With the maturity of the flexible OLED technology, various curved surface display products are more and more on the market; however, the laminating process of the curved-surface cover plate and the flexible OLED in the curved-surface display OLED is complex and low in yield, gas in a curved-edge area is difficult to discharge during laminating, and bubbles are prone to being generated.
In the curved surface display screen attaching process, a back plate (back plate) attaching process is adopted, and the back plate is attached to the back surface of the flexible screen and then attached to the curved surface cover plate; because the backplate material is thick and the material is harder, can seriously influence curved surface laminating effect, and produce the bubble easily.
Disclosure of Invention

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all the embodiments. The back plate 21 is a flexible plate which can deform when being subjected to external force; the material of the back sheet 21 may be polyethylene terephthalate.
The first area plate 211 is a plate that maintains a flat plate shape when attached to the curved object 22, and the second area plate 212 is a plate that maintains a bent shape when attached to the curved object 22.
When the back plate 21 is attached to the curved object 22, the first area plate 211 is attached to the flat area 221 of the curved object 22, and the second area plate 212 is attached to the curved area 222 of the curved object 22, as shown in fig. 3.
When the back plate 21 is attached to the curved object 22, in order to reduce the stress of the second region plate 212 of the back plate 21 at the bending region 222, a hollow-out or groove structure 2121 may be disposed on the second region plate 212; the second area plate 212 of the back plate 21 may be cut by laser to form a hollow or groove structure 2121.
The shape of the hollowed-out or groove structure 2121 can be any reasonable shape such as rectangle, trapezoid, arc, etc., and is not limited to the shape shown in fig. 2; the hollowed-out or recessed structure 2121 may be disposed at a position where the curvature of the bending region 222 changes; the number of hollowed-out or recessed structures 2121 can be set as desired.
In addition, in order to protect the back plate 21 from being contaminated by air heavy water vapor and dust, a first release film and a second release film (not shown in the figure) may be respectively disposed on two sides of the back plate 21, and the corresponding film layers may be torn off during use.
Different from the prior art, the embodiment provides a back plate for a curved screen, the back plate 21 includes a first area plate 211 maintaining a flat state when being attached to a curved object 22 and a second area plate 212 maintaining a curved state when being attached to the curved object 22, and the second area plate 212 is designed to have a hollow or groove structure 2121, so that when the back plate 21 is attached to the curved object 22, stress generated when the second area plate 212 of the back plate 21 is attached to the curved area 222 of the curved object 22 can be reduced, generation of bubbles during attachment is prevented, and the back plate 21 and the curved object 22 are more firmly attached.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of another embodiment of a back sheet for a curved screen provided in the present application, where the back sheet 41 includes a laminated substrate 411 and a release film 412.
The base 411 includes a first area plate 4111 and a second area plate 4112 connected to each other.
The first area plate 4111 is a plate which maintains a flat state when attached to the curved object 42; the second area plate 4112 is a plate body that keeps a bending state when being attached to the curved object 42, and the second area plate 4112 is disposed on two sides of the first area plate 4111.
The second area plate 4112 is provided with a plurality of hollow or groove structures 41121 arranged at intervals, and the hollow or groove structures 41121 are arranged on the substrate 411.
The hollow or groove structure 41121 is a strip shape, and the hollow or groove structure 41121 is perpendicular to the bending direction of the second area plate 4112 and extends on the second area plate 4112; the size of the hollowed-out or grooved structure 41121 is about 95-105 μm; the number of the hollowed-out or groove structures 41121 may be 3 or 4.
The thickness of the release film 412 is about 150 μm to protect the substrate 411.
As shown in fig. 5, the curved object 42 includes a flat region 421 and curved regions 422 on both sides of the flat region 421, the first region plate 4111 is attached to the flat region 421 of the curved object 42, and the second region plate 4112 is attached to the curved regions 422 of the curved object 42.
As shown in fig. 6, the bending region 422 may be formed by a plurality of arcs with different radii, and the number of the hollowed-out or groove structures 2121 is proportional to the number of the arcs; for example, in fig. 6, the bending region 422 is formed by 3 circular arcs with different radii (R1, R2, and R3 are radius values), and the number of the hollow-out or groove structures 2121 may be set to 3, that is, 3 rectangular hollow-out or groove structures 41121 may be respectively disposed on the bending region 422.

The back plate 73 includes a first area plate 731 and a second area plate 732 connected to each other.
The first area plate 731 is attached to the flat area 711 of the flexible screen 72 opposite to the cover plate 71; the second area plate 732 is attached to the bending area 712 of the flexible screen 72 opposite to the cover 71, and the second area plate 732 is provided with a hollow or groove structure 7321, as shown in fig. 8.
The second region body 732 of the back plate 73 is designed to be a hollow or groove structure 7321, so that when the back plate 73 and the flexible screen 72 are attached to the curved cover plate 71, the flexible screen can be attached along the curved structure of the cover plate 71, and the problem that curved edge bubbles are easily generated in a curved edge attaching process of the curved display screen is solved.
Firstly, attaching the flexible screen 72 to the back plate 73, and then attaching the flexible screen 72 attached to the back plate 73 to the curved cover plate 71; since the back plate 73 has the hollowed-out or groove structure 7321 in the second region body 732, the stress at the region where the second region body 732 is located corresponding to the bending region 712 is reduced, so that the flexible screen 72 is firmly attached to the cover plate 71 and is not easily peeled off, and the risk of generating bubbles is reduced.

The first area plate 931 is attached to the flat area 911 of the flexible screen 92 opposite to the cover plate 91, and the second area plate 932 is attached to the curved area 912 of the flexible screen 92 opposite to the cover plate 91.
The second area plate 932 is disposed at two sides of the first area plate 931, and the second area plate 932 is disposed with a plurality of hollow-out or groove structures (not shown in the figure) disposed at intervals.
The hollow or groove structure is strip-shaped and extends in the second area plate 932 perpendicular to the bending direction of the second area plate 932; the size of the hollow or groove structure is 95-105 μm.
