菌素、丙硫克百威、联苯菊酯、苦参碱中的一种或几种；
所述杀菌剂为种菌唑、灭菌唑、咯菌腈、精甲霜灵、醚菌酯、吡唑醚菌酯、腈菌唑、氟啶胺、丙硫菌唑、噻呋酰胺、三唑醇、萎锈灵、五氯硝基苯、三唑酮、甲霜灵、肟菌酯、氟嘧菌酯、苯噻菌胺、苯氧喹啉、吡噻菌胺、拌种灵、甲基立枯磷、氟酰胺、四氟醚唑、五氯硝基苯、立枯磷、烯肟菌胺、枯草芽孢杆菌、噻霉酮、硅噻菌胺或福美双中的一种或几种；
所述植物生长调节剂为水杨酸、多效唑、烯效唑、复硝酚钠、复硝酚钾、胺鲜酯、黄腐酸、赤霉素、吲哚乙酸、油菜素内酯、萘乙酸钠盐、氨基寡糖素、几丁聚糖、吲哚丁酸、羟烯腺嘌呤、烯酰腺嘌呤、丙酰芸苔素内酯、脱落酸、三十烷醇、聚天冬氨酸、坐果酸、1-甲基环丙烯、2-(乙酰氧基)苯甲酸、细胞分裂素、苄氨基嘌呤、甲基纤维素、香菇多糖、寡糖或茶皂素中的一种或几种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有新型杀线剂三氟杀线酯的农药组合物，其特征在于，组分B为杀线虫剂、杀虫剂、杀菌剂或植物生长调节剂中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有新型杀线剂三氟杀线酯的农药组合物，其特征在于，组分A和组分B的质量比为1～40：1～40。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有新型杀线剂三氟杀线酯的农药组合物，其特征在于，组分A和组分B的质量比为1～10：1～10。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有新型杀线剂三氟杀线酯的农药组合物，其特征在于，有效成分总的质量百分含量为1～99％。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有新型杀线剂三氟杀线酯的农药组合物，其特征在于，有效成分总的质量百分含量为10～30％。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有新型杀线剂三氟杀线酯的农药组合物，其特征在于，以重量份计，由以下成分组成：式I2份，丁氟螨酯4份，聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯基嵌段共聚物0.1份，聚羧酸盐0.2份，聚丙烯酸酯0.5份和黄原胶0.1份。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有新型杀线剂三氟杀线酯的农药组合物，其特征在于，以重量份计，由以下成分组成：式II1份，联苯菊酯15份，丙酮8份和甲乙酮8份。
9.权利要求1所述的一种含有新型杀线剂三氟杀菌酯的农药组合物的剂型，其特征在于，剂型为悬浮剂、悬乳剂、微乳剂、水分散粒剂、颗粒剂、烟剂、微囊悬浮剂、微囊悬浮-悬浮剂、种子处理剂、悬浮种衣剂、种子处理乳剂、种子处理粉剂、粉剂、干悬浮剂、乳油、水乳剂、可溶液剂或可分散液剂。
10.权利要求1所述的一种含有新型杀线剂三氟杀菌酯的农药组合物的用途，其特征在于，用于防治植物病虫害。
