Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical surgical instruments, in particular to a cyst wall tissue biopsy device.
Background
There are various types of cysts in the clinic, for example: renal cyst, hepatic cyst, and the like. Taking renal cyst as an example, most of renal cysts are benign lesions in clinical practice. However, when the CT examination shows that the wall of the sac is thick (thin-walled cysts are basically benign), there are bleeding in the sac, and there are floccules in the sac, there is a possibility of malignant cystic lesions. Clinically, the current traditional operation mode for cystic lesions on the kidney is cyst topping operation, which can cause cyst fluid to flow out in the operation process, and if the cyst is malignant, artificial cancer cells can be planted and transferred in vivo. If it is malignant, the operation of renal resection should be performed clinically. However, at present, no device for biopsy of cyst wall and no outflow of cyst fluid exists clinically, so that the excised cyst wall is usually subjected to quick frozen biopsy in the process of clinical ascending cyst topping-off, and if the biopsy is malignant and then the nephrectomy is performed, the method has the risk of artificial cancer cell planting and transfer. Even if the similar biopsy device exists, a small opening is cut in the tissue of the capsule wall, then the ordinary aspirator head is inserted into the capsule cavity to suck out the capsule liquid and then cut off, a part of the capsule liquid is extracted by a thick needle head, the needle eye is enlarged after the internal pressure of the capsule is reduced, the ordinary aspirator head is put in to suck the capsule liquid and then the capsule wall is cut off, the operation of the method brings huge wound of the incision to a patient, and the problems that the internal liquid of the capsule leaks out to pollute the abdominal cavity, the capsule liquid is difficult to extract and the like exist.
Therefore, there is a need for a biopsy device for renal capsule wall tissue to facilitate the sampling of renal capsule wall specimens and reduce the risk of cancer cell implantation metastasis.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a cyst wall tissue biopsy device.
The invention provides a cyst wall tissue biopsy device, which comprises a suction needle cylinder, an aseptic membrane, a locking device and an electrotomy ring cutting device, wherein the suction needle cylinder is of a five-layer sleeve structure and comprises an outer cylinder, a first piston, a second piston, a third piston, a fourth piston and an inner cylinder, the far-end cylinder openings of the outer cylinder, the first piston, the second piston and the third piston are open cylinder openings, a suction needle is arranged in the center of the far-end surface of the fourth piston, the far end of the first piston is 0.7cm away from the cylinder opening of the outer cylinder, the far-end openings of the first piston, the second piston and the third piston are flush with the far-end opening of the suction needle of the fourth piston, so that the cyst is conveniently positioned, rubber rings are arranged between the outer cylinder and the first piston, between the second piston, between the third piston and between the fourth piston and the inner cylinder, a sealing ring plays a role in sealing between the cylinder and the piston, and a drawing end of the, the drawing end at the near end of the second piston is 8cm higher than that of the first piston; the drawing end of the near end of the third piston is 1cm higher than the second piston; the drawing end at the near end of the fourth piston is 8cm higher than that of the third piston; the near end of the inner cylinder is 1cm higher than the fourth piston, the far end surface of the fourth piston is arranged in a closed mode, a suction needle is arranged in the center of the fourth piston, and the inner cylinder is pulled to enable the suction needle to reach the cyst; limiting lugs which are oppositely clamped are arranged between the outer cylinder and the first piston, and between the first piston, the second piston, the third piston, the fourth piston and the inner cylinder, and the pistons are pulled and then positioned; the sterile film is arranged on the surface of the inner wall of the outer barrel, and the length of the sterile film is longer than that of the outer barrel by about 1 cm.
Preferably, the electric cutting ring cutting device comprises an electric cutting ring and a conductive head, wherein the electric cutting ring comprises a ring head which is made of iron wires and provided with a through hole at one end; the locking device comprises a first knob and a second knob which are arranged in a vertically separated mode; the movable end of the ring head penetrates through the through hole in the outer cylinder wall, and the ring head is locked through rotation of the first knob; the two ends of the second knob are symmetrically provided with a first grommet and a second grommet, the first grommet and the second grommet are both provided with a through hole at one end and penetrate through the through hole at the other end to form a grommet structure, the other ends of the first grommet and the second grommet respectively penetrate through the through hole of the outer cylinder wall and then are fixed on the second knob, the ring head is positioned between the first grommet and the second grommet, the ring head and the first grommet and the second grommet are positioned at the far end position of the first piston at the inner side of the outer cylinder and are within 0.7cm of the far end of the outer cylinder, wherein the width of the ring head is 0.1cm, the widths of the two grommets are 0.15cm, and the distance between the ring head and the two grommets is 0.1 cm; a bag opening formed by the sterile film sequentially passes through the second grommet, the ring head and the first grommet, and the bag opening of the sterile film is fastened and locked at two ends of the first grommet and the second grommet respectively after the second knob is rotated; preferably, the part of the sterile membrane which is longer than the length of the outer barrel is attached to the outer wall of the outer barrel after being overturned.
Preferably, the first knob and the second knob are arranged on the outer cylinder wall through threads.
Preferably, the through holes of the outer cylinder wall are all provided with one-way valves.
