Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical acquisition devices, in particular to a disposable device for collecting and tabletting faecal parasitic ova.
Background
Currently, three methods are generally used for detecting fecal parasites in hospitals: direct smear method, float method, precipitation method. The three methods have advantages and disadvantages, and the direct smear method has simple operation and low positive rate. The operation steps of the floatation method and the precipitation method are complex and the detection rate is high.
Principle of precipitation method: the insect eggs are sunk in the water by utilizing the principle that the specific gravity of the insect eggs is greater than that of the liquid. The detection effect is improved by increasing the content of eggs and cysts in unit area, and the defect is that the detection rate of eggs with specific gravity smaller than that of liquid is poorer for the self specific gravity.
Principle of floating method: the eggs or the cysts are floated and collected on the liquid surface by utilizing the principle that the specific gravity of the eggs and the cysts is smaller than that of the liquid, so that the content of the eggs and the cysts in unit area is increased, the detection effect is improved, and the defect that the detection rate of eggs with specific gravity larger than that of the liquid is poor is overcome.
All the three methods have the defect that after the parasitic ova are taken out from the human body excrement and tissues, a plurality of uncontrollable factors exist in the storage and transportation processes before the parasitic ova are placed into a microscope for detection, so that the parasitic ova are oxidized, enzymatically decomposed and the like and are difficult to detect. At present, the parasitic ovum preservation solution is mainly formalin solution which is used as preservation solution, but formalin itself has toxicity, is easy to cause bad damage to detection personnel after long-term use, and has the problems of short time (less than 7 days) for preserving the parasitic ovum and difficult detection and observation.
