本发明公开一种环保耐油阻燃型轨道交通机车电缆,包括数根均匀分布的导体,其特征在于,数根导体均采用第6类镀锡铜丝与芳纶丝束丝绞合构成,束丝节距比不大于12倍,数根导体外分别包裹有绝缘层构成绝缘线芯,绝缘线芯相互绞合成束构成缆芯,缆芯外依次包裹有绕包层、隔离层、复合屏蔽层,复合屏蔽层外包裹有铠装层,铠装层外挤塑成型有尼龙护套层,所述缆芯内部的数根导体之间缝隙填充有阻燃防火石英纤维填充物。本发明的缆芯强度高,不易出现断芯,同时具有良好地柔软性能,此外电缆具有良好地耐高低温、耐撕裂、抗震动、屏蔽与弯曲特征性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆,具体是一种环保耐油阻燃型轨道交通机车电缆。
背景技术
随着国家铁路系统的快速发展,“复兴号”动车自主研发,在交通运输方面,未来趋势是快速高效,现有机车电缆尤其是一些控制电缆或信号电缆,其截面小电缆抗拉性能差,导体内部铜丝容易在拉伸过程中断裂,无法满足机车高速运行要求。急需开发具有无卤、低烟、耐磨、环保耐油阻燃型等性能的环保型电缆,用于高速铁路机车车辆电缆。
发明内容
为了弥补现有技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种高强度、耐磨铁路机车电缆电缆,结构合理,具有无卤、低烟、高强度、抗震动等性能。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种环保耐油阻燃型轨道交通机车电缆,包括数根均匀分布的导体,其特征在于,数根导体均采用第6类镀锡铜丝与芳纶丝束丝绞合构成,束丝节距比不大于12倍,数根导体外分别包裹有绝缘层构成绝缘线芯,绝缘线芯相互绞合成束构成缆芯,缆芯外依次包裹有绕包层、隔离层、复合屏蔽层,复合屏蔽层外包裹有铠装层,铠装层外挤塑成型有尼龙护套层,所述缆芯内部的数根导体之间缝隙填充有阻燃防火石英纤维填充物。
进一步的,所述复合屏蔽层采用铝带纵包屏蔽后加镀锡铜丝和芳纶丝编织屏蔽构成。
进一步的,所述绝缘层采用材料为低烟无卤阻燃辐照交联聚烯烃。
进一步的,所述隔离层采用耐高温聚酯带重叠绕包构成,绕包搭盖率不小于25%。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明结构简单,电缆绝缘层采用耐温125℃、低烟无卤阻燃交联聚烯烃材料,通过电子辐照交联工艺使其交联,使得电缆具有良好的低烟、无卤、阻燃性能,并具有耐温等级高(125℃)、耐环境老化性能优异,满足使用要求;电缆屏蔽层采用双层屏蔽结构,不仅能有效的抑制“串音”现象的发生,同时,采用镀锡铜丝和芳纶丝编织,能在一定程度上作为承受外界较强拉力影响,起到芯线保护作用,尤其是截面较小电缆在连接部位,抗拉强度作用更为突出;电缆护套层采用尼龙护套制成,其较强的耐磨性能能有效避免因摩擦引起电缆损伤;导体采用第6类镀锡铜丝与芳纶丝束丝绞合构成,增强缆芯强度,不易出现断芯,同时具有良好地柔软性能。

如图1所示,本发明提供一种环保耐油阻燃型轨道交通机车电缆,包括数根均匀分布的导体1,其特征在于,数根导体1均采用第6类镀锡铜丝1-1与芳纶丝1-2束丝绞合构成,束丝节距比不大于12倍,数根导体1外分别包裹有绝缘层2构成绝缘线芯,绝缘线芯相互绞合成束构成缆芯,缆芯外依次包裹有绕包层3、隔离层4、复合屏蔽层5,复合屏蔽层5外包裹有铠装层6,铠装层6外挤塑成型有尼龙护套层7,所述缆芯内部的数根导体之间缝隙填充有阻燃防火石英纤维填充物8。
所述复合屏蔽层5采用铝带纵包屏蔽后加镀锡铜丝和芳纶丝编织屏蔽构成。
所述绝缘层2采用材料为低烟无卤阻燃辐照交联聚烯烃。
所述隔离层4采用耐高温聚酯带重叠绕包构成,绕包搭盖率不小于25%。

1.一种环保耐油阻燃型轨道交通机车电缆,包括数根均匀分布的导体(1),其特征在于,数根导体(1)均采用第6类镀锡铜丝(1-1)与芳纶丝(1-2)束丝绞合构成,束丝节距比不大于12倍,数根导体(1)外分别包裹有绝缘层(2)构成绝缘线芯,绝缘线芯相互绞合成束构成缆芯,缆芯外依次包裹有绕包层(3)、隔离层(4)、复合屏蔽层(5),复合屏蔽层(5)外包裹有铠装层(6),铠装层(6)外挤塑成型有尼龙护套层(7),所述缆芯内部的数根导体之间缝隙填充有阻燃防火石英纤维填充物(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保耐油阻燃型轨道交通机车电缆,其特征在于,所述复合屏蔽层(5)采用铝带纵包屏蔽后加镀锡铜丝和芳纶丝编织屏蔽构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保耐油阻燃型轨道交通机车电缆,其特征在于,所述绝缘层(2)采用材料为低烟无卤阻燃辐照交联聚烯烃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保耐油阻燃型轨道交通机车电缆,其特征在于,所述隔离层(4)采用耐高温聚酯带重叠绕包构成,绕包搭盖率不小于25%。