Compared with the prior art, the cyst wall tissue biopsy device provided by the invention is simple in structure, convenient to use and free of risk of planting and transferring.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict. For convenience of description, the words "upper", "lower", "left" and "right" in the following description are used only to indicate the correspondence between the upper, lower, left and right directions of the drawings themselves, and do not limit the structure.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, and 3, the cyst wall tissue biopsy device provided in this embodiment includes a suction syringe 1, an aseptic membrane 2, a locking device 3, and an electrotomy ring cutting device, wherein the suction syringe has a five-layer sleeve structure and is made of a highly transparent material, that is, an outer cylinder 11, a first piston 12, a second piston 13, a third piston 14, a fourth piston 15, and an inner cylinder 16, distal cylinder openings of the outer cylinder, the first piston, the second piston, and the third piston are open cylinder openings to facilitate cyst positioning, rubber rings 4 are disposed between the outer cylinder and the first piston, between the first piston, the second piston, the third piston, the fourth piston, and the inner cylinder to seal the cylinders and the pistons, a proximal drawing end of the first piston is 1cm higher than a proximal end of the outer cylinder, and a proximal drawing end of the second piston is 8cm higher than the first piston; the drawing end of the near end of the third piston is 1cm higher than the second piston; the drawing end at the near end of the fourth piston is 8cm higher than that of the third piston; the near end of the inner cylinder is 1cm higher than the fourth piston, the far end surface of the fourth piston is arranged in a closed mode, the center of the far end surface of the fourth piston is provided with a suction needle 17, the distance from the far end of the first piston to the opening of the outer cylinder is 0.7cm, the tail ends of the first piston, the second piston and the third piston are flush with the tail end of the suction needle of the fourth piston, and the fourth piston is pulled to enable the suction needle to reach cysts; limiting lugs (not shown in the figure) which are oppositely clamped are arranged between the outer cylinder and the first piston and between the first piston, the second piston, the third piston and the fourth piston and the inner cylinder, and the pistons play a role in fixing after being pulled; the sterile film 2 is lined on the surface of the inner wall of the outer cylinder, the length of the sterile film is longer than that of the outer cylinder, and the extended part is lined on the outer wall of the outer cylinder in a turnover way.
The outer cylinder wall is provided with a locking device 3 and an electrotomy ring cutting device, the electrotomy ring cutting device comprises an electrotomy ring and a conductive head, the electrotomy ring comprises a ring head 5 with an insulating heat-resistant perforation at one end, the ring head is formed by fixing one end of an iron wire with an electrotomy function to the perforation and penetrating the other end of the iron wire through the perforation, and the conductive head is fixed on a first knob; the locking device comprises a first knob 31 and a second knob 32 which are arranged in a vertically separated mode, and the knobs of the embodiment are arranged on the outer cylinder wall through threads; the movable end of the ring head penetrates through a first through hole with a one-way valve on the outer cylinder wall and is fixed on a first knob, and the ring head is locked through the rotation of the first knob; the two ends of the second knob are symmetrically provided with a first grommet 33 and a second grommet 34, the first grommet and the second grommet are both grommet structures, one end of each grommet is provided with a through hole, the other end of each grommet penetrates through a second through hole and a third through hole of the wall of the outer barrel, the other ends of the first grommet and the second grommet penetrate through the wall of the outer barrel, the second through hole and the third through hole are respectively fixed on the second knob, the ring head is positioned between the first grommet and the second grommet, the ring head and the first grommet and the second grommet are positioned at the far end of the first piston on the inner side of the outer barrel and within a distance of 0.7cm from the far end of the outer barrel, wherein the width of the ring head is 0.1cm, the widths of the two grommets are 0.15cm, and the distance between the ring head and the two grommets is 0.; the bag mouth formed by the sterile film sequentially passes through the second grommet, the ring head and the first grommet, and the two ends of the first grommet and the second grommet are respectively fastened and locked with the bag mouth of the sterile film after the second knob is rotated.
According to the negative pressure suction principle, after a suction negative pressure cylinder consisting of a piston and an inner cylinder is close to a cyst, a part of the cyst is sucked into a cavity of an outer cylinder, a first piston is pumped, the cyst wall of the cyst part can be sucked into the outer cylinder, and the first piston is fixed on the inner wall of the outer cylinder through limiting lugs arranged on the inner wall of the outer cylinder and the outer wall of the first piston in a staggered manner; the second piston is pumped to lead the cylinder opening to descend and to be positioned and attached to the capsule wall sucked into the outer cylinder and fixed on the first piston through a limiting block; the third piston is drawn to suck part of the capsule wall into the second piston cylinder, and the third piston is fixed on the second piston through a limiting block; the fourth piston is drawn to descend, the suction needle at the far end is inserted into the capsule wall in the third piston cylinder, and the fourth piston is fixed on the third piston through a limiting block; the inner cylinder is drawn to suck cyst fluid in the cyst into the fourth piston cylinder, the internal pressure of the cyst is further reduced, and the cyst wall is looser, so that the cyst wall is sucked into the cylinder with multiple cyst walls.
